Jayati Ghosh has been a Professor of Economics at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst since January of 2021. She also taught economics at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. Among other accomplishments, she is the Executive Secretary of International Development Economics Associates, an international network of heterodox development economists.
