The Readsburg Pirates picked up a five four nine inning win over the Casinovia Reds and home talent night league baseball.
The night league of the home talent only plays seven innings.
But this game was tied and foreign with two extra innings.
And the score well done to be five four is the Pirates scored a run at the top of the ninth.
And shout out Cas in three straight bats in the bottom of the ninth to get the victory.
Now the Casinovia Reds gave it a good goal.
They scored a run in the second inning and a total of two in the fourth.
And one of the sixth but could not score after that.
Readsburg scored a run in the first inning three in the fourth.
And then did not score again until the ninth inning.
Great effort for Casinovia's Garrett Jennings as he goes pitches into the eighth inning.
And struck out seven gave up six hits coming out in relief was Houston Bowen.
Bowen wound up suffering the loss struck out two and walked a total of two in his one and a third innings of relief.
The win goes to Jake Wagner who came on on a relief of Lincoln Smith.
Smith went the total of four innings.
Wagner came on and pitched the rest of the game from the fifth inning on and struck out seven and gave up just a couple of Casinovia hits during that time frame.
The win by Readsburg emerged a loss to Casinovia.
They suffered a couple of weeks ago, six five.
And this was a good ball game as well.

The two teams will turn around and play again Saturday night at six o'clock in the weekend game.
