And I'm just here for it.

Y'all know, he's like, if I had the political tact that I wish I had, Shannon.

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Ray Nitty and Maybe Shannon, where every discussion is on the menu on the award-winning 1017 The

Truth.

What up, what up, what

up Milwaukee?

What it do, what it do, what it do?

It is time to get into it with your favorite crew in the brew, the lunch break crew, Ray Nitty, maybe Shannon, DJ, Brother Z holding us down with the production and sound.

Man, the chef came in to cook early.

Shannon.

What's up?

What's up?

The chef came in early.

Brother Isaiah, I don't know if you can see Shannon right here on this side.

We're going to get her up on the screen for you.

Our amazing co-host Shannon.

Maybe Shannon.

You can look at her right here as well.

What's up?

What's

up?

What's up?

Until we get that one.

What's up?

How are you today?

I'm feeling great.

I'm fired up.

Man.

I know that's right.

Glad you are, man.

So you are not a stranger to Milwaukee anymore?

No.

I'm sorry.

How rude of me, Shannon, for our cousins

that are just

joining.

Right.

You know what I'm saying?

For everybody that is just joining us, man, we have the amazing Isaiah Martin in the building, man.

Been seeing you on social media, killing your things.

We've been calling you chef all day because you really be cooking people.

You feel what I'm saying?

We got to.

So, thank you for, and what we was just saying before you walked in is, you do it in the most unapologetically black way with such tact and poise, you know?

So, you know, we don't possess all that type of poise up here.

You know, me and Shannon, we take it to the floor.

I like that.

And Shannon start digging tunnels.

Where did we cook it, huh?

Man,

listen,

I'll let nothing go.

Shannon be sizing them up and just be cookin' them.

I like

that.

You

got to.

No, I'm just...

You know how it is, man.

You know, these folks be talkin' crazy.

So, you know, you gotta set them straight.

Absolutely.

I fully support

that.

Absolutely, man.

Truth Nation, if you just joining us once again, the amazing Isaiah Martin is in the building.

You doing some work out here, man.

Yes, indeed.

That's like twice in a month now.

It is.

You might as well go and get you a spot, register and run for something

out here.

Look, the Brewers won

the World

Series, man.

The city's popping.

Yes, sir.

Yes, sir.

You

know, I was told...

that Milwaukee was like a hidden gem in many ways.

And I know when I came for the first time, I was amazed.

Everybody was so cool, so welcoming.

And I was fired up.

So I definitely am excited to be here to campaign for my good friend, David Crowley.

We got to get him across the finish line because I know he's going to do such great work for the state of Wisconsin.

Man, absolutely, absolutely.

Man, the city is looking beautiful today.

I got to say, man.

I was almost emotional this morning.

So I went around to a couple of the sites early.

You know, typically we have low turnout in Milwaukee.

And it was a site in particular, La Follette.

I think that's how they say it in Milwaukee.

Is that is that right, Shannon?

That's how we say it in Milwaukee.

La Follette Elementary and Middle School.

It's a

lot of things we just winged.

A nice and ring, right?

And typically.

I want to say in the last presidential election, they may have had 115 voters.

All day?

All day.

Today.

They were at 9 o'clock when I was there today.

They was at like 65, 75 voters.

23 of them being newly registered men that are voting for the first time.

And that was, I'm talking about mothers dragging kids, grandmothers dragging grandchildren.

It's a beautiful thing that I'm seeing in the city.

And I'm just excited about it, man.

And to see the amount of young people that is voting, it means a lot, man.

So we got the chef in the builder.

So before we get into it,

We got one of your recipes that we want to play.

Let's get into one of these recipes.

It

was $2.5 trillion for the CARES Act, $2 trillion under Biden.

And I think it is downright pathetic

that

you guys as conservatives are trying to compare inflation numbers after a global pandemic in which two presidents printed $4.5 trillion on top of that with supply chain issues and

the war in Iraq.

So do try to agree

with at that time.

And then he promised people $2,000.

individual checks that I

did.

So to try to go either did Mitch McConnell.

Wait a second.

So I'm actually very consistent.

We were dealing with a once in a generation pandemic and to try to go and compare a self-inflicted.

Self-inflicted tariffs to a point in time in which we had a global pandemic.

I think that is downright shameful.

And I think

that's.

She didn't like that one.

He said, you all, he did the both of them.

He gave them the double thumbs.

I know that's right.

Ma'am, so we got some questions for you.

Me and Shannon are going to get into some questions.

Shannon, I'm going to let you go ahead and kick it off, Shannon.

Let's do it.

For sure.

So before the viral debates and the Congressional runs, how did you actually get started?

Well, actually,

my path to social media was one that I never really thought made any sense but you know I had a mentor at the time that was 74 years old um well maybe at that time she was 70 she was like 70 something and she was in congress and it was congresswoman Sheila Jacksonley and she just had this big briefing in which they were talking about social media and all these people and how it was going to be so important for

you know, campaigns and communicating ideas in the future.

And she said, Isaiah, I think that you should really take this thing seriously.

And I think you should do it.

You know, I think it's kind of crazy that a 77 year old person would be the one that would start me in social media.

But, you know, I took her advice.

I started posting and, you know, I'm not going to lie for a couple of years.

Nobody paid attention.

It was like I was kind of just talking to a brick wall.

But I stuck with it.

because I saw this interesting podcast with this fellow.

He had a lot of followers and he said, you know what, the secret to what I did, I posted all my clips four times a day, seven days a week, and eventually it took off.

I said, well, this dumb son of a, you know what, can figure it out, so can I. So I did it, and I started doing that, had my debate clips, and eventually I got better, and the clips started to go out, and it kind of led to what it was.

It was a very unconventional path.

A 70-something-year-old told a 20-something-year-old to get into social media.

That's how it got started.

So

how old are you?

28.

28,

man.

It's just out to the young generation.

My future is in good hands.

Yes, indeed.

All right, what else you got, Shannon, before I derail

us?

Yeah, so speaking of debating, right, you often as a Democrat against 20 MAGA Republicans, was there a moment

in that viral, in that viral video that rattled you.

Was there like a thing that kind of took you back a little bit?

Like what is going on?

No, I'm just gonna be honest.

No.

And the reason is because I put a lot of preparation because I've always been taught, you know, I used to play sports and, you know, you never underestimate any opponent.

Yeah.

You know, it doesn't matter if they seem like they don't know what they're talking about.

You got to put a lot of preparation.

So I spent a lot of time studying to make sure that I understood.

the numbers that I knew, not just to say that I can repeat a stat, but

I wanted to

understand why it happened the way it did.

If I wanted to decide inflation, I wanted to be able to decide a paper that I might have read that backed up what I was saying.

So it was really an educational thing, and by the time I walked into it, I'm just gonna be honest with you, I walked in there and I sat in the seat, I say, y'all are cooked today.

I

believe it.

Man, you keep so calm, bro.

It's almost like you're doing it on purpose to mess with them.

It's like, you know, it's like you don't give them the aggressive black guy.

No, y'all, you all are.

You're like, do it.

Go ahead.

Where is it?

Where's the checks?

It's like it makes them mad.

And that's

what it does.

They're like, he's not upset.

It's strange, baby.

Straight up.

I be getting mad for him.

Like, man, y'all can't get this one.

So, man, I think that is a skill, right?

To one, keep the poise.

but to also know your stuff and fire it off, CNN,

all

these other places.

Man, obviously you pissing people off so bad.

I'm like, they want to call him everything else but a child down on here, man.

You can tell.

Oh, yeah.

So what is that?

What is that like for you, right?

Using social media now in today's form and having.

over seven million followers across all platforms, right?

How has that expanded or improved your messaging, your reach, or just drawing new people into politics in general?

I really viewed it as a way to kind of teach about what's going on in our government.

You know, I kind of learned very early on in my social media journey that if I just go in and make a video talking about this is why inflation is where it is.

This is what the administration did like people are not really gonna be that interested in that but if they see somebody that you know They hear talking crazy talking points get completely shut down.

They're like wow That's fascinating and it gets them to share it and put that out there and in turn It gets to communicate the very policies that we seek to communicate.

So I really view it as a way to inform people

Rather than, I guess, to directly change the minds of some of the knuckleheads that I actually go forward and debate.

Because, you know, of the viewership that we get, every single month, we get about around 300 to 400 million views across all platforms every single month.

And so to be able to have that, it is a whole audience of people that might hear conservative talking points.

that they might have heard their friends say or their cousins say, they might have been like, well, you know what?

That might make sense.

But when they see it get shut down in the manner that happens during debate, they say, OK, that's BS.

And then they can take those.

Like, I've had so many people come up and be like, man, you know what I say?

I was using your point at Thanksgiving.

I was

using it at Easter, all kind of stuff.

And so that's

really what it's all about.

I'll be taking all your recipes.

I can't wait to do this Thanksgiving.

I can't wait.

I can't wait.

I'm like, where is it?

Yeah.

Show it to me.

Yeah.

Show it.

Give me the records.

Give me the records.

I know that's right.

What else you got for us?

Or should we go to our break, Brother Z and then come back?

When we come back, we will continue to cook up with Chef Isaiah Marr.

We still got some more of them recipes that he dropped on their head, y'all.

Don't go anywhere.

This is the lunch break on the award-winning 1017, The Truth.

Because it was emblematic of everything

wrong with the Republican Party and why you guys

of a 29% approval rating.

Because y'all never focus on

substance.

Tennessee

ranks 50th in the nation for quality of life.

Number two, when it comes to rural hospital closures, only behind

Texas.

Number three, when it comes to gun deaths per capita, that's what Tennessee is.

And if you look at Marshall Blackburn's X feed,

none of it talks about

policies.

None of it

talks about policies.

Welcome back, welcome back.

Excuse me, y'all.

My voice still gone from the birds.

Welcome back to the award-winning one-on-one, seven-of-truth.

It is the lunch break crew Ray Nitty, maybe Shannon.

DJ Brother Z holding us down with the production and sound Chef Isaiah in the building.

Yes, indeed.

Cooking the competition.

Man, welcome to the city, bro.

Welcome to the city again.

Welcome to the city again.

833-212-1017.

That is the number to dial.

If you got a question that you would like to ask, please call in.

I got to say happy birthday to somebody real quick.

Happy birthday to Leah, man.

Happy birthday to Leah.

We got a cousin, Leah, that's celebrating the birthday today.

Make sure you go

vote.

Don't

take

no shots unless you go to the ballot.

Make sure you go.

Happy birthday, man.

I'm getting back into it, right?

Milwaukee battleground state.

Traditionally, we've always been some sort of swing state, right?

So I'm assuming you you understand the importance of Milwaukee, but you somebody who has you can reach hundreds of millions of people from anywhere in the world.

You said I'm coming.

to Milwaukee in November, by the

way.

So you really took a risk coming here.

We could have

had like 12

inches of snow right now.

So why Milwaukee?

Why right now?

Because I believe in David Crowley.

I know that he is somebody that is going to fight for Wisconsin.

I know he's going to be somebody that can deliver.

There's so much on the line when it comes to childcare, education funding, all of that stuff, is it's really important because when we see these massive attacks at the federal level, you gotta have a strong governor that can be in case that can do stuff at the state level to really go forward and kind of shield the people from all the craziness that's going on.

So I know David to be somebody that

can do that.

He's done it as Milwaukee County Executive.

He's been able to broker hard deals.

He's been able to keep the Brewers inside of Milwaukee.

And he's been able to do so much more.

So I know that he's

going to be a great governor.

One of the most fascinating things I saw from him.

I loved his anti-corruption approach.

I wanted to go forward and stop a lot of the corruption that's going on with money and politics as well.

He's going to be a good fighter.

And the proof of that is the fact that three individual billionaires have come together to spend literally $60 million to keep him out of the governor's office.

It's absurd.

So that's not going to work.

And I wanted to make sure that my voice joined the many people that are here on the ground with you guys, Congresswoman Grinmore and so many others, to say that David Crowley will be a great governor, as well as Democrats up and down the ballot.

It's just that important.

What else you got, Shannon?

Yeah, so.

This is just something I was thinking about on Facebook this morning.

I'm just growing.

I see a few people saying that they're sitting out.

And a few of them are saying they're not super impressed with either candidate.

What do you say to those people?

Well, I think for one, you guys remember what it looked like under conservative leadership under Scott Walker.

You remember the cuts to education.

You remember the cuts to health care.

You remember what he did to try to disenfranchise Milwaukee's voting rights.

You remember all of those things.

Tom Tiffany is even worse than that.

Tom Tiffany is a guy who literally runs around Washington.

Like I live in the DMV.

All right.

This guy goes around calling himself basically the legislative terrorist.

You realize, oh, sir, you got to be to call yourself

a

terrorist, a legislative terrorist.

And he takes pride

in

obstructing.

Good things for the people.

There's a guy who supports the unlimited tariffs and cuts to healthcare.

Now, you compare that contrast because we can't just be against something.

We've got to be for something.

David Crowley is talking about expanding healthcare.

He's talking about making sure that childcare can be expanded.

He wants to see a property tax cut for the people of Wisconsin.

That's a vastly different record that can help you with affordability.

If you can get a big property tax cut right now at a time in which Trump is raising our prices with these tariffs and everything else, imagine that's going to put a lot more money in your pocket that you can use on the things that you care about.

So Crowley understands this economy.

He knows it, how to get going.

I don't think that the guy who calls himself a terrorist and supports putting unlimited tariffs on everything that we buy is certainly someone that should be anywhere near the governor's office.

whatsoever and the proof of that is the fact that again the billionaires are spending unlimited money to put him there they want him there for a reason they're not giving him that money just for he can just go and have fun and sip tea you know in the winter time they're putting them there to do their bidding David Crowley is not gonna do that

Y'all hear it, y'all heard it from the chef himself.

When I say it is a little more aggressive, they tell me just shut up and wrap it.

But what else

you got, Shannon?

Yeah, so we talked about some of those MAGA talking points that could easily be debunked.

What are some of those talking points that are most common that you hear?

And when it comes to deportation and doge in the economy.

Oh man, so many things.

So first of all, when it comes to immigration, I think that this administration just doesn't have common sense whatsoever.

Only 5% of the people that they're rounding up with ICE under interior removals are violent convicted criminals.

You compare that to Barack Obama, 92% were considered as convicted criminals.

And of that 92%, 81% were deemed by the federal government as tier one.

which is the worst of the worst, right?

So we basically went from deporting violent gang members inside of our country.

That's common sense.

I don't think that if you murder somebody that you should be in this country, that was what Barack Obama was focused on.

Donald Trump is saying, hey, look, you know what?

We're going to go and deport people that have not been convicted of a crime.

And he's turning legal United States residents illegal case in point, the Haitians.

He's turning Haitians.

He's removing their TPS who are literally legal United States residents who pay taxes to be here.

We are literally $40 trillion in debt.

We have a $2 trillion deficit.

Every single year that national debt goes up and Trump's thought is to deport people who are not committing crimes and are paying us to be here.

That doesn't make any sense.

That's no common sense.

So again...

The immigration thing, they are not focused on what they need to, and we are spending more than what Spain is spending on their military to deport people who are paying us to be here.

The second thing that I always hear, right?

It's stupid, but... It's just stupid!

It is!

I swear I could go on a rant, because these people are just dumb.

The second thing, I always hear that people say, oh well, you know, Republicans might be good on the economy.

How?

How?

We literally have a situation where, look at this, we had free trade between the United States and Canada.

It was free.

What gets better than free?

Trump walks around and he goes, hey, you know what?

We're doing this to get a better deal.

The deal was free.

And you ripped it up.

Now we see what?

47% increase in foreign bankruptcies.

What do we see?

We see more foreign bankruptcies the first quarter of last year than all the previous year combined.

What do we see?

We see inflation going up.

Third thing, the war in Iran.

They say, oh, well, this is something that needed to happen.

Well, President Obama actually went forward and had a nuclear deal in place that stopped all of this from happening.

Trump rips it up because you know what he did?

He goes and he beats his chest and he says, hey, we can bomb our way to a quote unquote a better deal.

We can go forward and put sanctions and that's going to be able to go forward and stop this Iranian threat.

That was a lie.

We are now in a war that we're spending $100 billion on that they can't get out of.

Gas prices are up.

Diesel prices are at all time highs.

They have failed objectively at everything that they sent forward on.

They didn't lower prices.

Healthcare premiums are up because they got rid of ACA subsidies.

I heard President Obama, because I was at his rally not so long ago, just a couple, this last week, and he said sometimes when somebody goes into office as a president,

Prices might go up and it's not their fault.

And he's right about that.

You know, certain things can happen that can mess things up.

But that's not what this is.

He went and put intentional tariffs that wouldn't raise our prices.

He intentionally started a war.

He intentionally got rid of ACA subsidies.

He intentionally took green energy offline, which led to a 13% increase in energy bills.

He's done these things, despite the fact that economists told him that these were all bad ideas.

And now, I believe the American people about to send him a message that he will never forget.

Oh, that's right man As far as young voters, right?

Do you believe that they will be moved to come out and vote?

What what even gets a 20-something-year-old out here voting and off of tiktok?

Well, I think that young people are voting because they understand that this economy is at risk and they understand that for a long time We have not built enough housing which has led to

Housing prices going up for a long time and I think personally that this has been an issue that has failed on both sides of the political spectrum But what I think is is that now people are on the Democratic side are coming together say this is a five-alarm fire If we don't build more housing nobody's like the average age to buy a home right now is 40 That's just gonna continue to just keep increasing year after year after year So what people are saying is that one we do need to build more housing because the more housing we put into the market

the lower prices become, we also need to stop corporations from going up and buying these single-family homes and using them for short-term rentals.

You got to do both.

And so the contrast is, let's look at what the Republican plan is.

Republicans say, let's go cut taxes for all the big private equity companies that are buying these single-family homes to give them more money to go and buy up more homes inside of our areas.

That doesn't make a liquor sense because it was a Trump tax cut that they did the first place.

that exacerbated the problem even more than what it is.

So the democratic ideas, let's crack down on that.

Let's go incentivize local governments by cutting regulations to go and help them build more additional housing.

And let's stop those big corporations.

That's something that I think a lot of people are really excited about because, you know, the prospect of buying a home has never looked more difficult for young people.

And many people don't even think it's possible to even do.

I think that there are people on the ballot with real ideas.

That can help get that done.

Man, this is good.

This is good.

And I'm glad that you decided to come stop by here

with us

today.

How

much time we got with you

today, Shay?

We got some time.

Say what?

First of all.

We have people in here.

It's been security and everything.

He don't got no security.

Man, why are you putting that out there, bro?

Hey, first of all, I'ma

tell

you this.

I'ma

tell you this.

First of all, you good

at this

time.

I'ma

tell you this.

Daryl, text bro and tell him he good at this time, all right?

I'm all the security

you need.

And Shannon got the production

this time.

I love that.

Man,

you said something earlier and you talked about Crowley, right?

And him being the person for the job.

And people always ask me, like, man, how do we know what we're going to get with Crowley?

And I always say it's like.

First of all, he's somebody that we know we could actually put hands on.

When I say

put hands on,

I don't mean beating up,

right?

I don't mean

that.

I'm talking about somebody we can reach.

You know what I'm saying?

Somebody that is actually a part of our community, people that we know each other, family.

So the accountability pressure would be so high for him to deliver for not just Milwaukee, for the entire state.

So I...

genuinely know he understands the pressure to go to Madison and deliver on behalf of all people in Wisconsin, man.

So I want us to hold that when we go in to this voting booth today because don't question.

what somebody won't do, just understand that you have the power to vote and you could change the person if they aren't doing the

things

that you want them to do.

And this is the perfect example where Milwaukee could show like, hey, we voted for somebody that looked like us and we're going to hold this person accountable.

And I know this person is going to do the job that they supposed to have done it on every level.

When we come back, we got some more cookouts.

I love it.

We got some more recipes from the chef himself, man.

Don't go anywhere, y'all.

This is the award-winning 101.7 The Truth.

We crank and day-day.

So just kick back.

You heard what happened to the last security guards.

You didn't even hear what happened to the last security guard.

Hey, cousin.

Don't go anywhere.

The lunch break with Rayonetti and maybe Shannon will be right back on the award-winning 101.7 The Truth.

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Ray Nitty and maybe Shannon where every discussion is on the menu on the award-winning 1017 The Truth.

Because it's direct actions of this president that has made things more expensive.

Getting rid of ACA subsidies directly led to a 26% increase in healthcare premiums.

Getting rid of clean

Energy projects led to a 13% increase in energy bills.

You're seeing this all across.

Why would you go put tariffs on a country like Canada that we had pre-trade with?

That resulted in farmers having to pay 13% more on their inputs, which led to more farm bankruptcies in the first quarter of last year than all of the previous year.

In spite of everything that Donald Trump has done, because it's been because of Donald Trump's tariffs that he's put on everything that's raised the cost of inputs for farmers by more than 13%.

That's a real impact.

That's

what

I'm saying.

Let's get the numbers correct.

It was $2.5 trillion for the CARES Act, $2 trillion under Biden, and I think it is downright pathetic.

that you guys as conservatives are trying to compare inflation numbers after a global pandemic in which two presidents printed four and a half trillion dollars on top of that with supply chain issues and the war in Iran.

He also had stimulus

that I didn't

agree with at that time.

And then he promised people $2,000 individual checks that I didn't want.

So

cute because it was emblematic of everything wrong with the Republican Party and why you guys have a 29% approval rating.

Could y'all never focus on substance?

Tennessee ranks 50th in the nation for quality of life.

Number two, when it comes to rural hospital clothes,

only behind

Texas.

Number

three, when it comes to gun deaths per capita, that's what Tennessee is.

And if you look at Marsha Blackburn's ex-fee, none of it talks about policy.

Why do you think

the Democrats

are so far?

What up, what up, Milwaukee?

What it do?

What it do?

Welcome back.

Welcome back.

It is your favorite crew in the brew, the lunch break crew, Ray Nitty.

Maybe Shannon, DJ Brother Z, holding us down with the production and sound and our cousin.

Chef Martin in the building, man.

Shout it.

You like that last compilation of recipes we put together?

I love it.

I love it.

Man.

Man, 833-212-1017.

That is the number to dial.

833-212-1017 is the number to dial.

Today we have the opportunity to make history, Milwaukee.

We have the opportunity to make history, not just because...

We have the opportunity to make black history, which I agree will be made.

But history in general, it has only been three, four, three.

Imagine we can have the fourth African American governor.

And this this this is an old country.

Two hundred and fifty years like think about this.

250 years, we had 50 tries.

We've only won three times.

So we can put the fourth... Or when you put it like that.

I'm saying, think about it.

That's kind

of crazy to think about it.

250 years, 50 tries.

Three.

Three, that's it.

But... Not a good batting average right now.

Not a good bad answer.

But we're going to improve it.

We will improve it tonight.

We will have the fourth from the foe.

Foe from the foe, man.

Milwaukee, we call Milwaukee the foe.

That's what, yeah.

I got you.

So, something I want to, I want to ask, man.

What have you noticed that stands out about Milwaukee?

that you don't notice at all the other large cities.

I'm talking about politically wise, right?

What have you noticed that is unique about Milwaukee or Wisconsin in general?

Well, you know, I think everywhere is definitely different.

But what I appreciate about Wisconsin is how thorough the voters are when they make their decisions.

You know, the voters in Wisconsin are not really swayed by partisan just bomb throwing, you know, just throwing stuff out there.

They really do take it very seriously.

What are you going to do for the people?

What exactly are your plans?

How are you going to deliver it?

And they take that very seriously when they vet their candidates.

And I think that Wisconsin is one of the toughest places to win because you have to be on your A game at all times.

Every interview, every debate, every everything.

But I think that also demands excellence from your candidates.

Because, you know, to be able to go through that ringer,

to get elected in this state, I think is a testament of the strength of how that person will be in office.

So we're going to ignore Scott Walker with that.

But I think David Crowley is on the verge of doing something very great in a state where the voters take it very seriously, the opportunity to lead.

You got some, friend?

You got

another

one?

Yeah, so I wanted to bring up the fact that you were able to get a football stadium turned into a polling place in college.

Is that

right?

I did Yeah,

so how did that happen?

We talked a little bit in the beginning about like how voter turnout has been really low here and then now we're seeing this like boost How do we get something like that to happen?

Well, you know that started because I'm not gonna lie

Our governor, when I lived in Texas, Greg, I really pissed me off.

I'm just to be honest.

It was the, I believe, 2020 primary for the presidential election.

And the line to cast a ballot where I went to school was four hours long.

It was four hours long.

And being a college student, I underestimated that line all day.

And I didn't get a chance to vote.

I went to go to the line.

And then I looked on the app that we had at the time in Texas for another polling location that said, oh, well, the line's only going to be five minutes somewhere else.

That was also a lie.

So basically, by the time the whole thing happened, I didn't get to cast my ballot for that election.

I said, I'm going to get this, son of a... Right.

Get

out.

So I said, you know what?

We've got to do something.

So we got some folks together.

We worked with the state senator, congresswoman, county clerk, so many people, brought them together.

And we really pressured the university to allow us to use the stadium to be a polling site.

Initially, when I went up to them, they were like, sit down somewhere.

And I said, OK, let's bring some more guns.

So I brought the state senator.

And they were like, ah, well, you know, we're working on it.

Then I brought the mayor and the congresswoman.

And they were like, you know what, this kid doesn't give up.

Damn, fine.

And the most amazing part about that story is that we brought that four-hour-long wait time down to five minutes on election day.

And we had one of the biggest surges ever.

In that county so many people got elected and it was really a testament of when you don't give up you can get me you can make good things happen

Sometimes that's exactly what turns people off from voting.

It's like I'm not waiting in that long line if it's not more than 30 minutes I'm out like people get discouraged so hearing that is awesome.

I know you've also said that

Democrats should be fighting fire with fire.

I don't want to miss quote you, but it's been said What do you think that looks like in Wisconsin governor race today

Well That is a very good question when it comes to David Crowley

I feel very confident that he will make sure that once the census is conducted, he will act accordingly to the laws in the Constitution of the United States to ensure that a map is enshrined that provides constitutional fairness and will be a perfect representation for the people of Wisconsin.

Now, outside of the state of Wisconsin, for Isaiah Martin speaking now, I think that personally, what we saw

in Texas was disgraceful.

What the Republicans did was they basically said, you know what?

We demand five seats and they drew five Democratic seats, which honestly is not going to look out too well for them.

They're not going to win the five.

They thought they would.

But anyways, they did that.

They went to Louisiana, drew out somebody by the name of Cleo Fields.

They drew out a friend of mine named Shamari Figures, which honestly, I don't think that's going to work well either.

I think he might win tonight, too.

He did this across the country because the Republicans were afraid of getting smacked in this midterm election.

And my theory of the cases is that, look, for the last, you know, 10 years or so, we've been calling for this thing called the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.

And this thing would, you know, end partisan gerrymandering and it would end mid decade redistricting.

So no party would ever do that.

Now the Republicans do not support it.

They don't support it.

So what they've been doing is saying, we're going to go in and draw Democrats out in red states and then say that in blue states that.

the Democrats, you just got to sit on your hands.

So I think that's pretty, that's pretty crazy.

That's bold of them to assume, right?

So I personally believe, and this is for me speaking, that blue states need to go forward and play by the same game of rules that the Republicans are playing.

I think what, what Newsom did in California was the right thing to go and say, we're going to get five seats back.

Now here's the deal.

I don't believe that this should be how things are for ever.

I think that, frankly, we should do this to the point where once you have blue states that redistrict, the Republicans are like, wow, we're not going to be

able to win again, because I

hate to break it to them, but the blue states are pretty big

in

America.

And once they realize this, they're going to say, huh, well, maybe we do want independent redistricting.

And I think that, frankly, that is the way that it should be across the country.

I think that if you look in Canada,

you look at the UK, they don't have this problem of a political party going in and drawing this.

So instead of going around and pleading for the Republicans to do something, I think we got to use our power to go forward and draw back.

Now, you know, actually where I live in the DMV, in the state of Maryland, there's a big question going on in an election right now to decide whether or not Maryland will be able to play by the fight by fire by fire tactic, Governor Westmore

is leading

that.

I think it's gonna pass and I hopefully that will lead to other blue states across America because ultimately I think that everybody's sick of gerrymandering politicians shouldn't be doing this but this is a way to bring people to the table to say that we're not gonna let them play by a different set of rules than what we do so we can ultimately ban partisan gerrymandering across the country.

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Ray Nitty and maybe Shannon, where every discussion is on the menu on the award-winning 1017 The

Truth.

What up,

what up, Milwaukee?

Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.

We gettin' in hour two with the lunch break crew.

This gonna be our last segment with our cousin Martin, man.

Cookin'.

Cousin Isaiah is in the building, man.

833-212-1017 is the number to dial.

We gonna go talk to Al.

Cousin Al or Al?

We got company, Al.

Please.

Understandable.

My question is, how do you feel about these migrants going in these concentration camps and they're coming out as single mothers?

What's happening to them mixed babies from the white men?

Yeah, you know, this is another reason why it's so important in these congressional elections to get people that can go into oversight.

Because what's happening right now is the administration is blocking members of Congress from going in

there to

go and to do the investigations that are necessary for this.

So we're going to have to make sure that we are sending more folks to Congress that can go forward and conduct these investigations and bring people to, for subpoenas, if they do not comply.

I think it's really important because a lot of reports that are going on that need to be checked out.

And do you feel it's going to be an outbreak of any current disease since they had to pass a law due to bishuality, which equals zoonotics?

This

is our cousin now, so.

You know, I got to say, I have not heard that question before.

But I think that it is certainly possible.

Cousin

Al,

I

appreciate you calling in, man.

Al is an avid listener and supporter of the Truth Nation, man, and always keeps us on our toes for sure.

Key, we got Cousin Key on the line.

Key, how you doing?

I'm good, I'm

good.

How you doing?

What's up, my

boy?

What up, Isaiah?

What's up, bro?

We took that selfie at the barbershop talk.

Oh,

yeah.

What's up, bro?

Yeah.

Yes, indeed.

What up, man?

First of all, why bro just pop up like he ain't the damn chair?

He is like, remember me?

We took a selfie.

Start with what

you

do.

No, I remember that event.

No, I ain't title first.

I'm, you know, I'm.

No, I know.

Anyway, um.

I appreciate the idea for being here.

I'm just leaving the central count.

And I just kind of wanted to plug how easy it is to be a poll observer.

You just literally go down to the Italian community.

Yeah, apparently you got to walk around to the other side to get in.

It was kind of intimidating,

you

know, metal detectors, this and that, but get through that.

You just need your form of ID.

literally just sign in and you can observe the entire process and it's pretty cool.

It's my first time.

So anyway, don't want to take up too much of your time.

Go vote.

November 3rd is here.

We've been waiting for it for, I don't know how long, but I'm ready for it to be over.

Everybody go vote, go, go, go, go.

Keep proud of all the work you've been doing, bro.

Proud of you, man.

Appreciate it.

All right, y'all.

Love.

Love, love.

Man, Truth Nation cousins, how y'all doing?

If you just joining us, we are kicking it with our other cousin, Isaiah Martin.

He gonna be coming back and forth.

We working on some things, man.

So, Shannon, I know you got some more questions.

For sure.

So, we are nearly two years into Donald Trump's second presidency.

How would you describe the political climate in America heading into today's midterm election?

It's terrible.

I mean, we just got a stupid president.

We got stupid people working for him.

We got stupid secretary.

I mean, it's just like, it's just insane.

The economy is a mess.

Our country is just in such a terrible, terrible, terrible position.

But the good news is that today is a day that we can go forward and show them absolutely how we feel about it.

We can absolutely stop the bleeding.

You know, we...

have been talking about this day for two years.

I remember when Trump won the election, people were like, oh, well, are we going to actually make it to 2026?

And we did.

We are here, and we've made it.

We made it.

We have made it.

Barely.

Barely.

Barely.

You know, the wheels might be falling off the car a little bit, but you know what?

We made it.

But this is our opportunity to go forward and really

You know, get more folks in the office that can build a culture of delivering.

You know, David is going to be a great governor, but as well as the many members of Congress that are here inside of Wisconsin, you know, you got Gwynne Moore, that's here, you got Rebecca Cook on the other side of the state.

You got so many different folks that we got to make sure it goes to Washington.

And I think it's going to be a good thing.

Pretty sure so black voters have been historically have been the backbone of them at the Democratic Party has the party done enough to earn their support especially amongst the younger voters

Well, I think that the plans that they've put forward is certainly the ones that are best going to benefit people and I think that we it's got to be on us on the outside of government to Demand accountability from our elected officials that once they get in

They are doing a culture of delivering.

I heard Zoran Mamdani say that.

He likes to enforce a culture of delivering.

And I believe in that same principle.

You know, we got to get into the idea of it's not OK to just talk about building housing.

You got to do it.

It's not just OK to talk about putting community programs, after school programs for kids.

You got to do it.

It's not OK to just talk about getting black owned businesses brought into the equation.

You got to do it.

And so.

We got to make sure that not only do the plans get offered, which they have been, but once these folks get in the office, we got to make sure they go and do it.

And like I said, I know these folks that are running, they are good people, they have servant hearts, and I know that they will deliver for the people of Wisconsin.

For sure.

So obviously we talked a little bit about Jubilee.

How did that happen?

How did that even come about?

They sent me an email.

Yeah, I thought it was fake.

I thought it was fake.

Because I had seen Jubilee, you know, I didn't think it was real.

And so when they sent it, I was like, I looked at the email address, like, oh, man, this is official.

So yeah, they reached out and I obliged and the rest is history.

It's like we're gonna put you around 20 idiots and we want you to

How does one I know you talked about like your social media journey, how does somebody

that wants to like get engaged and start turning their social media platform into a political participation.

How does one go about that from scratch?

Like if somebody is interested in doing the same thing pretty much that you do, what would the advice be?

I would say the same advice that I followed when I listened to that podcast a while ago.

You got to just keep on posting.

You got to post a lot.

It is about the amount of content that you post every single day, seven days a week.

I posted

minimum four times a day right and that is what led to my account growing as it is because when you put out that much content you know some stuff's gonna flop some stuff's gonna do well but you're eventually gonna learn what works and what doesn't and so you just got to keep posting learn what works for you I think the other thing is find out what makes you different I know for me

Debating is what makes me different.

It is a unique thing that I got.

But, you know, for other people, it's different things.

Some people do great breakdowns.

Some people are funny.

I got a friend, Elizabeth Booker Houston, who does these comedic, basically...

breakdowns of politics.

You got another friend, LaSondra Vazquez, who does these skits where she dresses up like the different conservatives and she mocks them, right?

Like everybody has their own thing.

And, you know, I just like to fight.

Yeah.

That's that's cool, too.

Um, man.

Definitely a pleasure, bro, to have you here today.

Leave us with some final words.

Leave us with some final words for today.

Well, you know, the biggest thing is I know that a lot of the conservatives really, really did not want today to happen.

They did not want the people of this country to go out and show out to the polls and record numbers because ultimately they know what they are doing.

They're looking to go and give unlimited tax cuts to the rich people on earth.

They put all kind of garbage into the airwaves and distract us from that point.

So we don't stay focused on what's important.

And I look forward to the people of Wisconsin going and voting to make this state continue on a positive trajectory from Governor Tony Evers onto the even more forward leadership of David Crowley.

He's going to be somebody that's going to work to expand health care.

He's going to be somebody that can work to expand child care.

He's going to be somebody that's going to work to be a check on the absolute insanity that we see from Washington, DC.

Crowley is somebody who is not just looking to just, you know, to just talk about things from a party perspective.

He's working to bring everybody together to get things done for the policy of reasons.

And I think that that is really important.

You know, oftentimes you see people they run for office and they have no substance.

They get up there and they say, oh, well, you know, I'm going to fight for the people.

But what the heck does any of that actually mean, right?

Like, you know, Crowley has a real plan.

He's going to crack down on the corruption.

He's going to get people health care, child care.

He's going to deliver for the people, and he's going to improve the economy.

And I think that that is what's needed at this

moment.

Man, Truth Nation, cousin Isaiah, thank you for joining us, man.

It was definitely a pleasure, man.

We definitely appreciate you coming in.

Come by anytime.

For sure.

I'll be back.

See you tonight at the festivity.

Well, at least.

A little bit

at

least.

A little bit at least.

Man, Truth Nation, call us up.

Don't go anywhere.

Today is election day.

Take somebody to vote with you, please.

Take somebody to vote today, please.

Let's break records.

Let's make history.

Let's hold people accountable.

The vote is just the first part, y'all.

That's just the first part.

After the vote.

Is where we start our work, where we start.

Presenting our agendas.

So we should have had an agenda prior to this, but.

I think it's a universal black agenda that is kind of known, but we need to start moving as a unit, man.

I'm so.

So excited, man, because we.

It's been a lot of work.

I've been seeing so much good work going on in the city, right?

With the voting that's been going on, so much good work, man.

People are taking care of each other.

People are, you know, helping each other get to the polls.

I had asked the jurisdiction, you know, my Prince Hall Masonic brothers and.

Eastern Star Sisters, right?

You know, yo.

Let's go do something.

Get some folks to come out to vote, man.

It made over a thousand calls in less than 48 hours, over a thousand calls, over 15 plus people needed rides, man.

You know, be happy and then this is so cool.

This is so nice.

You know, but it's all right.

It's all right.

I'll take that.

But you cried with me yesterday.

It's OK.

I didn't cry.

I didn't cry.

I didn't cry.

Man.

Yeah, man, but it's been it's been.

a super, super dope to see my brothers and my sisters.

I wanted to read something and that went out from the jurisdiction.

And it's just something that, you know, we do as brothers and sisters, man.

And it was it was dope that they sent this out.

I just want to read it for you all real quick, right?

It says your voice matters.

Your vote matters.

It was beautiful to see that go out.

And it was beautiful to see all the brothers, all the sisters this morning at La Follette, voting grandmothers, taking grandkids, mothers taking kids, fathers taking sus.

It was beautiful to see, man.

It was extremely beautiful to see.

Shannon had the bubbleguts.

She backnado.

What

happened?

It's all good.

I had to take care of a thing or two, but no.

It's all good.

Shannon, we all use it.

We all have movements.

I'm

screaming, what?

You had to go vote.

I had to go re-vote.

No,

I'm just kidding.

Yeah, vote for them guts.

Ain't nothing

wrong, Shannon.

You know?

Yeah, I'll play too much.

Man, how you feel about the interview, Shannon?

Welcome back.

You all right?

You feeling all right?

I think it was dope.

You look relaxed.

You do look

a

little lighter.

Barely.

You look relaxed.

10 pounds lighter.

No.

Listen, I've had to put my IT hat on.

I was like, let me.

Figure out what's going on, you know, I'll be playing production and technician over here.

Blame it on technology, Shannon.

Yeah,

yeah,

right.

You took a sugar honey iced tea.

Yeah, look, it'll

take way longer.

Look, I only took two minutes and was back.

Two minutes?

Absolutely

not.

When did we come back from break?

Like it's been at least seven minutes.

Stop.

We don't have to play that back.

It was what time?

26.

When we came back.

And I was

on at

24.

Stop playing with me.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I was back waiting.

I was ready to go.

Okay.

So it got

it issues.

No, technically

we came back at 17.

That's what

I

thought.

It's 26 right now.

We get so nine.

Please.

Not at all.

Let's

get back to the program.

You got IBS.

That is not

what

was

happening.

I was I was cooking.

I

was cooking.

Man, welcome back man.

So how you feel about the interview Shannon?

I feel good about the interview though.

I think it was a really cool interview to have.

Yeah, I think he made some valid points because like I said on Facebook a lot today what I was hearing or seeing was people like well neither candidate is is good enough and I'm like nobody's going to be the perfect person for you like we're not trying to date these people you know I'm saying like and it's such a big contrast between the two it should be a easy pick but

Yeah,

so

I think having him on and explaining things in

his

very gentle patient tone, we'll probably get some people out there to vote.

Got some comments.

Shannon, I don't know if you wanted to get to

them.

Oh, the computer don't work on the toilet.

That was definitely boo boo minutes long.

Sure.

I thought you was going to start from the beginning.

I ain't no use go straight to the

bottom.

The rest of them are just like early voter here.

Hey, Isaiah.

We got Miss B. He does stay calm.

And then we have I love Al.

So I didn't have much to choose from

there.

I'm just playing.

They want her guts.

She had to reset.

So reset them guts.

No, I'm just playing.

Man, make sure we go vote today, y'all.

Make sure we go vote today.

The numbers are coming in.

Please call in.

Let us know what number voter you were and at what time.

I think that gives us a heads up as to, like, where the numbers are going.

All right.

Call us up.

833-212-1017 is the number to dial.

All right.

What's

up, what's up, thanks

for the canned

beets.

Yeah, that's the

only,

he's dope.

He's

dope.

I thought you were saying that you ate some canned beets.

That's what I thought.

Yeah,

I got you.

That was what I thought.

That is session with Boo Boo over there.

Y'all are sick.

What are you talking about?

Obsession is a little bit aggressive.

I mean,

we just talked about it for

nine.

Oh, now you are comfortable because it's your turn.

But when I had to go, take a break.

No, because you really do be going to the lab.

Wow.

You be really having to pass through them

up.

We be on time for a break.

I mean, we're supposed to go to what time is it?

Wow.

It ain't breaking at 27.

When we come back, y'all, I don't got to deal with this.

Don't go anywhere.

We'll be back after these messages.

I don't give a damn.

Hey, cousin.

Don't go anywhere.

The lunch break with the Rayonetti and maybe Shannon will be right back on the award-winning 1017 The Truth.

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Ray Nitty and maybe Shannon, where every discussion is on the menu on the award-winning 1017 The Truth.

Hey!

What up?

Milwaukee, what it do, what it do, what it do, man?

It's the Lush Break Crew, Ray Nitty, maybe Shannon.

DJ Brother Z holding us down with the production inside.

Damn, my belly was moving, wasn't it?

They clip that out, man.

I said jiggle jiggle jiggle jiggle jiggle I'm like why is this the computer screen shaking so well like that's me shaking the ground let me sit down his hair started moving and everything

Oh, somebody was, uh, Jazz West was three.

Shut up, Shannon.

Wait, what just

happened?

It just came through the computer.

Uh,

Jazz West was number 332 at 1205 p.m.

District four.

Like the fourth automatic district.

Like Bob Bonio Alderman district.

Uh-oh.

Did you vote for me when I went?

Uh-oh.

Don't get Ray gone.

I know that's right.

Well, if I do, they're going to be like, you can't be in the radio and do it.

You're going to have to give something up.

And I'm enjoying this.

Why?

Why can't you?

I just seem like, what they saying?

No one man should have all that power.

I disagree.

You can't run for office and be on the radio fan.

That's not fair.

I mean, maybe your office is at the radio station.

We gotta work something out.

It can work.

I love it here.

I do.

See?

We're still filling in, but it's been a hell of a filling ride and I'm with it.

You know, I like it.

I like it.

I

like

it.

It's been nice, man.

Good

question, brother.

But

hey.

The truth man ourselves we team players It's good to be a part of a

team All right Shut up

He took

that day

off, my dad was like, y'all gonna be on the radio tomorrow.

I was like, nah, Ray need a little day, so I'm gonna take a day.

He was like, Ray really do need a day.

I was gonna ask him, Ray ain't gonna take a day off.

He was like, that boy be everywhere.

He was like, he do need a little break.

So my father agrees, you need a little break.

So there has been one heck of a feeling.

Don't go anywhere.

You're

right.

Don't go anywhere.

Nah man, it's been amazing though.

I think it is.

What I will say is this, being able to do the radio and stuff, I feel like I'm learning.

so much more.

I'm meeting so many amazing people like our interview yesterday.

You know?

Oh, for sure.

Like Alfonzo.

Like that's a that's a dope story.

And I almost want to read the text message that Chad family sent me while we was on air.

I don't know if I could get through it without crying.

But, you know, it was beautiful.

text message, man, and we're going to continue to make sure we represent him, bro.

In mass incarceration, man, that's what I wanted to ask.

Because in Isaiah.

His thoughts on mass incarceration and how important this election is and what role could it play and help changing those stats and narratives and so forth.

But.

Man, I'm I'm excited to get back in the streets man.

I ain't gonna lie to you.

What number of voter was you today?

I Didn't even get the number.

I know I was probably number 15 I was in line before

the

doors even opened.

I

wasn't messing around I was gonna get my vote casted and I was gonna get it done and continue my day That's why I said it felt like I had a full lifetime before we started the show even though here it's only

What, 1130 right now here?

I was up early.

I was like, let me get myself together, head out to vote.

Like I said, people were already lined up before the doors opened, but I wasn't far behind anybody.

And the line definitely was growing as I left.

I only waited about 20 minutes.

Yeah.

Did you vote for Joe

Lamardo?

Absolutely not.

Joe Lombardo.

He is a baby Tom Tiffany.

Like he is up

Trump's

butt.

So no thank you.

No thank you.

So we ain't doing that.

And we saw what he does.

He got pulled over and told the officer, I'm

Joe

Lombardo.

literally like using your power to get out of speed and tickets.

What else are you using your power for?

So no thanks.

So

we definitely ain't doing Joe Lombardo.

We did Aaron Ford.

We went Aaron Ford.

So hopefully he wins, you know, and he will be another black governor.

So if we get four and five in

there.

Oh, that would be, that would be smooth.

Lunch break, lunch break, putting governors on the board, man.

Come on now.

Two on one day.

Let's do it.

And then a real shout out to Miss Dixon.

She is running for mayor in Inglewood.

Super dope individual.

Me and shakes met her actually.

We were literally just an L.A.

walking around, you know, shakes super on top of like being creative and and and finding opportunities.

And we just saw a yard sign.

And.

and broke all the campaign and we've been plugged in with her ever since.

And, you know, she's doing an amazing job right now.

She's running against an incumbent in Englewood.

So I'm looking forward to seeing the outcome of that as well.

What else I was just about to say, Shannon.

Post close at 8 p.m.

today, if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, so

7 a.m.

To 8 p.m.

I believe and that's everywhere one thing I did see too on like I said Facebook is where Everybody is and they're like talking about they day-to-day stuff.

I saw some people say it was Confusing where to vote you can go to if I'm not mistaken isn't it my vote dot wi.gov and you can find your polling location before you head out there and get the run around

Make sure you guys, like we said before, come up with a voting plan that makes it so much easier.

I just seen a few people say that they were discouraged and they tried to vote, but they didn't because of that.

So make sure you guys find out your polling location before you head there and you're at the wrong location.

But yeah, we'll get back into this conversation after these messages.

Don't go anywhere.

You're listening to the award-winning 101.7, the truth.

The lunch break with the Reignity and maybe Shannon will be right back on the award-winning 1017 the truth live on YouTube and 1017 the truth.com

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Ray Nitty and maybe Shannon, where every discussion is on the menu on the award-winning 1017 The

Truth.

What's up y'all?

You are listening to the award-winning 101.7 The Truth y'all.

Man, that's my gym right there.

Look, we had, look, thank you brother Z. You got me in my baddie mood, even though my Tessie a little banged up right now, that man.

You try to kill me.

Yeah, but yeah, man.

It's been a good, it's been a good episode.

It's been a good week so far, even though we only on Tuesday.

Feels like a very long week, but we're here.

We rocking.

Shots all jazz, man.

She said, I want to read this loud on the air too.

All of

the

years I've

been living here in the fourth district, it has never been this bad.

Go ahead and run.

How many years you been there?

I ran in 24.

Did you remember seeing my name on there?

What did you do when you saw my name?

What did you

do

is crazy.

Now

did you vote for me?

What did you do?

That might be illegal.

That might be okay.

Don't answer that.

Don't answer that.

What did you do?

That's a good question.

What did you

do?

Did you skip my name?

Which one of my cousins looked at the name and thought it was Frank?

That's what I want to know.

Do that that that's probably your biggest issue in your and I think like you running and

I think that was your biggest issue That was like

literally like yeah, I think that was your biggest issue.

You probably needed a side-by-side photo Dude that walks to Washington me and like put all the good things about you because I think that probably is why like you didn't win I think most people

Heard Niddy and was like, Frank?

Frank, running?

He didn't even look it

up.

I had a man close the door in my face.

He's like, oh, I've heard about you.

I'm like, damn.

Talking about bow?

Look, look, look.

See?

Look at what Josh said.

He

said it.

Ah, man.

Yeah,

like you tagged me in something and I reposted it and my friend replied he was like, is that the guy that was scamming people?

I'm like, I don't know what you're

talking about.

I mean, he ran for office, but I don't think you could consider that like scamming people and then he was like, oh no, something else.

And I was like, nope, that was Frank.

So I've gotten that so much.

So many people thought I was Frank, although it said Ray, which is

You just hear the nitty.

I don't think they even realize, like, the difference.

That's what it is.

Like, people, you know, our brains see something and it sees the whole thing, but it just processes the part that we're familiar.

And, sure, I'll even give you one.

Today, I saw Dr. Ken Harris at a damn polling site.

And he just knew that I was the person.

He was like, I don't know you.

He was like, you was at a protest.

I was like, OK, I'm leaning.

I'm listening now.

Right.

I was like, I had to.

You were going crazy.

You were losing your mind.

You were standing behind a rabbi.

I was like, a rabbi.

Right?

I'm like, I think you talk about Frank, Dr. Ken.

Oh, my goodness.

Yeah,

man.

That is a real thing for me.

That is a real thing, but it also, I feel like some people was like, man, just run under your regular name or Rahania

or

whatever, right?

But in my mind, I was like, man, the city know me as Ray Nitty.

They don't know me as Rahania.

They gonna be like, who is this?

You know?

So that's why I put Ray Nitty boys.

A lot of

people do know, but I feel like the ones that don't.

It's a hefty amount just because the Frank nitty debacle was so close in the forefront of people's minds.

That's just where, where everybody's minds went.

But

even

like

when I would post their stuff, people were like, the dude that walked to Washington.

It's like, I'm like,

like dog.

I had people tell me, man, you bogus how you did them people's that went on that march.

I'm like, what do you do?

Yeah, I think the biggest like the biggest pain point would be just standing apart from the other nitties But I think you do that now.

You're on the radio now I think you're more like more of a face now because before like you you were doing all the things behind the scenes and you were more

You were in the public but now you

was low, but

you were still making moves A lot of people

didn't know what I

look like through bow A lot of people thought

I was

on nitty on the beat from Atlanta

That's the funny part.

Yeah.

So I think now that you're on the radio, I think it would do you a service because your face is out there now.

And they're like, OK, this

is the right.

And they don't need that much.

You know,

come on, come on, because it moves the screen

and everything.

Really?

Don't try to get

them to give you on

YouTube.

Look, I moved the screen as if it was going to move the camera.

So like, don't it look like it.

Can't you see the difference?

Hey, look at this.

Hold on.

Hold on.

Hold on.

Look at this.

Oh, my God.

Look at this.

Oh, man.

Shake

your dress.

Shake

your dress.

Shake your dress.

He hit his stuff in the eye.

Bro, dawg, I just.

Bro shake his.

The whole top might slip off, man.

Yo listen listen I

Know which one

you

talking

about I

don't even I know what you talking about remember

Come on

man.

Y'all dead bogus die They bogus talk This ain't nothing against bro

But come on

I will say every time I met him.

He's been a he's been a pleasant person He didn't scam anybody I know or myself so I can't speak to any of those accusations or anything that happened

I will say

that but I will say they don't look very much alike at all come on man.

First of all, I'm dark skin

They're like that's before they did black is black y'all look alike I'm not even black American.

Let y'all tell it.

Y'all can't tell the difference I'm on the

airway.

I'm

talking airways, you know like let me leave Frank alone before bro show up to the crib and

Grown man said no, bro with scammy is F U G G I can't even I can't even say that cuz I be always close to getting Not bad word.

I can't even go close to that.

Yeah, your locks are much more healthy

Your

ceiling is more complete

Oh

my word.

Somebody online said I voted in Brown Deer this morning at 845 AM.

I was number 253.
