I have many fond memories of the fourth of July celebrations, family gatherings with a big wash tub full of ski double cola and hillbilly grape on ice.
No one ever talked about safety with the fourth of July fireworks that I was growing up.

Later, of course, while walking around barefoot, I stepped on a recently
