Rich is a former guard in the National Football League who played nine seasons for the Green Bay Packers. He was selected by the Packers in the third round of the 1985 NFL draft. He talks a bit about the old days with the Pack, but also talks about what he's been up to since his time in Titletown. Kevin Burkel, owner of Burkel's One Block Over joins as a surprise guest for Rich.
