Whatever happened to it? We’ll talk to two members of the 2017 Blue Ribbon Commission on School Funding. It was praised as a model for how Republicans and Democrats could work together. But togetherness is not a quality that’s been top-of-mind for the people in charge of the state Assembly and Senate.
