But energy prices continue to climb, ABC's Olivia Rubin says it's been the fastest three
week spike in gas prices ever and it could take a while to come down.
New research suggests that these surges could remain beyond that in part due to long-term
damage from strikes on key energy infrastructure across the Middle East repairs there could take
months or even years.
And Israel says attacks against Iran are going to increase significantly over the coming
week.
The developers are reporting frustration from long airport security lines, TSA workers
going unpaid because of the partial government shutdown, Democrats say they're willing to
fund TSA, but they've blocked funding to all of the Department of Homeland Security.
The NCAA basketball tournament to full swing the NCAA seats in emergency restraining
order to stop draft kings from using terms like March Madness.

A federal judge sided with a major newspapers challenge to a Pentagon policy says ABC Stephanie
Ramos.
A federal judge blocking the Trump administration's policy limiting media access to the Pentagon.
The judge siding with the New York Times who challenged the new rules which threatened
reporters being branded as security risks if they tried to get information not authorized
to be made public.
The judge said the rules violate the First Amendment and the right to do process.
Many journalists walked out of the Pentagon.
In October, rather than agreeing to that new policy, at least four states are recommending
that health care providers continue RSV immunizations for babies for an additional month this year.
They say that while this year's RSV is not more severe, the peak of the respiratory illness
is occurring later than usual, so some states are still reporting increases in cases the
season usually ends at the end of March.
