The guys are joined by Sai Maldonado, a local boxer who's preparing for the Golden Gloves in April. Originally from Puerto Rico, he got into boxing at the age of 9, with his father as his coach. Part of his training includes hitting the gym three times a day. Sai is hoping to go pro in the next 12 months, and with his determination, our bet is he'll pull it off and rock it! Keep an eye out for this kid! Then we're Moving With The Malcores, Ben & Deanna Malcore. They give us a great rundown of some of their available properties. They also reminded us about their grand opening at their new location, The Collective, which is coming up on Thursday, April 10th, from 4-6 pm.
