First of all, it was Lancaster at Richland Center.
And WRC OF Phil Ney was there.
Lancaster held on for a 28 12 win over Richland Center and high school football Friday night.
The final score was not an indication of how close the game was.
The Hornets missed a field goal on their first possession of the night.
The flying arrows responded with a touchdown from Samaje Benson.
Nolan Wolf's extra point made it seven nothing.
The ensuing kickoff was returned 80 yards by Jaden Shep for a touchdown.
But it was called back for a holding penalty.
Hornets got an interception later by Fletcher Harper, who picked off a Lancaster pass late in the half.
It appeared it would be a one touchdown game at half.
However, the arrows, Samaje Benson ran for a 13 yard touchdown with seven seconds left in the half.
And the visitors went up 14 nothing at half time.
Richland Center would score the next two touchdowns.
