Hello all, welcome to WFHR's Rapids Report, probably brought to you by Crockett Sceptic for the July 9th, 2025.
Have your host James here, we're joined by our good friend's family, really, family natural foods.
We got Steve and a Katrina hitter with us. Hey guys, how you doing?
Good. Yeah, it's doing good.
Yeah, it's like family I see twice a month.
Yeah.
I mean, other than Katrina and my parents, maybe my sister.
I don't see all my family.
It's nice. It's nice we can get together.
It's great. We can do that.
And that's, you know, in summer, especially, you should be with family.
Yes, yes.
It's good. We're here. Katrina came in. She called James brother James.
I did.
It's true. I don't know if it is.
Some sort of inside joke here, but warms the heart.
You know, I've never had a brother, so.
Yeah, but this is good for you. This is good for you.
No, it demotes you to, you're not the oldest anymore.
I know.
Oh, I came up 48, so I think I am a little bit older than you.
I think so.
All right, all right. My senior, you know, my, my elder here.
This is part of the reason why I'm being brought in is to make you feel younger.
It's, it's just so.
I always wanted to be a younger sibling.
I've looked at Katrina, but she's got life figured out.
We, this is clearly why people tune in to this program.
We appreciate the sibling.
We get to it guys.
It rivalry, but we bring in a lot of content.
Don't worry about it.
Fast forward a second.
Also bring in a lot of presentations.
Yes.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Almost as much as we see James.
Yeah.
Almost as much.
But so we have some presentations coming up that we want to make sure is on your calendar,
which is taste and talk olive oil.
This is going to be July 23rd at 12 p.m.
So we're going to do kind of like a lunches theme and try that.
Yeah.
You could probably live off olive oil so you can skip your lunch.
I pretty much did.
That's a kid.
Yes.
Oh, you're so healthy James.
Olive oil is like a panacea.
It solves all like here is all.
Yeah.
And that's part of what we're going to talk about too is because olive oil is one of these topics
that like, you know, you can use it in cooking.
We all do.
But you can also enjoy it and utilize it for health benefits.
And so we'll get into some of the health benefits, some of the vast amount of things you can,
you can benefit from consuming it as basically a supplement.
And then we're also going to talk about how it's really great for cooking.
The hardest thing with olive oil is making sure you get a good quality one.
So I think that's the main reason to come to the talk.
And we'll be able to taste these and taste the difference.
Taste the differences, which is really fun.
And we have olive oils from a couple of continent, like three continents.
Yeah, around the world.
Yeah, three continents.
And but all individual, like it's not like all mixed together.
Yeah.
But if you go to the grocery store, you can find them all mixed together.
You don't get to taste the nuances, the toar, if you will, of the olive oils.
But at family, natural foods, you're going to taste the toar.
Yeah, you're going to be traveling the world.
We're going to go to Europe, probably go to Morocco.
Maybe we'll bring our globe out for this presentation.
We're going to go to California.
Oh, it's a good idea.
We might go to California too.
We haven't really decided.
Come and find out.
Yeah, you don't need a passport either.
Which is nice.
Yeah.
This presentation, the presentations you guys have done and the ideas that you've had for these,
every one of them have been informative and been fun.
I think this is one of the better ideas though that you guys really had.
Or bringing it back.
We did last year.
Yeah.
And we had a big old turnout for it.
And I think I said this last year, because I don't know if I did this though.
I'd like the audience.
Actually, now I know where this is coming from, from the conversations that I had listeners last year from this.
If you ask yourself, how much do I know about olive oil?
I think you'd be surprised by how little you know compared to how much information, how much there is.
Yes.
Just in what you guys just shared there, I guarantee there were some people out there like, wait,
there are different kinds of olive oil.
Yeah.
There's different types of olives.
You know, there's different processes to make olive oil.
Yep, there's different ways.
There's some heat.
Some don't.
You know, some music, chemical.
So there's a lot of differences then.
I don't use those ones.
Yeah, don't use those.
My first apartment, my non-empopus show up.
My grandpaired show up.
And I've got, in my refrigerator, a thing of milk.
The almond hammer thing.
And olive oil just sitting right there like a nice big new expensive bottle of oil.
Because of how important she really felt it was.
She really felt it was a part that needed to be a part of your diet that needed to be for you.
It was really good.
It was really good.
It also ruined me for all of the olive oils in it.
Or I should say olive oils that just some of the kind of what you talked about.
A little bit of some of the more, you know, average brands or what have you on everything.
Now, if you like that, that's your thing.
But here is an idea of being able to know even that olive oil a little bit more.
And just the power, the superhero power of olive oil.
Yeah, absolutely.
We've had nice size bottles starting, you know, 14, 15 bucks.
So it doesn't have to be expensive to be really good in good quality.
But I would say it's not something to skimp on.
You know, indulge yourself a little bit, few extra dollars to get really good quality olive oil.
And you'll notice the difference with the taste and also in your health benefits.
So yeah, we'll get into that.
You should come to the talk.
That's that's what we're getting.
Yeah, so that's July 23rd at 12 p.m.
Yep.
And then I'm just going to highlight.
We don't have to go into too much in-depth info.
That's just talking to me right now.
Yep, that's for Steven.
The herb walk, which is September 16th at 4.30.
That's going to be fun.
It'll be during the week.
We're going to talk about different herbs and, you know, how they grow and what you can do with them.
So Jamie and Steven will be leading that.
We'll be at Lake Whiziccia Red Sand.
So Mark your calendar.
It's not at family natural foods.
It's in the field one.
So it's at Lake Whiziccia Red Sand September 16th at 4.30.
Family natural foods field trip.
It's kind of like a field trip.
Yeah, it's got a fun little flow to that.
I like that.
We'll have to get a school bus next, maybe.
Yeah, like the magic school bus.
Oh my gosh.
Oh my gosh.
The names that I were going to be there are James.
Hopefully James is driving.
Yes.
Probably like a circus animal drive.
I'll drive.
Oh, that is w firearm.
Okay we have a rest of it.
Thank you so much.
This was a really strong universal resource.
It's not people who we can propose this ATród, it will debum that ends without questioning.
This is a fun one.
Yes, this hotel.
In fact, it is a great window.
Not just a campus.
So.
It is an interesting place to jump onto.
But actually, we're something you know.
It is!
Okay.
Summertime is not a semester.
The crル is some grace here.
Eight hope so.
So turning down now,
we're third and fourth.
So this is an all day Friday, all day Saturday thing.
Door prizes, lots of sales, different people to talk to about different products.
We will fill you in on more of those details to come.
We just wanted you to get it on your calendar.
So we're very excited about those presentations to come.
And you guys really go above and beyond on those anniversary sales.
So be on the lookout for that everybody.
Another good note to pay attention to your social media.
You guys do a great job of getting ahead of these things even a month or so ahead of time.
Yeah.
It's fun.
We like doing that.
Okay.
Just, if anyone realized they were probably out a lot this last weekend.
The bugs, the blackflies, the gnats.
Yeah.
Oh man.
They're all out.
They took a little walk in my neighborhood and was like, it's out for five minutes.
I was like, whoa.
Yeah.
Reminder.
Hats are really great right now.
Those blackflies love your hair.
But.
They love my dogs neck.
Oh.
Poor thing.
For everybody, I'll get them a hat.
Yeah.
Or a neck warmer.
Maybe.
Yeah.
Or cooler.
Like shorts on his head.
Yeah.
Kind of works.
Kind of works.
Kind of works.
Kind of works.
He kind of shook it off about three seconds.
Yeah.
But if you don't have those really cool things, like your dog has like, you know, a child's shorts.
Yeah.
Well, the short his ears could go out the leg holes.
It was perfect.
Yeah.
If you don't have that, we have really good bug spray.
So just a reminder that we have sort of really good bug spray at the store.
We also have a dog bug spray.
I don't know why I don't use it on my dog.
I probably should have.
Yeah.
He might have liked it, but I'm not having it.
Way better than the hat.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Totally not.
But yeah, like the, the bug spray we have is designed specifically for dogs.
So we'd be safe for you to use for your dogs.
You can also use it for, um, fleas.
Yep.
You don't want those.
Yeah.
So we prevent that.
Put it on them on a like a weekly basis.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Or whenever they're outside for a walk.
And especially if they're not on a flea tech medication, it would be important to use this.
I think it would deter tips as well.
Ticks are pretty stubborn.
But, you know, it's definitely going to help.
Yeah.
If you don't, you know, and honestly, I would spray it on myself.
If I couldn't find my own humans right now, they're going to be pretty similar.
Like there's a lot of good ingredients.
You want the dog one for the dog because dogs are sensitive to some of these essential oils.
And there's a safety issue.
Mm-hmm.
Don't use it on cats.
Cats are even more sensitive.
So this is designed for dogs, not for cats.
Yeah.
But, you know, really, um, that's, well, I guess I should, I was going to say cats aren't outside,
but Katrina's cat lives outside, so.
Yeah, she didn't come inside.
Yeah, they're outdoor cats.
Yeah.
So I don't know that there might be something for them too to look into.
But it's very interesting with the dog, the multiple uses it has.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So like, you can use it for yourself.
You can use it for your dog.
We also have some good, like, after-bite things.
I'm looking on my arms and legs.
Oh, yeah.
Got, like, one fear, like, there's a bad mosquito bite there.
Um, I've put on some of this after-bite stuff.
Sting stuff.
Sting stuff.
Made a big difference.
Yeah.
We've got a couple different brands.
Some we've been selling for years.
We've been using, like, comfrey.
Comfrey's really got first stings, but yeah.
Comfrey's got first stings, but yeah.
Very healing, good for muscle soreness.
Mm-hmm.
Joint aches.
My eight-year-old ass for that.
Oh, I have an aching leg.
My muscles are getting up.
One of the funniest things in the world.
It's like an eight-year-old thing.
Well, an eight-year-old thing.
Yeah.
Well, she's got growing pain.
So, shall you know, is that, like, comfrey works so great.
Yeah.
But it also helps suit her bug-bites.
So she's been like, hey, can I get that comfrey again?
That kid loves it.
Which is on sale this month.
Yeah.
The Terry Natural Comfrey Cream.
Definitely an indispensable thing to have around the house.
I always want to have it on a hand.
Nice to have one in the car.
Maybe your purse.
Put in your wallet.
Mm-hmm.
Don't sit down.
Don't sit down on it.
Wallet wouldn't work, Steven.
Oh, okay.
It was ambitious, I guess.
But yeah, my point is keep it with you.
Really good stuff.
And, you know, like, having these different things for bug-bites
is a good thing to have around, because you're going to get bit.
Even potentially with a good bug spray.
And it's good to have something that kind of like gets it to calm down right away.
Especially for kids.
We have one that's designed for young kids.
And it's made with a little bit of essential oil.
But it's other just natural oils that are soothing and balancing.
The comfrey would probably be good too.
Mm-hmm.
You know, you can, we were talking about olive oil.
Earlier, you can use olive oil for your skin too.
Yes, soothing.
Mm-hmm.
They're a shame.
My daughter is now five months old.
Obviously, in diapers.
I've hoped to have her potty trained by now, but it hasn't.
Oh, Stephen Goodman.
But yeah, it's probably not going to happen for a while still.
She's never had any diaper rash.
The only thing we'll use, and we just kind of use it routinely,
is some olive oil.
And so it's amazing what how nourishing olive oil is.
Mm-hmm.
And very safe, very gentle.
Yeah.
Something to midwives recommend it to us early on.
So we'll just keep a nice bottle of olive oil around.
That's a great idea.
Yeah.
Drinks?
Drinks for external use only.
Yeah.
Yeah, don't drink that.
We've got all the ones downstairs.
You don't want to mix those up yet.
No, no.
That's a really nice note about that too.
And again, you know, something we talk a lot about with a lot of the products with you guys
highlight here on the show.
The multiple uses they have.
Yeah.
And there's so many things like that.
In a day and age where people are looking for more, I hate the phrase,
but bang for your buck or getting more for something.
Every product you bring to us, literally.
Even when they're not involving humans, they do that for the animal.
Like you were talking about with that and stuff.
Yeah.
I've heard you can use olive oil.
Like somebody was telling me just the other day, they gave olive oil to their dogs.
I was like, I should do that.
My dog would love that.
Their coat would be like so smooth and filthy.
Yeah.
Go at that.
I'm getting on topic again.
Yeah, it's okay.
Buck bites.
Well, I think we kind of finished the buck bites.
Okay.
We can move on to some, some sales that we have that we want to highlight.
We got some really good sales.
So the brand Terri Natural is on sale the whole month of July.
20% off.
And so it's a really good time to stack up on some of your essentials.
Your favorites that you know that you're going to use for the next few months.
We've been selling a lot of Terri natural.
Yeah.
And so lots of things in there.
You might have your favorites like things for pain and inflammation or nerve issues.
Maybe you need a little bit more assistance with diabetes and helping blood sugar control.
Terri says like a lot of greed, like just overall health prevention kind of products.
Things that will help you feel better today.
Yeah.
His new vantique fatigue to vantastic.
I think he made that one as a tongue twister.
He was challenging.
He told her how he are by, well, how quickly.
Yes.
Sometimes.
But yeah, fatigue to vantastic.
Formally with Dr. Titlebaum, a long time medical doctor that he's collaborated with to make
formulas.
This is a multivitamin.
No stimulants, no caffeine, nothing like that.
You know, designed to give you energy and make you feel your best optimal wellness basically,
which is actually another product that he makes.
He has a great ginseng product.
I saw a lot of it during summertime because people.
We want energy.
The days are longer and you want to do more.
We want to do it all.
We want his energy.
And Terri's ginseng product you'll notice at the first time you take it.
Sometimes they take one.
Sometimes they take two.
Sometimes they take three.
I'm just kind of like take it as I need it.
Did you take three before you came on radio today?
Definitely.
Yeah.
She's just kidding.
One of the things that is great about these products too, one with the Terri Guarantee
and so many of the things.
Yes, yeah.
On the back, Terrenty.
Did he has with these products?
And then you put on top of it the sale that's going on right now.
So if it's a great note about stocking up, I think that's great.
I especially note this to people that have been on the fence about trying some of these products
or some of the things we've been talked about today.
If you want to see, well, I wonder how this could be for you me.
One of the beautiful things about Terri products, there's not side effects to these things.
Right.
Now like you're a lot of so many of the commercials you see nowadays and a lot of these products.
And if it doesn't work, you can check that off your list.
Okay, this isn't going to help me.
Right.
I can move on to something else.
And I didn't, you know, have to take on a mortgage to be able to get this or anything like that.
Yeah, it's a great time to try it.
It's a kind of a risk-free, like let's just try it.
Well, there's actually two products that have this great ingredient that we wanted to mention.
They're both on sale.
And we've been trying to bring you information on things that you'd want to take during the summer, especially.
So from the family natural foods brand, we have this brand new advanced eye care formula.
This is really comparable.
We basically made it to not only match, but slightly beat the formulas that are recommended and sold by a lot of optometrist, by a lot of eye adapters.
So this is a really great formula for anybody who wants support for eye health.
And I personally like to take an eye product, especially in the summertime, because my eyes are exposed to a lot more sun, one more UV.
Even wearing sunglasses, it's a lot.
So this is a really great eye health formula.
Like I said, it's on sale.
We wanted to highlight one of the special ingredients in it, which I think is really curious.
It's called McCuey Bright.
It's made from the McCuey Fruit.
So this is a fruit that doesn't grow in Amherst or in Rudolph.
Unfortunately.
This one grows in, I think it's Argentina and Chile.
So down by the equator, the other side of the globe that we're in here.
And it's in another product.
So Terry Natural made a brand new product, which has been really popular too.
It's a hair skin and nails product.
So a great product to help if you want any support for hair skin and nails.
So you could pick either of these products and get kind of overlapping support.
You could get support from hair skin and nails, or you could get eye health support.
Pick your direction.
We also have a product for dry eyes that features this ingredient.
So it helps bring moisture to the eyes apparently as well.
So there's three options.
You get the same ingredient.
And I'll kind of highlight some of the great details about this.
So what's neat about this McCuey berries,
it's a concentration of protective polyphenols.
So anybody who's followed Terry listened to his program on Saturday mornings.
He talked a lot about polyphenols.
Polyphenols are this, you know, we'll hear it.
We'll continue reading here.
So this specific polyphenol include is anthoscience
that develop in reaction to intense sunlight and oxidative stress of the plant faces during their growth.
So the fact that this helps protect your eyes and your skin
is kind of the same thing that it's doing in the plant.
So the plant naturally develops this.
That's really cool.
And us folks of very northern descent like us are kind of mostly Germanic and Polish.
Our skin isn't really adapted to that.
Folks who genetically are related to people from the equator,
they have a little more resilience to this.
And that's kind of like this fruit.
It's from places that have 10 sunlight.
It's really cool.
Which I love that.
So it has a specific anthosign,
Delfinidin.
It's kind of a hard one to pronounce.
But it's kind of unique to this McCuey berries.
It's highly concentrated in it.
But it is responsible for both the fruit's deep purple color and its strong health benefits.
One of the things that I wanted to highlight here was that
this specific polyphenol helps prevent damage from ultraviolet rays.
So UV rays because it reduces cox2 inflammation caused by sun damage.
Which can also be one of the causes of skin cancer.
So we tend to think of cox2 activity as only related to muscle soreness or arthritis.
But it also causes serious issues in addition to that.
So reducing this cox2,
you know, what I'm reading here is it's also going to help with any kind of joint pain and soreness.
Muscle soreness, which you might have more of in the summer if you're active.
But it's also going to help protect your skin from this UV radiation.
And it's helping your eyes all along the way.
It's helping your eyes.
We're just kind of like,
they're just loading it up.
It's helping with dry eyes, you know, dryness in your eyes.
But the other thing like this is even better if you can get better in this story here.
It helps.
So there's something called telomeres.
And these are protective things that protect the chromosomes in your body,
your DNA chromosomes.
The kind of, the telomeres are kind of explained as something like the plastic ins on shoelaces
that prevent them from unraveling.
So, you know, like those things that sometimes they break down and they fall off
and then your shoelaces unravel, that's the telomeres.
You don't want that part to break down because it helps.
It's a main contributor, a significant contributor to aging.
So this fruit extract from Magui Berry showed telomere short,
a preventive telomere shortening by 52% after four weeks.
So basically after taking it for about a month,
it's pretty quick.
And the scientific reports show that it reduces by 52% by half,
basically better than half.
So that's another benefit.
I'm going to turn it on.
I love highlighting side benefits.
Maybe you're taking this for your skin and nails, dry eyes, eye health.
But you're also like,
telomeres are going to be better for like my longevity.
Yeah, you're also helping, you know, the aging process in your entire body.
So, okay, that's cool.
Let's see, it also showed significantly reduced markers of inflammation
and oxidative stress and a double-blind placebo-controlled study
with precipitants, participants, sorry, aged 45 to 65 years old.
And then the last little detail is going to bring up another placebo-controlled clinical study
with women aged 27 to 57 found that Magui Berry polyphenols improved skin collagen
in just eight weeks and significantly decreased redness spots
and uneven skin pigmentation in just four weeks.
So another thing, about one month, participants found that increase the collagen
so probably reducing wrinkles and signs of aging basically is what they're saying in the skin
and it helped even out skin pigmentation.
Which is kind of a hard thing to do.
Yeah, I wonder if it would also, they didn't use the word rosacea here
but I wonder if it would help with things like rosacea.
Which is kind of hard to get to the bottom of.
And you don't hear that a lot as a benefit or something that can even do that.
So this product is on sale.
I think it's selling for like less than $30 a model right now.
And it's called Advanced Eye Care.
And then the Terry one is...
His new hair skin and nails product.
Yep.
And that's also on sale.
That's also on sale.
And I think the one for dry eyes is also on sale.
So you can kind of pick what formula you want the extra benefits for.
But they're all going to give you all those benefits
because they all have the same fruit extract in it.
Not everyone though has an aglet.
Yeah, and an aglet is what that little plastic thing of the end of the shoelaces.
No, I couldn't think of what the word was.
I knew I'd do it.
It was on the tip of the aglet though.
That is what those are called.
But they even have a name for those as well.
Right.
So this is a new product from Family Natural Foods.
A really advanced eye care product.
And I'd recommend trying it.
I've been taking this fruit extract myself.
And I'm like, this is the time to take it.
The summer sun is out.
You know, people are getting skinburned.
More and more of us are dealing with allergies that we never dealt with in our lives.
And the dry eye thing you were talking about in some of that.
And if people want to kind of go back to some other things we've talked about for skin,
health and protection from the sun, basically every segment of this summer,
we've found something and highlighted it.
So, you know, like this is the one we're featuring today.
But this is the great thing about the archives and this kind of podcast format.
Feel free to go back and find other things that may have other side benefits.
We talked about one with muscle soreness.
We talked about one.
A bunch of different things we've talked about.
So, we're going to continue that trend because this is summertime we like to keep this seasonal
and featured with things that you want to be working on.
A couple of things I just want to highlight.
Still in the Family Natural Foods brand.
These are things that we recently brought in.
We've had creatine powder.
Creatine's really good for muscle recovery, muscle strength.
It's good for brain neurological transmitting.
It's good for seniors who want to maintain muscles.
For muscle strength, it could be good for anybody who...
It's thought of as a bodybuilder thing.
But I think there's kind of a...
They're kind of dispelling that recently because they're kind of like,
hey, this is actually important for anybody who wants to maintain muscle mass.
That and like even females often, we don't think about it for females.
But they're finding it's really beneficial for female health.
But the brain connection to it as well is very important.
You have a unflavored one.
So you can put that into anything.
Very neutral. I think we have an capsules.
And then we also have it in like a fruit punch flavor.
So if you just want a little extra flavor to yours.
You want a little extra punch.
A little extra punch, you can go that way.
But that's a really good one.
And we'll probably highlight these more because we only have so much time to highlight it.
But we also have a pre-workout.
Two different pre-workout formulas as well that have the creatine
but it has also other things to help with that muscle recovery.
Muscle strength, you know, really giving the muscles the right energy before going into workout.
You don't have to be a bodybuilder to use this.
You could be mowing your lawn to use it because that can be a workout for everybody.
In general, it's not like going to like wildly bulk you up.
It's more like maintaining and strengthening these muscles.
Well, it's helping that recovery too.
So you get done doing whatever you're doing.
Maybe it's just raking your yard.
And you don't feel a sore.
And you have energy to work your way through it all.
I was just using this, the new one, the advanced pre-workout.
It has a great flavor, sour surges, what it's called.
But it just has like this great, like kind of fruity taste.
And it's great.
I would tell people that you can take one scoop or two scoops.
I tried two scoops and it was like too much.
You know, you could work your way up to it.
But I was like, one scoop really did the trick.
It had stuff that like, it has this ingredient in it,
which is for energy and focus, like also for the mind.
You can maybe use this before you take a test or something.
But it kind of works like caffeine.
And kind of the way caffeine can help focus you.
And caffeine's used a lot in sports products.
But it doesn't have any of the side effects or negative aspects of caffeine.
So this doesn't have any caffeine in it.
But it has some of those same attributes.
Like curious.
So then it has, you know, like beetroot powder
and alcytroline that helps with nitric oxide,
which helps with getting, you know, blood into your muscles
and open up your blood vessels.
The popular thing, you know, nitric oxide boosters
and beetroot in particular.
And just some other really, really good ingredients.
I actually have to do more research on it.
But I was impressed with the results of that.
I would recommend it.
Again, it's on sale this month.
The whole life we've, I've been working out
and been with my father and stuff.
It's always been a big deal.
It's an athlete and especially considering how much he spent in time in the gym.
And we growing up didn't have a lot of money.
Like a lot of athletes starting out and everything.
And they would often recommend these kind of things.
And especially creatine of any form.
But if you could only get one,
it was that after workout one that you could get.
That would so be so beneficial to some.
My father found it was the pre workouts that were really beneficial for him.
I encourage people to try to see what works for them.
Yeah, see what works for them.
And again, never a better time to try these things when they're on sale.
I think your dad's on the right track because it sets your body up for success
through the workout process.
And if you've got everything, you know, you got your blood flow in.
You've got, you know, all these things kind of the creatine helping with muscle recovery afterwards.
You've got all that preloaded while your body's doing the work.
Afterwards, yeah, you could, you could like,
you could basically just take a good protein drink.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Or, you know, have a bunch of water.
That's the scrambled eggs. I don't know.
Get some protein. And for sure,
because your body needs that for muscle building.
I just got to say, I think it's so cool to see this,
this product in particular or creatine in particular.
And the idea of pre workouts, you know, things getting more and more popularized.
And more and more people using them.
I've seen it in the athletic community for my whole life.
And I've never understood why more just, you know,
everyday people don't use these things.
It's a great note about what a workout is for me is going to be different than for the person next to me.
And what you might, everybody can use this though.
Yep.
It doesn't matter what kind of how strenuous or how big of a workout you might have.
Yeah, absolutely.
Okay, one last highlight.
True grace.
One of our favorite brands.
They're Milwaukee based company, family owned, operated.
Their whole line is on sale for the month.
And I like to tell people this because people really like to buy it
when it's on sale.
Yeah.
We all do.
And there's so many good electrolytes right now.
And it's summertime.
We've been highlighting electrolytes.
James, I brought you a little taster.
This is their line one.
This is one of the best long cleanest electrolyte you're going to find out.
Lemon lime electrolyte.
And it's got the right combination of what you need for that like sodium potassium electrolyte boosting.
But it also has cordiceps mushroom.
And that has, it can help with energy.
Naturally.
But it's not going to be like keeping you up at night or anything like that.
But their whole line is on sale including the electrolytes.
And it's a really good time to stock up on their stuff.
And definitely, definitely get electrolytes.
It's so hot and humid.
We don't realize how depleted we are right now.
I was going to tease you off air about this because I don't normally drink anything lemon or lime.
It's just like, no, it's not my flavor.
Okay.
That is great.
It's like a margarita.
It is.
It's not that fake.
It's not that fake stuff.
Or it tastes like you're like cleaning the floor.
That's what it is.
Yeah.
This one has a very like because it's naturally flavored.
It has really genuine flavor.
And they make one that's grapefruit.
And he has a salty grapefruit taste.
I do like grapefruit.
And it tastes like another cocktail.
You know, like, wow, what is that?
Pum.
Pum.
Yeah.
You said something there, genuine flavor.
Yeah.
And I don't want to skip past that too much because it's so much artificial flavor.
And everything nowadays, you really can tell a difference when it's natural flavor.
Like, I just did because I'll be honest, I have a lot of things that have artificial flavor
in them that are part of my diet.
That was a shock to my system almost.
Like, hey, this is what it really tastes like.
Yeah.
That's good.
But when you said you didn't like lemon-lime flavor, I bet you love lemons and you love lime.
Yeah.
Like, if you have tacos, you're squeezing some lime on it.
Yeah.
If you're having like, you know, but you're right.
It's like the natural fresh from the fruit taste.
I'm finishing these tacos with this one.
There's also a watermelon.
I've tried all of these and I was like, all of them taste great.
They have very clean ingredients.
A lot of these don't, you know, they have food colorings.
They've got artificial sweeteners, you know, artificial flavors.
This one is very clean and it's scientifically based to have the right amount of these minerals
to replenish your mineral stock after, you know, being outside and sweating.
We're just not sweating.
You need these minerals on a normal day.
A lot of people with muscle cramps, you know, any time of the year.
This can be the answer for you to make them look quickly too.
And hydration.
You're getting more water at the same time, which is hugely important.
Yeah.
That's the note.
Everybody's stay hydrated.
It's a great note.
