It's St. Patrick's Day, and we're celebrating! Jeff Ksiazek from the Irish Fest School of Music in Milwaukee (https://irishfestschoolofmusic.com/) kicks off the festivities with a traditional Irish tin whistle (which is a lot different than his original jazz saxophone). Irish music has had a huge impact on music in general. There is a magical, interweaving that has taken place over the course of hundreds of years. And Corey Webster from the Irish Heritage Center in Milwaukee (https://www.ichc.net/)joins Maggie to talk parades, Irish traditions, and of course, culture and ancestry. Turns out green beer is not a traditional Irish drink. Who knew?
