A Georgia Appeals Court ruled today that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's entire District Attorney's Office cannot continue as prosecutors in the Georgia RICO case against Donald Trump and numerous other defendants. Maggie explains why Fani failed us, the American people, but also and more troublingly, the voters of Fulton County. Then Maggie dives into Elon Musk's control over Congress and Donald Trump, effectively vetoing the Continuing Resolution to keep the government funded through March 2025 from his perch on "X." Maggie also briefly questions the involvement of the feds -- via the Southern District of New York Attorney General's Office -- in bringing a federal prosecution against Luigi Mangioni, the United Health Care CEO killer.
