Mark Husen from Bellin Sports Medicine is in the studio today to discuss ice safety. He also just returned from a conference and wanted to put a plug out for local school boards and the amount of work and commitment the members give to the local communities. Mark also offers tips for getting in shape this time of year. Stretching and hydration are his top tips. Then we're joined by Aaron Ludwig. He's created a podcast called "Dads with Bacon TV". While they may talk about bacon, the word bacon is used in the name because it's Aaron's nickname.
