As counties across the state are struggling to find resources to meet with expenses, Richland County is looking at the possibility of a referendum to help meet ongoing expenses. Ron Fruit spoke with Richland County Board Chair Marty Brewer and Richland Center Mayor Todd Coppernoll about the possible referendum and county expenses.
