So while we are working on that, folks are on Facebook and YouTube who are looking for us.

Uh, they're gonna be upset for a minute this morning while we're trying to figure that peace out. Well, how about you? How things going on your end? Well, I'm doing pretty good. Uh, I'm not going to waste none of the time because we started a little late. So I'm doing pretty good. All right. Cool. Uh, when the man park in that. You know what? My apologies to the community. Let me just start off by saying, and where's the clock? I can keep up with time. Okay. We're not at our break yet. Let me start off by saying to the community that we are in early voting, started on yesterday to 28th, and it runs until August 9th, I believe. I'll get the specific date, but I want people to make sure that you

are talking to other folks in your family. If they are not registered, if they have not voted yet, we need people to get busy. We need folks to show up to the polls. This primary is going to be very important. We have five candidates in the race. Last night, WISN channel 12 hosted a debate. I went and looked at some of the commentary following the debate, didn't get to see it. I was actually at an event.

On the vineyard talking about ironically HBCU black radio and then making that connection to black talk radio in general. So I was actually at that event last night with some sisters from around the country who either. Run HBCU radio programs on campuses have done research in this work or our professional journalist.

I'm sorry, all of your personalities at other stations across the country. So that was a really, really cool event that I attended last night. And, but, you know, there were a lot of things that were said that certainly put people while, you know, you appreciate that.

HBCU radio. If you've never listened in Sirius XM, they have HBCU radio that you can listen to on their station. And then you can actually find the different stations around the country and just tune into their campus and be involved with that. But as we were doing that,

Last night I missed the debate because I wanted to watch a debate and I didn't go back to check for Restream or you know a rebroadcast so that I could check that out So I will definitely have to do that. So I got to rely on either what you all thought If you had a chance to see the debate I looked at what the comments were and a journal sitting on this morning I went on social media checked out online to see what people were saying

Overall, it didn't seem like there were any real surprises. Most of the candidates have been pretty consistent in their statements from one forum to the next. So there was nothing really that stood out there. I know there was when they talked about who went on the attack with Francesca Hong being basically the front runner right now. I think more people might have expected that some of the

opponents would come after Francesca Hong to be able to show either the clear differences between the two of their campaigns or, you know, why she was bad for this particular election. But that didn't really happen according to what I read in the journal Sentinel.

They, in fact, went so far as to say there was really only one kind of attack moment or negative moment. And that was when Mandela Barnes said something to David Crawley. And right now, I don't have the story pulled up because I was doing all this resetting on my computer, but I'm going to go and pull it up down. So what he said, it wasn't like, you know, like blood attack or anything like that. But.

One of the things that some of the folks noted is that, you know, there was clearly some frustration on the part of Mandela about how things are going. He was asked the question about why or how did he feel about Tony Evers not endorsing him? And, you know, he basically said something to the effect of that's cool because I'm not the status quo candidate. I'm not the

I can't think of the word I'm looking for. But you know, the entrenched person with the whole candidate situation. But the thing that made it interesting is that...

But you've been in the establishment establishment. There it is You've been the establishment candidate all along when you ran for us in it She was the establishment candidate the establishment cleared the whole pathway for you to be able to run for office Now all of a sudden when it's time to run for governor, you're not the establishment candidate That's all nonsense. That was one of the reasons it was easy to get back into the work I mean to make the decision and run for office because you had name ID

because people connected you with the establishment. So I thought that that was kind of interesting. But I'm going to just tell you, too, and I'm looking for this one little part. Let me see if I can find it. But there was this one thing I like when I tell you the people that's running Barnes's campaign, man, just leave a lot to be desired.

just a whole lot to be desired. And it was something that was said, and I'm gonna go back and find it. Oh, it was a post that was made after the whole thing was over. And they attributed to...

Barnes's campaign. Barnes said that he hadn't read the post, but see, you can't be posting stuff under my name or connected to my campaign and I don't know what's out there. And I'm gonna find, oh wait, there it is, Barnes said he hadn't seen the post. Oh, so there was a reference. During the debate, Barnes's campaign posted a photo

of David Crawley standing on a raised platform behind the lectern saying he was quote being propped up by special interest and a step stool. Hong and Roy's also stood on platforms and it's interesting because Kelder Roy's is actually tall. Francesca Hong is not that tall.

But Kelda is tall. So I don't know why Kelda would have been standing on a platform. And, you know, we've seen the jokes before when Mayor Cavalier Johnson was standing on a platform at an event and, you know, a lot of hay was made about that. But here you are trying to.

convince people, or you should be trying to convince people that there's a degree of leadership, you know, that you exude, that you are ready for the seriousness of this job, and you got silly campaign members sitting in the background talking about DC standing on a platform. I want to be clear.

There's no need for DC to stand on a platform. I don't know if for the purposes of the staging, if they did that because we've seen stations make adjustments so that the look is more even when things are happening. So I don't know what that was about, but I just know that if I'm the black guy in the race, I'm not going to be coming for the other black guy in the race talking about height. I'm just not going to do it. I'm just not going to do it.

Because at that point it seems petty. It's not like when some random reporter or random individual noticed that Chevy was standing on a platform, because I remember it was the photo with the police officer standing behind him. It's not the same thing. It's not when the campaign staff thinks that this is cute to point out. And David Crawley actually had a response. He said, quote, I'm a short guy.

but I walk with a big stick. I've been able to deliver for communities all across Milwaukee County and across the state, unlike the Lieutenant Governor. So now you had to get slapped back in your face. Ooh, that was, you know, a forced error. It didn't need to happen. I got to go to break, but I just need, see, this is the telltale signs. And it's so, your campaign staff,

They not serving you well fam. They're not. And for you to be able to say, well, I didn't see the post rule number one, don't be sending out nothing under my name and all my behalf. And I don't know what you're doing. And what you thought was cute and tongue in cheek. I'm talking about a step stool. Yeah.

It's different when it comes from somebody else, but when it comes from the other black guy in the race, the only person that got attacked in the race was DC by the other black guy. All this is a bad look because it's white boys that sitting there orchestrating what you said and what these attacks are. So, you know, again, free advice, free unsolicited, y'all need to pay me advice.

Stop letting people who don't understand cultural nuance be main decision leaders for you or put people around you that can help those people understand how stuff will land because it didn't land funny. It wasn't cute. It wasn't necessary. It makes you look petty and it looks small that in the midst of debating important issues of the day, your campaign wants to point out that David Crawley was standing on a stool. Everybody knows that David Crawley

is shorter than Mandela. All right.

So I got to go to break. It was so funny, my grandson, when they were preparing for the trip, he was asking his mom, he said, hey, mom, you know, where is Martha's Vineyard? She said, hey, go look it up. And he looked it up. He was like, because he's trying to figure out what state is it in. And he went to go look it up. And he was like,

Yeah, that's in the middle of the water. That's that's an island. It's not a state. And so she walked her through that whole thing. So every now and then, you know, the the internet, the technical stuff in terms of your cellular service, it can be a hot mess. My phone has been going to satellite, like I'm in the middle of nowhere.

for the last several days since I've been here. So there are times when I have service, others when I don't. So I just want folks to know that's some of the stuff that's playing out in the background. Before I went to break and I know I got a caller on the line and I'm coming to the phone line talking about last night's gubernatorial debate with the five remaining candidates or I should say.

There were four, and then David Crawley gets back into the race. So Marquette University, who had released a poll on July 22nd, talking about where voters were right now, particularly on the Democratic primary, had Francesca Hong leading in that poll. But they decided that once.

David Crawley re-entered the race that they would do in the updated poll. Roughly about 45% of voters that would, you know, expected voters were not decided. So there were a lot of play. There was a lot of play involved in what was available for this particular race. So they have decided that they are releasing another poll. It is scheduled to come out sometime this morning.

I've been watching the news to see if it has dropped yet. I realized that it is still early. Only 7 30. It may probably maybe eight o'clock or nine. We'll see it. So I'm keeping an eye on it because I'm interested to know what those numbers look like now that Crawley has gotten back in the race. Jay, do we still have our caller? Yes, ma'am. doing a show today. I appreciate it. I voted early yesterday at Midtown. I wanted to call and let everyone know it was around 430 p.m. And the guy said that they had a really big push in the morning time. Okay. When I was there, it was still people coming in. So that was very uplifting. I voted for David Crawley and I think he did really, really good last night. I wish him, Hong and Kilda could just

We could just vote for all three of them because they were on point and in charge. The moderators were really, really good. I don't know who that Caucasian guy was. Matt Smith. What's his name? Matt Smith. Okay. I've never seen him before, but they were really good as far as the follow-up questions, keeping them on time, and the type of questions that they had. I wish they would have dug more into healthcare and

abortion rights, but I did appreciate the questions on that voucher system and AI data centers. Those, I was like really, it's not a single issue voted, but those are two topics that's very important to me. And it seemed like they all agreed about the data centers as far as like holding

those people accountable. But the voucher systems, I like their responses in regards to we're not going to end it right away, but we're not going to keep adding to it because they do realize that it's an issue with NPS and the taxes that us as citizens are paying. But overall, it kept me engaged. It seemed like it went by fast. I don't know because I was anticipating it or if I'm getting older now or something. But, you know, it really kept me engaged as far as

being in tune with what they had to say as far as issues. And then, again, the moderators did really good. So, again, thanks for doing the show, Michelle, and have a good day and safe travels. Yes, go ahead.

Can we invoke the 25th Amendment? He's trying to get rid of the elections commission and where he can stay in power forever and wearing 2028 hats and things like that. What would it take for us to invoke the 25th Amendment or do we just have to just wait until November and vote as a country? All right. I will take a stab at answering that question for you. Okay. So when the caller references the 25th amendment, you know, this is the amendment that can be used to get rid of a sitting president to remove them for cause and It would Take an act of Congress that we are not going to see because of the congressional makeup the Senate makeup in terms of Congress right now, but this addresses in capacity and succession so in the event of

JFK's assassination. Or, you know, when people were talking about whether or not Biden was mentally, fully still, you know, competent to be able to govern the White House, we can see now that Trump was way worse than anything people thought might be going on with Biden. There were folks that were even talking about whether or not he was asleep at Lindsey

Lindsey Crambs funeral the other day. And so what would it take if they determined that the president was unable to discharge their duties and the powers of the office and the president could contest a declaration of any such assertion after which time Congress would have 21 days to decide by two thirds of both houses whether the president remains

an officer should be removed. And so, you know, it's an involved process. A lot of people have been talking about it. Again, what they're concerned about with him and falling asleep in meetings, briefings, ceremonies. This man has been said to fall asleep everywhere. Some of the incoherent statements that he's making, the ramblings, the late night social media posts that, you know, it's like,

This dude does not seem like he's playing with a full deck all the time And so a lot of folks have been talking about whether or not that this is something that needs to be considered if somebody needs to pull a trigger on this but again Even with all of the procedural things that Trump could do the legal fights To to stop this from happening there is not enough will

from two thirds of these bodies to make it happen. So at this point, you know, you got a better chance to impeach it. No, no you don't. We are in trouble because Republicans, you know, have decided that they don't see anything wrong with the behavior with the current president, at least nothing wrong enough that they need to take action. So we are in trouble.

That is why it is so important for folks to show up and vote. You want to make sure that we got people in office that take their branch of the government as seriously as they defer to the president and their powers. Let me do this. Let me take a quick break. And then we'll come back and get to some of these other issues that are out there. The talk of the island.

the HBCU panel I attended last night, talking about a lot of these historically black colleges and universities are owned by the states or, you know, state schools. And if the state legislatures begin to start messing around on campus, what that looks like, we've already seen one HBCU be reduced to only 10 in-person majors.

everything else has been shifted online. So they have basically, and I'll talk about that, but I bring that up because there's also a bill that's been introduced that would get rid of affinity groups in Congress, and since I'm talking about it, groups like Congressional Black Caucus, there's a bill on the table right now that potentially gets rid of

So I need to also include when we were talking about the 25th Amendment, I forgot one key element that I wanted to mention. So the vice president, and this is

while I was saying, yeah, none of this is going to happen. The vice president and the majority of the president's cabinet must declare in writing that the president is unable to fulfill their duties. The declaration is then sent to the Speaker of the House, Congress, and the president pro tem of the Senate. The president, again, can contest the whole thing. Congress will decide the issue, two thirds of the vote, but to trigger it,

at least one of the ways I know the trigger is the vice president and the majority of the members of the president's cabinet have to come to Congress and the Senate in writing and say, hey, your boy is your boy down. And we do something about this. So I just wanted to be clear on that. The other thing I will just quickly say, I heard from someone during the break, they said that they watched the debate. They said that the time was too short. It felt rushed.

Some of the questions asked have been asked and answered on multiple platforms before last night. So possibly a better use of time with the questions. That's just me at Neppart. They said Mandela did take shots at David. David looked tired, which he probably is. David is the only candidate that has executive experience and has been elected to multiple positions.

And that they were hoping that people don't take the debate as their only place to go get info on, you know, how to vote or what they're planning to do. And they were also wondering about how long will it take for people to get in line behind whoever emerges victorious on August 11th.

I mean, like she said, though, and I agree, I think the top three for me personally right now is Ms. Francesca, David Crawley, and Ms. Royce, Kaila Root, heard both of them on your show there.

and then seeing them last night, very strong, very strong. Spoke about safety and public safety and having nice neighborhoods for people to work, grow and play in. Ms. Royce talked about, I believe she said, children anyway, I don't know, grandchildren not, no, she said children, possibly grandchildren too, that kind of gets away from me right now, but she might have said grandchildren too. But something for the...

the parks and stuff, to be safe for the babies and stuff there, you know. And don't mess things up at the parks there for the babies, you know, the water splashes and stuff like that there. And talked about not defunding the police, but reallocating those dollars to different programs like what Nephew Keon did and Von Maze, you know, four on four life, a critical response. Different programs like that, violence prevention, you know, violence prevention, excuse me, Reggie Moore.

on down the list there, programs like that, reallocating those dollars and using those dollars wisely there and getting hiring, you know, a high class respectable police officer and, you know, to be in the neighborhood and community and stuff like that. So not so much defunding them, but reallocating those dollars, you know, so those dollars can work better for those programs, witness protection.

Yeah, witness prevention and protection and stuff like that, programs like that. Jermaine, do we still have the caller? Yeah, well, I'm still on here. Yeah, you don't hear him? Yeah. the surplus there. They each had a chance to take a crack at the surplus there about how they would spend the surplus. But I think, like Ms. Roy said, they're all good people. Their hearts are in the right place and stuff like that. And Mr. Brennan, he said he did 25 years of stuff in the office and stuff there. So if you can get these people to work together as time goes by to move the city and the state forward, I think we're in good shape there.

It's going to come down to crunch time. I think Miss Hung, Miss Roy, and David Crawley all pretty much held pretty strong. But Mandela looked a little fidgety. I mean, he had good answers for his part foremost. But he looked a little fidgety there. I was a little on the edge of nervous there. He looked a little fidgety. So it's probably something he probably has to work on a little bit there. I don't know.

Folks don't don't appreciate I was I actually responded to a social media post yesterday Somehow or another I am caught up in the Trump world's Social media algorithm, so I get a lot of stuff from Trump supporters

I see a ton of posts and because of the research and the work that I do and I go back and forth all over the place looking for people, information, issues, my algorithm is just screwed up. And so I get a lot of stuff from Republicans, things that they post. And this guy, he posted yesterday about how people can disagree.

You see Trump having a limited vocabulary. I see a plain spoken man. You see someone who is rude and inconsiderate. I see someone who speaks his mind. It was that kind of yin and yang about how the perceptions of Trump varies.

depending on, you know, supporter or non-supporter. And he said, so at the end of his post, which is lengthy, he said, so basically, you know, we just have to disagree. And that's okay. And so I rarely post in those, those, those chats and those conversations, but I just felt compelled to this morning when I said,

We weren't spending a billion dollars on a plane that now needs even more money. And it's nothing but a vanity project that's gonna go sit in some museum, you know, because your term will be up in a couple of years. So we spent a billion dollars for basically for nothing, for you to have a toy when we can't provide healthcare.

There's a sister on social media who did this great piece where she literally used only his words since his first term in office talking about Donald Trump Where he talked about health care is coming health here is coming the plan is coming It'll be ready in four weeks. It'll be ready in four weeks. It'll be ready in two weeks It's gonna be beautiful, you know, nope. It's it's happening, you know in two weeks and and here we are almost eight years later in terms of

his actually having the ability to influence it, and we still have nothing. It would be okay if we weren't spending $36 billion on a war in Iran that has netted us nothing. Because we were told that the military capabilities of this country had effectively been, you know, just wiped out. And yet they've been able to respond militarily to every single thing that we do. And in some cases initiate.

military contact. So did we really disable their military capabilities? Probably not. It would be okay if we weren't killing people in boats, in other countries, in international waters, calling them drug dealers with no proof whatsoever. So allowing America to become the judge, jury, and executioner,

and literally provide no proof of more than I don't know if that number's like 150 I need to go look and see I think it was over 200 people that have been killed by the United States of America and this administration with no proof no trial not no evidence brought to the American people so that's what I was kind of on this morning as I read

a couple of days ago about the fact that Representative Nancy Mace out of South Carolina, who is on her way out, so she's disgruntled for a lot of reasons. She has decided that some of her parting work, you know, my most memorable things, and she has had some doozies, would be to introduce a resolution that would put an end to race-based, gender-based caucuses.

in Congress every year since I have worked in Lena Taylor's office which dates back to 2005. I think I've only missed maybe two years of attending Congressional Black Caucus annual conference that they host usually the third week in September in Washington DC.

For anyone that loves politics, policy, you want to be able to see the decision makers upfront, you know, in person, all of the folks that are weighing in on issues all across the country, you go to Congressional Black Caucus. It is the place to be every September. So Nancy Mace, Congresswoman Mace, introduces this resolution.

to revoke and prevent the registration of congressional member organizations, commonly known as caucuses, congressional staff organizations, which she says discriminated on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin. These organizations have been around for years. They were formed for many of the reasons we have the American Heart Association. For the reasons we have,

disability-led, I mean, disability-focused organizations. For the same reason we have Alcoholics Anonymous, Gambler's Anonymous, for the same reason we have any affinity group that speaks to a particular and specific interest that is not being addressed by the broader community. Any group. Any group.

The folks that would be targeted that would be impacted congressional Asian Pacific American caucus Commission on the social status of black men and boys caucus congressional black caucus congressional black mental health caucus congressional caucus on black innovation congressional diversity equity inclusion caucus congressional Hispanic caucus

Congressional Hispanic Conference, Congressional Latino Jewish Caucus, Congressional Predominant Black Institutions, PBI Caucus, Italian American Congressional Delegation, Black Republican Congressional Staff Association, Congressional Asian Pacific American Staff Association. You see where I'm going? The Hispanic Staff Association, the Korean American Staff Association, the Latino Staff Association, the Greek American, the Italian American, the Middle Eastern, and North African.

Republican, Asian, the Syrian America. Do you understand what I'm saying? That we have a lot of people at the table who understand that there are unique issues that impact their constituencies and they come together as caucuses to talk collectively about what we can do to move the needle for these respective groups. That's what it does. That's what they do. Plain and simple.

They're not anti, they're not bashing, they're not saying fund us, don't help anyone else, only pay attention to our issues. But what they're saying is, if you look at the political landscape and you look at policy and you look at who the policymakers are and how these decisions are being arrived at, if you look at who's lobbying people on issues, many of those folks do not look like others in these groups.

So we need people to put on folks radar that black infant mortality is Through the roof we need put people to put on their radar that There are a number of you know school children that need English as a second language offered in their their systems. I mean whatever the issues are We need folks in the room

One of the things that I love about me being in the rooms that I'm in, I'm listening to conversations and it becomes crystal clear. Black folks are not a part of this conversation. The people making the decisions, the people funding the decisions, the people doing the research, what they're researching, you know, AI products being developed and created, but no people of color around the table. So I just did that.

the article about Ayesha, the AI, you know, like chat GPT source that you can go to AI assistant to get information that has been curated or created with black folks, by black folks, because we may look at things differently. It's not

One size fits all and that's what folks keep trying to make this country right now is the one size fits all and the one size happens to be white males of a certain financial ilk and status and Everybody else has to you know, figure out how they fit in and if you don't fit in you're pushed out Even white low income

undereducated white males, you can be pushed out. We can use you to go fight our wars. We can use you to help turn out voters. But when it's time to think about policy, you're not at the table. You're on the menu. So I wanted to flag that for people because these, you know, back to that poem that was written by this German writer who, you know, when they came.

When they came for us, when they, when they came for this group, we said nothing. They came for this group. Ha ha ha. They messing with the immigrants. When they came for this group, ha ha ha. They getting rid of the Somalians. When we came for this group, ha ha ha. We getting rid of, and then eventually there was no one left. There was no one left. So when they started, and they do it, they do it by the poem. They came for the communists. They came for the socialists.

Those words are actually used in that original poem. They came for all these groups. And we all said nothing because everybody will tell you being a socialist is a dirty word, except when you get your car out on the public road and you drive it, except when you got your kid in public education, except when you benefit from social security.

I'm not saying I'm a socialist, but I'm saying stop playing and acting like they're not elements of all of this in many of the things that we do. So in terms of what's next, what do folks come after next? There are folks that are telling you y'all pay attention to the elections. Donald Trump.

When he plays with oh, I see you I see you got a caller when he plays with the idea that I'm gonna be elected for a third time people know You are trying to undermine all of these systems and you are removing people that have been a stopgap in these systems So that you can try to game the system get control of the system We either gonna speak up Or we're gonna have a serious problem on our hand

I was watching the news, Michelle, and they said Donald Trump was in front of the Smithsonian Museum, demanded them to erase everything that wasn't white.

And there's some protesters, a diverse group of protesters, to show up with signs, trying to support people that rise to the Smithsonian Museum. I said, you don't have anything better to do than stand in front of a museum, tell them I'm getting rid of DEI and get rid of this and get rid of that. They're married to parasite. And I can't wait to know them. I hope to God that we can take control, at least the Senate, so they can teach us parasite, but.

and get rid of those Nazi Republicans for a while. And I hope they don't come back. I just want to mention that. I just thought it was interesting that he was standing in front of, down at the Smithsonian Museum of getting on that case, but not getting rid of black history and other people of color history, and having people to show the protest against him. That man has a parasite, and he needs to go. He's sick of me. So I just wanted to say to Michelle, but enjoy where you are.

So Donald Trump has ordered signs to be placed outside of museums, Smithsonian National Museum of American History in particular. And he wants these signs put up that will tell folks that basically the stuff that you're going to see inside the museum. Yeah.

Not not true. Like this is what the signs say quote warning the exhibits in this museum were prepared by people who don't want you to love your country. Oh my God. Oh my God. The signage will correct.

quote, inaccurate information presented in the museum and direct visitors to locations and resources for accurate information regarding America's history. This American president is putting in front of American museums signage because see they've been messing with and limiting his ability to go in and completely rewrite history inside these museums, destroy exhibits. You know, there's been a lot of pushback on that.

So while he's fighting some of this, he was like, oh, well, I control the land. I control signage that goes. So you literally are putting signs that visitors to these museums see when they walk in that say, yeah, don't trust nothing that you see up in here because we truly mean Trump, my supporters. We know the real version of American history.

And nobody else's version is correct. So that's what JT is referencing. And this was the thing. This comes as the president and his team, in terms of targeting the Smithsonian, which gets about two-thirds of their money from the federal government, that they are going to put in this different type of ideology.

You know, one of the things that people were concerned about is that you would also destroy, physically destroy the exhibits that they're removing. I gotta take a break. A number of folks have reached out about the Nolan Wells situation, updates on that.

We know that there is a sister African-American woman who is a specialist in audio, remastering information, a forensic person, if you will, who is able to go back and listen to audio regarding different issues, circumstances, and clean up audio, that whole thing.

So recently it came to people's attention that there was a phone call that had been made by the young men, young teenagers who were on the boat that Nolan had come over on to the island with that their boat was in distress. And so they called a private tow company for boats to be able to come and assist them. While they were

in the midst of that call. The company, the service, it starts recording the call immediately. And so while it is reported that the young men didn't realize that there were portions of their conversation that were being picked up by this program,

that was taking this emergency call for service. So this young woman, her name is Janetta Brantley. She's an audio engineer. She has cleaned up the, and the name of the company is called CETO, TOW. She has cleaned up the audio. She said that was associated with this call made by these three young teenagers, three young men.

And she talks about her background, how she chooses to do it, what she did. And she said she got to a point in the audio where she had to stop because she was hearing certain things that she hadn't planned.

You know, she didn't think she was going to hear. She said, quote, I originally intended to continue much further, but once I separated the dispatcher from the boat and started concentrating exclusively on the background dialogue, what I believed I was hearing became extremely difficult for me to process emotionally, and I needed to take a mental break. But because I wanted to release this portion,

Because some of the details that stood out most to me occur very early in the call like right at the top of the call So she tells people I want you all to listen first listen again Compare the original recording and then judge it with your own ears. So some of the things that they say And there's different points she actually puts the video together I won't play it just because I don't have it hooked up on my system here, but

Somebody says, can be heard saying, can we cover it up? She says, someone says, yeah, I thought all about that. Oh, you killed him. Quote, then the next person can be heard saying he's already dead. Is he dead? Somebody say, yeah. Someone yells to Nolan, Nolan, like they trying to see if he's still alive or not. Then you hear someone say, oh my God. Then someone else says, Nolan, wake up.

Then there's something that's inaudible, but clear. And then someone says, why it? And then someone yells, get, wake up again. Like they talking to Nolan. And then they yell again, get the blank up. Damn it, Bart. No, no, no's really dead now. I guess his nickname was no, no, no, no, no's really dead now. So the system puts this out here.

She didn't even continue to go as far as she could have with it. So there've already been some folks that have come out to try to discredit her, you know, we're forensic experts and we can't cooperate whatever she said. Cause TMZ was talking about this audio and this system was like, no, y'all can stop playing with me. Cause yeah, I do this for a living too. And I know, you know,

Everybody don't appreciate black intelligence, but I know what I'm talking about. So now, you know, we will wait to see what the investigators say because they should have access to some of the best equipment in the world. Even if they don't have it in their own facility, they should be able to get access to it. And, you know, so one of the people that hit us up, he said, so,

You got access to these kind of resources to clean up that audio and nobody did it. But remember how quickly the police department came out and said, nothing to see here. It was a drama. Gone about your business. Everybody go home. Story closed. You did it within hours of this whole situation being uncovered. In terms of this young brother being found deceased.

So we'll keep our eye on it, what this audio means. I'm sure Attorney Crump and his people will be all over it. But I just wanted people to understand that there are already folks that are now out with their expert companies who are challenging what this black woman found in her own research on the issue. that was just so inspirational that he could do so much of that on his own. And to make those changes just inspirational. So, uh, and the last thing I have left you a message, I want people who are retired to understand a friend of mine who I've known for years, who have some dealings with the, with the Social Security. He said in that big deal that I don't want everything, they, they did something in there to Social Security that's going to be coming due to the end of this year. He said, people need to be ready because they love

They've done something that's going to give them an advantage. They're going to change when the checks come. And he said, there's all kinds of changes coming by the end of the year. And he was like me, so I was upset because no elected official has talked about what's coming with the social security changes and stuff that was stepped in and billed that the GOP touted and hurrayed on.

And so I just want those of us, those of you and myself who, who are retired to understand there's some games being played in DC. And I think that's where they're getting all that extra money. You can't ask 65 billion. I think they're rating all kinds of accounts and programs as we know they, they just cancel all kinds of programs. So just, just all of us be aware. But anytime you can ask.

your elected officials, especially federal or somebody ought to know something about these changes that are coming to Social Security.

One of the things that I didn't work in, but I want to get to Tuskegee University institutes the policy. Tuskegee, historically Black College and University privately owned Black College and University institutes a policy banning bonnets, duags, house slippers, pajamas, when you on campus go on the class doing business, can't come out like that.

And there are folks that are actually, while many people support the university's position, there are folks actually hot with us. Trying to make it for the culture. Yeah. And I'm like, when did bonnets outside and pajamas outside be about the culture? Right. Yeah. No, no, no, we're not, we're not going to do that. And I want to be clear. Since we've been here, Martha's Vineyard, the, was it the first, first or second night?

It must have been second night. We were out. We looked over and saw a brother walk up with a purple bonnet on his head, coming to pick up his food. And we all turned. Everybody looked at this dude like, what are you doing? He had a bonnet on up here at Martha's Vineyard, going across the street to pick up his food. This is not culture. All these people talking about, you know, black protective hairstyles.

No, no ma'am and no sir a number of people have weighed in on it Nicole having Jones most recently got in on it But y'all gonna stop acting like trifling behavior is a part of our culture. It is not I think it's a private school and so private schools

Can set dress codes I know the college I attended prior to me getting there men had to wear suits and ties And I was in the late 60s early 70s. I don't know if or Robert still has a dress code. It's a private institution Now we can go back and forth about how much it impacts ones learning in terms of what one is wearing And and I think that they're looking at it from a professional vocational point Where people you know

Let me start off by saying to the community that we are in early voting started on yesterday to 28th, and it runs until August 9th, I believe.

I'll get the specific date, but I want people to make sure that you

are talking to other folks in your family.

If they are not registered, if they have not voted yet, we need people to get busy.

We need folks to show up to the polls.

This primary is going to be very important.

We have five candidates in the race.

Last night, WISN, channel 12, hosted a debate.

I went and looked at some of the commentary following the debate, didn't get to see it.

I was actually at an event.

on the vineyard talking about ironically HBCU black radio and then making that connection to black talk radio in general.

So I was actually at that event last night with some sisters from around the country who either run HBCU radio programs on campuses, have done research in this work or are professional journalists.

I'm sorry, all your personalities at other stations across the country.

So that was a really, really cool event that I attended last night.

And, but, you know, there were a lot of things that were said that certainly put people while, you know, you, you appreciate that.

HBCU radio.

If you've never listened in Sirius XM, they have HBCU radio that you can listen to on their station.

And then you can actually find the different stations around the country and just tune into their campus and be involved with that.

But as we were doing that,

Last night I missed the debate because I wanted to watch a debate and I didn't go back to check for Restream or you know a rebroadcast so that I could check that out So I will definitely have to do that.

So I got to rely on either what you all thought If you had a chance to see the debate I looked at what the comments were and a journal sitting on this morning I went on social media checked out online to see what people were saying

Overall, it didn't seem like there were any real surprises.

Most of the candidates have been pretty consistent in their statements from one forum to the next.

So there was nothing really that stood out there.

I know there was when they talked about who went on the attack with Francesca Hong being basically the front runner right now.

I think more people might have expected that some of the

opponents would come after Francesca Hong to be able to show either the clear differences between the two of their campaigns or, you know, why she was bad for this particular election.

But that didn't really happen according to what I read in the journal Sentinel.

They, in fact, went so far as to say there was really only one kind of attack moment or negative moment.

And that was when Mandela Barnes said something to David Crawley.

And right now, I don't have the story pulled up because I was doing all this resetting on my computer, but I'm going to go and pull it up down.

So what he said, it wasn't like, you know, like blood attack or anything like that.

But.

One of the things that some of the folks noted is that, you know, there was clearly some frustration on the part of Mandela about how things are going.

He was asked the question about why, or how did he feel about Tony Evers not endorsing him?

And, you know, he basically said something to the effect of that's cool, because I'm not the status quo candidate.

I'm not the...

I can't think of the word I'm looking for.

But you know, the entrenched person with the whole candidate situation.

But the thing that made it interesting is that.

But you've been in the establishment establishment.

There it is You've been the establishment candidate all along when you ran for us in it She was the establishment candidate the establishment cleared the whole pathway for you to be able to run for office Now all of a sudden when it's time to run for governor, you're not the establishment candidate That's all nonsense.

That was one of the reasons it was easy to get back into the work I mean to make the decision and run for office because you had name ID

because people connected you with the establishment.

So I thought that that was kind of interesting.

But I'm going to just tell you, too, and I'm looking for this one little part.

Let me see if I can find it.

But there was this one thing I like when I tell you the people that's running Barnes's campaign, man, just leave a lot to be desired.

just a whole lot to be desired.

And it was something that was said, and I'm gonna go back and find it.

Oh, it was a post that was made after the whole thing was over.

And they attributed to...

Barnes's campaign.

Barnes said that he hadn't read the post, but see, you can't be posting stuff under my name or connected to my campaign and I don't know what's out there.

And I'm gonna find, oh wait, there it is, Barnes said he hadn't seen the post.

Oh, so there was a reference.

During the debate, Barnes's campaign posted a photo

of David Crawley standing on a raised platform behind the lectern saying he was quote being propped up by special interest and a step stool.

Hong and Roy's also stood on platforms and it's interesting because Kelder Roy's is actually tall.

Francesca Hong is not that tall.

But Kelda is tall.

So I don't know why Kelda would have been standing on a platform.

And, you know, we've seen the jokes before when Mayor Cavalier Johnson was standing on a platform at an event and, you know, a lot of hay was made about that.

But here you are trying to.

convince people, or you should be trying to convince people that there's a degree of leadership, you know, that you exude, that you are ready for the seriousness of this job, and you got silly campaign members sitting in the background talking about DC standing on a platform.

I want to be clear.

There's no need for DC to stand on a platform.

I don't know if for the purposes of the staging, if they did that, because we've seen stations make adjustments so that the look is more even when things are happening.

So I don't know what that was about.

But I just know that if I'm the black guy in the race, I'm not going to be coming for the other black guy in the race talking about height.

I'm just not going to do it.

I'm just not going to do it.

Because at that point it seems petty.

It's not like when some random reporter or random individual noticed that Chevy was standing on a platform, because I remember it was the photo with the police officer standing behind him.

It's not the same thing.

It's not when the campaign staff thinks that this is cute to point out.

And David Crawley actually had a response.

He said, quote, I'm a short guy.

but I walk with a big stick.

I've been able to deliver for communities all across Milwaukee County and across the state, unlike the Lieutenant Governor.

So now you had to get slapped back in your face.

Ooh, that was, you know, a forced error.

It didn't need to happen.

I got to go to break, but I just need, see, this is the telltale signs.

And it's so, your campaign staff,

They not serving you well fam.

They're not.

And for you to be able to say, well, I didn't see the post rule number one, don't be sending out nothing under my name and all my behalf.

And I don't know what you're doing.

And what you thought was cute and tongue in cheek.

I'm talking about a step stool.

Yeah.

It's different when it comes from somebody else, but when it comes from the other black guy in the race, the only person that got attacked in the race was DC by the other black guy.

All this is a bad look because it's white boys that sitting there orchestrating what you said and what these attacks are.

So, you know, again, free advice, free unsolicited, y'all need to pay me advice.

Stop letting people who don't understand cultural nuance be main decision leaders for you or put people around you that can help those people understand how stuff will land because it didn't land funny.

It wasn't cute.

It wasn't necessary.

It makes you look petty and it looks small that in the midst of debating important issues of the day, your campaign wants to point out that David Crawley was standing on a stool.

Everybody knows that David Crawley

is shorter than Mandela.

Yeah, that's in the middle of the water.

That's that's an island.

It's not a state.

And so she walked her through that whole thing.

So every now and then, you know, the the internet, the technical stuff in terms of your cellular service, it can be a hot mess.

My phone has been going to satellite, like I'm in the middle of nowhere.

for the last several days since I've been here.

So there are times when I have service, others when I don't.

So I just want folks to know that's some of the stuff that's playing out in the background.

Before I went to break and I know I got a caller on the line and I'm coming to the phone line talking about last night's gubernatorial debate with the five remaining candidates or I should say.

There were four, and then David Crawley gets back into the race.

So Marquette University, who had released a poll on July 22nd, talking about where voters were right now, particularly on the Democratic primary, had Francesca Hong leading in that poll.

But they decided that once.

David Crawley re-entered the race that they would do in the updated poll.

Roughly about 45% of voters that would, you know, expected voters were not decided.

So there were a lot of play.

There was a lot of play involved in what was available for this particular race.

So they have decided that they are releasing another poll.

It is scheduled to come out sometime this morning.

I've been watching the news to see if it has dropped yet.

I realized that it is still early.

Only 7 30.

It may probably maybe eight o'clock or nine.

We'll see it.

So I'm keeping an eye on it because I'm interested to know what those numbers look like now that Crawley has gotten back in the race.

I voted for David Crawley and I think he did really, really good last night.

I wish him, Hong and Kilda could just

We could just vote for all three of them because they were on point and in charge.

The moderators were really, really good.

I don't know who that Caucasian guy was.

I've never seen him before, but they were really good as far as the follow-up questions, keeping them on time, and the type of questions that they had.

I wish they would have dug more into healthcare and

abortion rights, but I did appreciate the questions on that voucher system and AI data centers.

Those, I was like really, it's not a single issue voted, but those are two topics that's very important to me.

And it seemed like they all agreed about the data centers as far as like holding

those people accountable.

But the voucher systems, I like their responses in regards to we're not going to end it right away, but we're not going to keep adding to it because they do realize that it's an issue with NPS and the taxes that us as citizens are paying.

But overall, it kept me engaged.

It seemed like it went by fast.

I don't know because I was anticipating it or if I'm getting older now or something.

But, you know, it really kept me engaged as far as

being in tune with what they had to say as far as issues.

And then, again, the moderators did really good.

He's trying to get rid of the elections commission and where he can stay in power forever and wearing 2028 hats and things like that.

What would it take for us to invoke the 25th Amendment or do we just have to just wait until November and vote as a country?

I will take a stab at answering that question for you.

So when the caller references the 25th Amendment, you know, this is the amendment that can be used to get rid of a sitting president to remove them for cause and It would Take an act of Congress that we are not going to see because of the congressional makeup the Senate makeup in terms of Congress right now, but this addresses in capacity and succession so in the event of

JFK's assassination.

Or, you know, when people were talking about whether or not Biden was mentally, fully still, you know, competent to be able to govern the White House, we can see now that Trump was way worse than anything people thought might be going on with Biden.

There were folks that were even talking about whether or not he was asleep at Lindsey

Lindsey Crambs funeral the other day.

And so what would it take if they determined that the president was unable to discharge their duties and the powers of the office and the president could contest a declaration of any such assertion after which time Congress would have 21 days to decide by two thirds of both houses whether the president remains

an officer should be removed.

And so, you know, it's an involved process.

A lot of people have been talking about it.

Again, what they're concerned about with him and falling asleep in meetings, briefings, ceremonies.

This man has been said to fall asleep everywhere.

Some of the incoherent statements that he's making, the ramblings, the late night social media posts that, you know, it's like,

This dude does not seem like he's playing with a full deck all the time And so a lot of folks have been talking about whether or not that this is something that needs to be considered if somebody needs to pull a trigger on this but again Even with all of the procedural things that Trump could do the legal fights To to stop this from happening there is not enough will

from two thirds of these bodies to make it happen.

So at this point, you know, you got a better chance to impeach it.

No, no you don't.

We are in trouble because Republicans, you know, have decided that they don't see anything wrong with the behavior with the current president, at least nothing wrong enough that they need to take action.

So we are in trouble.

That is why it is so important for folks to show up and vote.

You want to make sure that we got people in office that take their branch of the government as seriously as they defer to the president and their powers.

Let me do this.

Let me take a quick break.

And then we'll come back and get to some of these other issues that are out there.

The talk of the island.

the HBCU panel I attended last night, talking about a lot of these historically black colleges and universities are owned by the states or, you know, state schools.

And if the state legislatures begin to start messing around on campus, what that looks like, we've already seen one HBCU be reduced to only 10 in-person majors.

everything else has been shifted online.

So they have basically, and I'll talk about that, but I bring that up because there's also a bill that's been introduced that would get rid of affinity groups in Congress, and since I'm talking about it, groups like Congressional Black Caucus, there's a bill on the table right now that potentially gets rid of

the Congressional Black Caucus and affinity groups of the of a similar ilk.

So let me take a break.

So I need to also include when we were talking about the 25th Amendment, I forgot one key element that I wanted to mention.

So the vice president, and this is

while I was saying, yeah, none of this is going to happen.

The vice president and the majority of the president's cabinet must declare in writing that the president is unable to fulfill their duties.

The declaration is then sent to the Speaker of the House, Congress, and the president pro tem of the Senate.

The president, again, can contest the whole thing.

Congress will decide the issue, two thirds of the vote, but to trigger it,

at least one of the ways I know the trigger is the vice president and the majority of the members of the president's cabinet have to come to Congress and the Senate in writing and say, hey, your boy is your boy down.

And we do something about this.

So I just wanted to be clear on that.

The other thing I will just quickly say, I heard from someone during the break, they said that they watched the debate.

They said that the time was too short.

It felt rushed.

Some of the questions asked have been asked and answered on multiple platforms before last night.

So possibly a better use of time with the questions.

That's just me at Neppart.

They said Mandela did take shots at David.

David looked tired, which he probably is.

David is the only candidate that has executive experience and has been elected to multiple positions.

And that they were hoping that people don't take the debate as their only place to go get info on, you know, how to vote or what they're planning to do.

And they were also wondering about how long will it take for people to get in line behind whoever emerges victorious on August 11th.

to help then go head to head with Tom Tiffany on the Democratic side of the aisle.

and then seeing them last night, very strong, very strong.

Spoke about safety and public safety and having nice neighborhoods for people to work, grow and play in.

Ms.

Royce talked about, I believe she said, children anyway, I don't know, grandchildren not, no, she said children, possibly grandchildren too, that kind of gets away from me right now, but she might have said grandchildren too.

But something for the...

the parks and stuff, to be safe for the babies and stuff there, you know.

And don't mess things up at the parks there for the babies, you know, the water splashes and stuff like that there.

And talked about not defunding the police, but reallocating those dollars to different programs like what Nephew Keon did and Von Maze, you know, 414 Life, a critical response.

Different programs like that, violence prevention, you know, violence prevention, excuse me, Reggie Moore.

on down the list there, programs like that, reallocating those dollars and using those dollars wisely there and getting hiring, you know, a high class respectable police officer and, you know, to be in the neighborhood and community and stuff like that.

So not so much defunding them, but reallocating those dollars, you know, so those dollars can work better for those programs, witness protection.

and

protection and stuff like that, programs like that.

But Mandela looked a little fidgety.

I mean, he had good answers for his part foremost.

But he looked a little fidgety there.

So it's probably something he probably has to work on a little bit there.

Folks don't don't appreciate I was I actually responded to a social media post yesterday somehow or another.

I am caught up in the Trump world's social media algorithm.

So I get a lot of stuff from Trump supporters.

I see a ton of posts and because of the research and the work that I do and I go back and forth all over the place looking for people, information, issues, my algorithm is just screwed up.

And so I get a lot of stuff from Republicans, things that they post.

And this guy, he posted yesterday about how people can disagree.

You see Trump having a limited vocabulary.

I see a plain spoken man.

You see someone who is rude and inconsiderate.

I see someone who speaks his mind.

It was that kind of yin and yang about how the perceptions of Trump varies.

depending on, you know, supporter or non-supporter.

And he said, so at the end of his post, which is lengthy, he said, so basically, you know, we just have to disagree.

And that's okay.

And so I rarely post in those, those, those chats and those conversations, but I just felt compelled to this morning when I said,

It would be okay if there weren't such real life consequences like trying to rewrite Slavery and the history of it in this country like demolishing You know Basically a third of the White House And all the history that went with that with no input from anyone else just to rip out a third of the White House if

We weren't spending a billion dollars on a plane that now needs even more money.

And it's nothing but a vanity project that's gonna go sit in some museum, you know, because your term will be up in a couple of years.

So we spent a billion dollars for basically for nothing, for you to have a toy when we can't provide healthcare.

There's a sister on social media who did this great piece where she literally used only his words since his first term in office talking about Donald Trump Where he talked about health care is coming health here is coming the plan is coming It'll be ready in four weeks.

It'll be ready in two weeks It's gonna be beautiful, you know, nope.

It's it's happening, you know in two weeks and and here we are almost eight years later in terms of

his actually having the ability to influence it, and we still have nothing.

It would be okay if we weren't spending $36 billion on a war in Iran that has netted us nothing.

Because we were told that the military capabilities of this country had effectively been, you know, just wiped out.

And yet they've been able to respond militarily to every single thing that we do.

And in some cases initiate.

military contact.

So did we really disable their military capabilities?

Probably not.

It would be okay if we weren't killing people in boats, in other countries, in international waters, calling them drug dealers with no proof whatsoever.

So allowing America to become the judge, jury, and executioner,

and literally provide no proof of more than I don't know if that number's like 150 I need to go look and see I think it was over 200 people that have been killed by the United States of America and this administration with no proof no trial not no evidence brought to the American people so that's what I was kind of on this morning as I read

a couple of days ago about the fact that Representative Nancy Mace out of South Carolina, who is on her way out, so she's disgruntled for a lot of reasons.

She has decided that some of her parting work, you know, my most memorable things, and she has had some doozies, would be to introduce a resolution that would put an end to race-based, gender-based caucuses.

in Congress every year since I have worked in Lena Taylor's office which dates back to 2005.

I think I've only missed maybe two years of attending Congressional Black Caucus annual conference that they host usually the third week in September in Washington DC.

For anyone that loves politics, policy, you want to be able to see the decision makers upfront, you know, in person, all of the folks that are weighing in on issues all across the country, you go to Congressional Black Caucus.

It is the place to be every September.

So Nancy Mace, Congresswoman Mace, introduces this resolution.

to revoke and prevent the registration of congressional member organizations, commonly known as caucuses, congressional staff organizations, which she says discriminated on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin.

These organizations have been around for years.

They were formed for many of the reasons we have the American Heart Association.

For the reasons we have,

disability-led, I mean, disability-focused organizations.

For the same reason we have Alcoholics Anonymous, Gambler's Anonymous, for the same reason we have any affinity group that speaks to a particular and specific interest that is not being addressed by the broader community.

Any group.

Any group.

The folks that would be targeted that would be impacted congressional Asian Pacific American caucus Commission on the social status of black men and boys caucus congressional black caucus congressional black mental health caucus congressional caucus on black innovation congressional diversity equity inclusion caucus congressional Hispanic caucus

Congressional Hispanic Conference, Congressional Latino Jewish Caucus, Congressional Predominant Black Institutions, PBI Caucus, Italian American Congressional Delegation, Black Republican Congressional Staff Association, Congressional Asian Pacific American Staff Association.

You see where I'm going?

The Hispanic Staff Association, the Korean American Staff Association, the Latino Staff Association, the Greek American, the Italian American, the Middle Eastern, and North African.

Republican, Asian, the Syrian America.

Do you understand what I'm saying?

That we have a lot of people at the table who understand that there are unique issues that impact their constituencies and they come together as caucuses to talk collectively about what we can do to move the needle for these respective groups.

That's what it does.

That's what they do.

Plain and simple.

They're not anti, they're not bashing, they're not saying fund us, don't help anyone else, only pay attention to our issues.

But what they're saying is, if you look at the political landscape and you look at policy and you look at who the policymakers are and how these decisions are being arrived at, if you look at who's lobbying people on issues, many of those folks do not look like others in these groups.

So we need people to put on folks radar that black infant mortality is Through the roof we need put people to put on their radar that There are a number of you know school children that need English as a second language offered in their their systems.

I mean whatever the issues are We need folks in the room

One of the things that I love about me being in the rooms that I'm in, I'm listening to conversations and it becomes crystal clear.

Black folks are not a part of this conversation.

The people making the decisions, the people funding the decisions, the people doing the research, what they're researching.

AI products being developed and created, but no people of color around the table.

So I just did that.

It's not

One size fits all and that's what folks keep trying to make this country right now is the one size fits all and the one size happens to be white males of a certain financial ilk and status and Everybody else has to you know, figure out how they fit in and if you don't fit in you're pushed out Even white low income

undereducated white males, you can be pushed out.

We can use you to go fight our wars.

We can use you to help turn out voters.

But when it's time to think about policy, you're not at the table.

You're on the menu.

So I wanted to flag that for people because these, you know, back to that poem that was written by this German writer who, you know, when they came.

When they came for us, when they, when they came for this group, we said nothing.

They came for this group.

Ha ha ha.

They messing with the immigrants.

When they came for this group, ha ha ha.

They getting rid of the Somalians.

When we came for this group, ha ha ha.

We getting rid of, and then eventually there was no one left.

There was no one left.

So when they started, and they do it, they do it by the poem.

They came for the communists.

They came for the socialists.

Those words are actually used in that original poem.

They came for all these groups.

And we all said nothing because everybody will tell you being a socialist is a dirty word, except when you get your car out on the public road and you drive it, except when you got your kid in public education, except when you benefit from social security.

I'm not saying I'm a socialist, but I'm saying stop playing and acting like they're not elements of all of this in many of the things that we do.

So in terms of what's next, what do folks come after next?

There are folks that are telling you y'all pay attention to the elections.

Donald Trump.

When he plays with oh, I see you I see you got a caller when he plays with the idea that I'm gonna be elected for a third time people know You are trying to undermine all of these systems and you are removing people that have been a stopgap in these systems So that you can try to game the system get control of the system We either gonna speak up Or we're gonna have a serious problem on our hand

And there's some protest, there's a diverse group of protest to show up with science, trying to support people that rise to the Smithsonian Museum.

I said, you don't have anything better to do than stand in front of a museum, tell them I'm getting rid of DEI and get rid of this and get rid of that.

That merits a parasite.

And I can't wait until November, and I hope to God that we can take control, at least the Senate, so they can preach this parasite.

and get rid of those Nazi Republicans for a while.

And I hope they don't come back.

I just want to mention that.

I just thought it was interesting that he was standing in front of, down at the Smithsonian Museum of getting on that case, but not getting rid of black history and other people of color history, and having people to show the protest against him.

That man has a parasite, and he needs to go.

And just so folks are clear, I got to take a break, but what JC is referring to.

So Donald Trump has ordered signs to be placed outside of museums, Smithsonian National Museum of American History in particular.

And he wants these signs put up that will tell folks that basically the stuff that you're going to see inside the museum.

Yeah.

Not not true.

Like this is what the signs say quote warning the exhibits in this museum were prepared by people who don't want you to love your country.

Oh my God.

Oh my God.

The signage will correct.

quote, inaccurate information presented in the museum and direct visitors to locations and resources for accurate information regarding America's history.

This American president is putting in front of American museums signage because see they've been messing with and limiting his ability to go in and completely rewrite history inside these museums, destroy exhibits.

You know, there's been a lot of pushback on that.

So while he's fighting some of this, he was like, oh, well, I control the land.

I control signage that goes.

So you literally are putting signs that visitors to these museums see when they walk in that say, yeah, don't trust nothing that you see up in here because we truly mean Trump, my supporters.

We know the real version of American history.

And nobody else's version is correct.
