Dan Shafer also joins Maggie this hour for another edition of "State Slate." Today, Maggie and Dan discuss the bill proposed by Wisconsin Republicans which would limit school referendums, essentially boxing in local communities. Dan also reminds us that we are one week away from Gov. Tony Evers budget address! We are also only one week away from the state primary, which includes the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. It's turning into a really competitive race!
