Trump says Iran will promise never to build or obtain a nuclear weapon, but that promise is not new.

Overnight crews began removing the president's name from the Kennedy Center.

A judge said a February 20, 27 trial date for the Uvalde School Police Chief who's accused of endangering students by failing to quickly respond to the 2022 mass shooting at an elementary school.

will have been nearly five years since the deadly Yvali school shooting when former school police chief Pete Arredondo stands trial for allegedly endangering students that day.
He's accused of ignoring his training by waiting some 77 minutes before having agents storm the classroom where the shooter was barricaded.
It remains to be seen whether the court will be able to stick to that February 2027 trial date due to ongoing civil litigation that seeks to force agents with U.S.
Customs and Border Protection to testify in the case about their role taking out the gunman.
Another officer involved in the response was acquitted earlier this year.
