Blanche's confirmation by a one vote margin was finalized at 4.31 this morning.

It is a decision regarding Mr. Blanche in very specific circumstances.

All Democrats and Republican Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski voted against Blanche's confirmation.
The DC Circuit Court of Appeals blocked construction of the White House ballroom saying that it requires congressional approval.
President Trump says he'll take this to the Supreme Court.
Still no word on the status of two crew members who were on a heavy lift helicopter that crashed battling a wildfire in Utah Friday.
Meanwhile, a bulldozer operator was killed battling a fire in South Central Oregon.

Officials in New Mexico are reacting to the court decision that orders meta Facebook and Instagram's parent company to pay more than half a billion dollars penalty for its role in the childhood mental health crisis.
New Mexico's attorney general is calling the court ruling against meta historic saying it changes a narrative around the world about the dangers that he says social media poses to children.
He says they expect an appeal from meta.
They have not shown any willingness to either accept responsibility for their conduct

Las Vegas Raider quarterback and former Minnesota Viking Kirk Cousins and star pass rusher Max Crosby got into a scuffle late in practice on Friday in Henderson, Nevada before their teammates quickly jumped in and separated them.
Cousins is operating the first team offense and training camp.

Cousins appeared upset that Crosby tipped his pass that forced an incompletion.

A person familiar with the terms of the investigation told the Associated Press after the team announced Clark's passing that drug paraphernalia was found at the residence.
