Making the Most of a Late Winter

Joel's out hunting bobcats in the great Northwoods, meanwhile Danielle and Mike are holding down the fort. Alongside them, Shotgun Steve Schaffer and Chef Jan Sather are making up for the late arrive of snow in Wisconsin by doing as much as they can before we thaw out again.
