Kristen Ambos from Point Mortgage Company joins us to talk about getting the loans for your next home. But she also talks about building your portfolio on rental properties. Her big advice is, work on the loan first before even looking at homes and properties. There are SO many options to help you get in the door of your new home, Kristen can walk you through it all! Then we welcome back Douglas Darby and Jacob Jansen to discuss the work their project Turning The Page is doing. The project formed in July of 2020 to get students normalizing the discussion around substance use disorder and mental health while supporting the students with resources and information on the back end. Turning The Page sets the bar in engagement with today’s youth.
