The Maggie Daun Show

It's baseball playoff season, y'all! In honor of reaching this special time of year, and in honor of Maggie's dad's birthday, AND MLB incorporating statistics from the Negro Leagues into the formal Major League Baseball records, a very special guest. Maggie talks with the youngest living player to run the bases with the Negro Leagues, Dennis Biddle. Mr. Biddle shares some of his most impactful experiences on the diamond and in his life since. He started Yesterday's Negro league Baseball Players Foundation in 1996 to support players and their legacies.

At the bottom of the hour, Maggie talks with EMILYs List Director of Strategic Communications, Sara Spain. Maggie and Sara reflect on the VP debate last night, comparing the substance and style of each candidate. Specifically, the substantial lies spewed by Vance, especially on reproductive freedom.
