The Maggie Daun Show is joined by attorney Jeff Mandell from Law Forward to discuss the process of early voting being underway, and update on absentee ballot drop boxes and other aspects listeners need to know ahead of Election Day.

Then, Mia Ives-Rublee from the Center for American Progress Action Fund stops by the show. Mia is the Senior Director for the Disability Justice Initiative at CAPAF and is one of the foremost disability justice organizers in the U.S. – she founded the Women’s March Disability Caucus. Maggie and Mia talk about what would happen to the disabled community in a second Trump Administration and if they enact Project 2025.
