It's FRIDAY! That means Mark Husen joins us from Bellin Sports Medicine is in the house. Maino immediately jumps on Mark for details on how he hurt his quad yesterday while he was walking on the trail. As always, Mark has some advice for John, and our listeners. Mark says warming up and stretching are so important...even if it's a short walk. Then Ted Stefaniak joins to have some fun with everyone in the studio, AND fill us in on the high school football game that the TV32 Sports Showdown.
