The last two days the cousins was hard on us.

We got called Capitalists yesterday.

The day before Brainrod at Tiktokers.

Well, that was probably toward me.

But hey, we all right.

We all right.

Yeah, we got called Capitalists.

I'm

like,

Maybe Shannon

dang.

I need a little more capital.

He said,

take your billy.

Somebody send this

to HR.

I need a

little more capital.

Take your billy down there.

I got an image to

uphold now.

I'm telling you, I am telling you.

Man, Shannon, do we have a menu for them today?

What a menu we have for a man.

So on the menu today, y'all.

Man, last night we watched the man walk into a debate and take the whole stage.

Talk about a whole different David Crowley.

Man.

Come on now.

Come on now.

Man.

David Crowley, Tom Tiffany, one debate, one hour, no audience, no commercials, no place to hide.

He couldn't hide, y'all.

We got to see it live.

And by the time it was over, the clips was writing themselves, Shannon.

So today we are putting some ether.

Behind the best of them we sent out DJ brother Z a whole bunch of clips that we're gonna be playing today, man Because that's what it sounded like last night to me.

I Know you definitely know you a little younger BTA.

You know, you know, you know, you know, you know the ether song familiar with that

Maybe Shannon

know the beat

because everybody be using it with people, you know, but I don't think let me let me hear it.

Well, does he come in coming back from the next break?

Can I

cannot?

We're going to lead off one of them clips coming from a

Maybe Shannon

special request.

But man, I'm telling y'all, man, we got a good menu today, man.

We're going to get into the debate, obviously.

And we got a bunch of clips to go through.

Then we also want to talk about, you know,

Where are people voting?

We want to give you all an update on where you are voting at for today, because early voting has started.

All right.

And then at 1230, you know what time it is.

It's going to be, what's popping?

It was Shannon.

Shannon, tell the people what you got popping at 1230.

Man,

Maybe Shannon

at 1230, we talking about blind loyalty.

And you know what, Krishan?

It's back in our mouths and I'm sorry.

I know I'll be trying to stay away from talking about Christiane Rock, but event took place the other day and she was basically bragging about how loyal she was and how she was being a writer for Blueface and I want to talk loyalty and at what point do you put your child safety first?

Don't don't go anywhere.

Make sure y'all here at 1230 to talk about it, because it's an interesting conversation.

I think our cousin's going to have a lot to say about this one.

Oh, yeah.

That's going to be a super interesting one.

And after that, you know, yesterday we did not get into the meats and the potatoes of it all.

So that's going to be a perfect, a perfect, uh, what's popping with Shannon so we could get into our loyalty to what extent.

All right.

Loyal to what extent and then if we got time I feel like we're gonna end up doing this man We might got something special for him tomorrow Shannon We got something I don't know if I could say anything.

Yeah, I

Maybe Shannon

hope

so.

I

Maybe Shannon

don't

know if we can't say anything yet I'm gonna shoot a text and see if it's something that we can say early, but May if you if we can't announce it today

Please follow us in the lunch break group because you don't want to miss this.

I'm telling you, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, you don't want to miss it, man.

And then Shannon, if we got time, I feel like it's going to be a big one today.

We want to go into how do man cope because we didn't get into the, oh, we couldn't use that clip.

We didn't get into the Big X, the plug interview with Ryan Clark on the pivot.

So we want to get into that conversation if we have time.

But I don't know if we're going to have time.

All right.

Yeah, I think I think what's

Maybe Shannon

on the plate don't have us full enough.

Full.

Full as a bull.

Anything you want to add, Shannon, before we go and get to breaking.

Maybe Shannon

No, other than make sure y'all vote early.

Vote early.

I see a few cousins in the chat already.

Actile Blake said I voted early.

What's up?

Jasmine says, what's skimp?

What's that mean?

Skimp, that was a little boat that marks Zuckerberg.

The Zuckerbucks.

Maybe Shannon

Miss B

said,

Maybe Shannon

yup, a Nas classic for sure, man.

Listen, head over to YouTube, watch us live in studio, join the chat.

We don't want on 1.7 the truth on YouTube.

Man, it's

going to be a good one.

All right, y'all don't go anywhere.

We'll be back right after these messages right here on the award-winning one on one seven the truth

Pull up a chair the lunch break with the Ray Nitty and maybe Shannon continues in just a moment on the award-winning one on one seven the truth You're listening to the lunch break with the Ray Nitty and maybe Shannon where every discussion is on

the menu on the award-winning 1017 the truth

what up y'all welcome back welcome back welcome back to the award-winning 1017 the truth live from the american family insurance studios

It's your favorite crew in the brood and lunch break crew Ray nitty.

Maybe Shannon DJ brother Z holding us down with the production and sound All kind of ether going on Shannon Man How y'all feeling today Milwaukee a 3 3 2 1 2 10 17 that is the number to dial a 3 3 2 1 2 10 17 that is the number to dial

Man, how y'all feeling?

Did y'all see the debate last night?

Did y'all see the debate last night?

If you did, who do you think won the debate?

And you know, I may be biased.

I may have some bias.

All right.

Who do you do

Maybe Shannon

you

got a clear winner,

Maybe Shannon

Shannon?

I think the clear winner was David Crawley.

I feel like Tom Tiffany was.

I don't even know if we can say he wasn't prepared because hasn't he dodged debates already.

So you would think he'd be like No, now I'm ready to go.

Right.

Like you would think so I wouldn't even say not prepared.

It just felt like I Think he wanted to sound like he was for the people but it was very clear that he wasn't and he was trying to dance around not offending the people putting money in his pockets and the people that he need

votes for.

And it just, yeah, he, and David Crawley was relentless.

And I like, I like that about him.

I was

like, all right now, don't let up.

He

was,

he was doing this thing.

He was doing this thing.

He was doing this thing, man.

We going to get into some of the clips here in a little bit, y'all.

But we want to hear from y'all, eight, three, three, two, one, two, 10, 17.

That is the number to die because for me.

I felt like I saw a whole new different David Crowley in this debate, man.

Because the first one, the primary, to me, that wasn't a debate.

I didn't get debate.

I didn't get fight.

I didn't get, you know what I'm saying?

I didn't.

I didn't.

I didn't.

And for me,

For me, we talking about answering the questions who stayed on point who stood on their, you know, records.

You feel what I'm saying?

So let me send Brother Z, which one I want to have in play first.

Let me see which one I want to play first.

It was some it was some why

Maybe Shannon

you do that.

I was

Maybe Shannon

gonna say, while you do that, I was gonna read a few comments.

We

Maybe Shannon

got Jasmine Jazz, where she said Nas went in on Jay-Z.

We got Alicia.

I thought David did better than Tom, but I was not super impressed with David either.

And I ended up throwing a bit uneasy with David as my choice.

Miss Bre agreed with Jasmine about the Nas and Jay-Z beef.

But Jasmine also said, yep, Crawley for the aggressive when Tom Toothie Tiff was dragging.

Toothie Tiff.

Tom Toothie Tiff.

Dang, where'd that come from, bro?

Dang.

Tom Toothie Tiff is insane.

But.

That's hilarious.

I would like to know, Alicia, what?

What would I, what was you not impressed with?

That's what I like to do.

Please call us up.

Call us up if you can.

We would love to hear from you.

We'd love to hear what impressed you, what didn't impress you, what made you feel more confident in your vote or made you feel less confident in your vote.

We want to hear from you.

We want to hear from you because I'm interested if, you know, if somebody was, you know,

uncomfortable with Crowley's performance.

I'm interested to understand how do they feel about Tiffany performance?

Because, you know, I feel like I saw two different things happen in there, Shannon.

What stood out for me?

Maybe Shannon

So for me, I liked so I think Alicia responded that David was only responding with what he practiced That's what she thought and he didn't pivot when needed but like for me I know how I am like I need to have points in front of me So I stayed on topic because if I get off this paper, I might call you something I shouldn't be calling you if we were in a debate I'm not in went too far So I feel like I liked that it was very clear the point he was trying to get across the message was very clear what he wants It's very clear that he is for the

people.

And he also pointed out exactly why we should not vote for Tom Tiffany.

And he stayed on track with that.

And he also highlighted his record versus Tom Tiffany.

So I think he did a great job

of

Maybe Shannon

putting in front of us what we have to choose from.

So I liked that he was very clear in what is it concise?

Yeah,

Maybe Shannon

I mean, you might look at it as like he practices, but it's like

I want people to know exactly what I need them to know from this debate.

So that's how I look at it.

I ain't want him just freestyling because when people freestyle, then you just be all over the place.

So it's good to have those facts and it's good to have those points that you stick to.

Yeah, absolutely.

And what I took away most was let me be clear.

He said that 70 times in that debate, let me be clear.

So.

Less?

Go ahead,

Maybe Shannon

Shannon.

No, just I saw a comment come in and I did like the Let Me Be Clear.

I loved that because like when you trying to get your point across is good to recenter.

Listen, this is what I'm saying.

He consistently said, this is what I am saying.

Like despite Tom Tiffany trying to dance around.

So see, he's not answering it.

And the reason I cut you off, I was going to answer.

But I'm going to let you finish.

No, no, no, no.

Go ahead, answer that.

I like when it's cooking.

Maybe Shannon

Come on with it.

So Alicia said when it came to abortion David only gave his practice answer of it It should be a choice between woman and her doctor.

I didn't look at that as a practice answer I felt like they were trying to force him to just say yes or no and he was pushing back saying I'm not going to take Oh at three months at four months at five or six months because that is something that should be between be between a woman and her doctor because as we've seen since they overturned Roe versus Wade

Things have been horrible.

I've seen women come forward saying they are carrying a dead baby till to full term I've seen women be told that this baby is not going to survive or is going to have a painful few months and then die anyways have to continue to Carry a baby.

We've seen the woman that was being treated like an incubator in in

Atlanta we've seen women die in hospital parking lots and so I think what he was trying to say is hey You can't put a timeline on these because when you do see late-term abortions normally it is very specific circumstances that a doctor has to make that call like hey This is not safe for you or this baby.

So I don't think it was a practice answer what I think what he was saying was exactly what he said between a woman and her doctor

Because we've seen it happen after five months and what Tom Tiffany wants is if I don't care what happened I don't care if you the baby and a doctor gonna die after five months too bad so sad So if that's the answer you won't I mean that have it I would feel uncomfortable with somebody saying well after five months and I don't know well oh well No, because I've seen so many unsafe situations happen after five months So, you know

Man, I think I'm doing

Maybe Shannon

girl.

I think to about what Alicia is saying to is like.

In my opinion, right?

When she says she wants to see somebody pivot, I feel like.

What happens is when you see people trying to pivot and answer all these other things, when somebody is not prepared is what happens with Tom Tiffany.

Tiffany was trying to pivot and deflect all of these other things that he clearly was not prepared for, why he was constantly dodging these debates.

He was dodging these debates left and right every reason to not have to go to this debate.

So.

I think what happens was like, I do think it is a level of, Hey, we prepared for these answers.

We're going to stay on script, but we also going to go on the offense.

And while we answering these, these questions, we're going to put the opponent on the defense to have to stand on some of these things that he said, that he said in the past and the record that they have reflected in the past on a lot of these topics, whether it'd be abortion, whether it'd be taxes, whether it'd be affordability, all of these different things or ice.

You know what I mean?

All of these different things were laid out on the table.

And I think Crowley did an amazing job at answering the questions that was asked and still putting the opponent on the defensive while answering the questions as well.

Now, some people may not like his answer for the abortion, but I do agree that that is between a woman and their physician.

Like, how can we have lawmaking?

I don't know how we just want somebody to just out of the blue make this decision for so many women without considering all these different situations or exactly.

So

Maybe Shannon

situations that happen after a certain amount of months.

And like he said, he literally clearly stated that when you see late term abortions, it's normally those instances where something.

Horrific has happened.

It's very rare that you see a nine month pregnant woman like I just you know what tomorrow's my due date, but I you know doctor Do it in you don't see that and it's unrealistic.

Honestly, has it happened where people wait very late?

Probably but it's rare the abortions that you see late term are medical abortions Not to put people business out there, but one of my family members

Literally almost lost her life and was unable to make the decision her husband had to make the decision between her or the baby And he had to choose her life, which is what most people would say is the smart decision So you can't sit here and tell me that somebody needs a time limit on that

Man, let's go ahead talk to Stephanie on the line Shannon cousin Steph.

How you feeling?

Hey

Yeah, what'd you eat?

I

Maybe Shannon

Know that's right get that gordita crush that

spicy I

just

want to say I've been listening and I like it

Number two, I didn't see the debate, but I've been hearing good things.

I'm going to vote for Crowley anyway.

He could have came to that debate with a bonnet on in his house.

I'm still going to vote for him.

I like her.

Tiffany is not.

Tiffany is not it.

He is not.

So that's what I wanted to say.

And I'm enjoying you guys show.

Thank you, because it's Stephanie.

You are a member of the lunch break family.

Appreciate you.

Okay, yeah.

Say

that again.

Oh,

we gotta write it down.

We throw in a party for cousin Steph on Monday there.

Make sure you call back on Monday.

Make sure.

Put it down.

We party it with Steph on Monday on air.

Alright, cousin Steph, make sure and bring somebody to lunch with you on Monday because we throwing you a party.

Okay, let's do it.

Thanks for calling me.

Thank you for calling.

Yeah.

Maybe Shannon

Yeah.

It's my

Maybe Shannon

birthday today.

Yeah.

She got her little cheesy gordita crunch extra spicy branch

sauce.

I hope because of that.

That's right.

She got a good private restroom eating at that taco bell like that.

Man, but yeah, man, that's all.

You know what?

Let's go to break.

When we come back, y'all, we got some more phone calls coming in, and we gonna get into our first clip when we come back after these messages.

Don't go

anywhere!

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Rayoniddy and maybe Shannon, where every discussion is on the menu on the award-winning 1017 The

Truth.

for the main event.

Y'all impatiently waiting.

It's like an age

test.

What's the result?

Not

positive that we're running close to 500.

We can realize that he'll pay for that shortfall.

That will help bring in millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars just in general.

But again, you can't cut trust Congressman Tom Tiffany.

He voted to cut a trillion dollars in Medicaid and Medicare from the backs of 260,000 of Wisconsinite who mildly appear.

There are families in his own dish.

hospitals matter of fact in his own three hospitals in the state that are at risk of closing one of which is in his district.

You can't trust Congress with time shipping when it comes on the health care because he'll slash it just to give it to the billy.

This is going to get a billion dollars more as a result of our work.

We're solving the problem that he's talking about.

Again he cut a trillion dollars from Medicaid and Medicare and he didn't extend the Affordable Care Act.

A subsidy that so many farmers are relying on and seeing the premiums doubled.

Thank you because it is now time.

Welcome back

welcome back welcome back welcome back to the award-winning one-on-one seven the truth live from the American Family Assurance Studios.

It is time for what's popping with Shannon Shannon.

What's popping girl?

What's popping twin?

Twin?

Maybe Shannon

What's popping twin?

What's popping twin?

I kind of wanted to keep talking about this but we can pin it.

We can pivot.

All right.

Look, I'll get back.

I'm good for bringing something old back

up.

I think we can tie this in though.

We can tie the conversation in.

We

Maybe Shannon

can

tie

Maybe Shannon

loyalty.

Because Tom Tiffany got

Maybe Shannon

loyalty to Trump.

That's what's going

on.

There you

Maybe Shannon

go.

You feel me?

Let's get into it.

Let's get into it, y'all.

So first and foremost, I know, I know we are sick of hearing about Christiane.

in blueface i know but this loyalty conversation has to be had because what happened all right monday october 19th the blueface and krishan rock were out to dinner with the baby right krishan jr is the baby's name and um they were all dressed as the incredibles halloween costumes and all and they were streaming deputies pulled into the parking lot ordered everyone to put their hands up blue blueface was taken into custody

Okay, so she this week she was giving her account of what happened on the stream You can't see like the chaos and commotion but this you know on the stream That she had this week.

She basically is talking about now They're broken up and she was going into the account of what happened and what stood out to a lot of people is she said I saw guns aimed at blue face So I went and grabbed the baby from the car seat

This ain't funny because it's actually insane.

I want to grab the baby from the car seat and I walked out in front of the gun

Yeah,

Maybe Shannon

she said this is in her words.

I went and got the baby from the car seat and walked out in front of the blank guns I'm sticking with you like a family In what world okay,

but we

Maybe Shannon

don't get that we don't get we gonna get there mostly because Even in her blind loyalty to him

Alright even in this blind loyalty that she has to him.

He also took to stream and said she was dumb Why would you put my son in front of a gun?

He also said they should have shot her like like This man that she is putting her child in danger behind literally was on stream basically saying why would you do that that's stupid and Matter of fact, I wish they would have shot you

Hmm that he made he yeah, um, I could we can't play the clip because it's so much cousin But he said she didn't live long enough.

That's that's what he said.

All right Um, so yeah, that happened and she defended her approach.

She said that that's what you supposed to do That's a real G. She was sticking to him like a family and who else would do that?

You know what I mean?

And I guess the question arises, when you're showing somebody how far you'll go for them, where does your child's safety fit into that decision?

Some people are accusing her of using Junior as a shield.

And then I did, I feel like I saw somewhere her saying, well, who gonna shoot a baby?

Do we not?

Like this literally just happened.

This just happened.

Like actually, like a police officer shot a one year old child on their mother's lap.

And they were they they basically were found to not had done anything wrong So you're saying who would do it?

We've seen it happen recently as a matter of fact So for her to say that like oh, I'm

just

Maybe Shannon

gonna put my baby up in front of this gun and see that's not even that's not even a risk I'm willing to take Okay, so What you think she a rider die ray or or she could do her family

she's like

I don't know, man.

She just, she needs help herself.

That's what I'll say.

That's what I think.

I think she needs help herself.

Everybody over there needs help.

And it's like, I don't even know what else could be said.

You know what I mean?

I can't remember who was

Maybe Shannon

just telling me.

They said people have called CPS so much that they just hang up when they call on.

Yeah, they sick

Maybe Shannon

of

hearing it.

Maybe Shannon

They sick

of

Maybe Shannon

it.

You know, I

Maybe Shannon

just... And like I said,

We're talking loyalty and she I think she and her head thinks that is loyalty So we talking loyalty and that's what she is calling loyalty and sticking to your family and I think that's been the theme this week where we're just like At what point do you put your kids first at what point do you put yourself first?

Yeah, because if somebody you love is in danger, how does bringing your child closer to the danger protect your family?

You know what I mean?

I can understand being scared or I can understand seeing the police with guns and you worry about what's gonna happen to your child's father But at the same time you would think my child needs to be here.

My child needs my protection and I need to be here for my child not all of us gonna go like what are we doing here?

so Man like and honestly like

She gives those sheep to me, right?

She reminds me of those women that consistently put a man before their kid and that man don't even respect you because he is literally Shaming her for what she did and she just thinks like I was showing them.

What's up?

I was you know showing him how loyal I am and he's like you're a dummy So it just puts me in that mind for him because I know so many women out there and I know so many children or men

women that have said like they have mothers that will put a man before them or put them in dangerous situations to prove loyalty to a man.

And I just think it's disgusting.

And like I said, it just ropes right back into that blind loyalty people show people and put everybody else in danger.

Yeah.

It's just, I don't know, man.

It's just, I feel like I'm just getting old dog and I'm turning into this person that's like,

I don't know what's wrong with the youth these days.

They just making these decisions that just don't make no sense.

But, you know, all jokes aside, you know, I'd be like, this is the folks that Da Vinci be talking about.

But then we'd be like, oh, we do think critically.

And it's like, we get so many examples.

Where we think where we not even think where we see people thinking that that is a logic thought process to have that I'm gonna grab the baby because who's gonna shoot a baby?

It was like Hmm Actually a lot of improving

Maybe Shannon

Literally a lot Definitely

I agree because like I said this literally just happened like it's like a few months ago a one-year-old was shot and killed by a police officer that I think the mom held the baby up to show like oh I have my baby and he shot the baby so it's one of those situations where like for her to even say that it just shows how out of touch he is with like reality of like certain situations

and it's

Maybe Shannon

super unfortunate and like I said CPS if I don't know what they doing

I don't know what more needs to be done to show like this child is in danger.

But super unfortunate.

Yeah, 100% 100% unfortunate, man.

Unfortunately, I don't think this this is that this is the last that we're going to see of Christianne in a blue face.

I think we're going to get a couple more antics.

And yeah.

I'm not surprised at what we're seeing.

But for the sake of the safety

Maybe Shannon

of

the child, I hope that they all get the help that they both need.

That they all three of them need.

And I will say this though.

Maybe Shannon

Definitely.

Correct

me if I'm wrong.

I feel like because of the pressure of social media and everything, they have been taking that baby to some therapy and so forth.

And I feel like I've been seeing the baby like show some progress, man.

So.

No, no, no, no,

Maybe Shannon

no, no.

I'm serious.

I'm talking about I saw one one consultation appointment and

then

Maybe Shannon

Blueface gave that man some hard candy and

almost.

That's what

Maybe Shannon

I saw.

Yeah, I don't I don't I don't know maybe maybe there's things being done, but Yeah, just think it's unfortunate that people will are is willing to like involve innocent babies and innocent people and they mess in general

Yeah, people um You know people

are

I don't even know the word people be people and people be people and I But

Maybe Shannon

man

Yeah, I don't I don't I'm just speechless Shannon.

I'm speechless.

Maybe Shannon

Yeah,

I'm speech.

Maybe Shannon

I mean, it's easy It's easy to feel speechless when it comes to this type of stuff like like I said, I just think it ropes into like people putting

a baby or even like their kids or their friends in situations where they know it's not a safe situation to protect a man or to prove their loyalty to a man.

I think that's the weirdest thing ever because even if we like step away from Christian specific situation, you see it all the time where they're like, oh, I was proving my loyalty.

Like the women's prison is full of women that were proving their loyalty to a man.

these same men will turn around and laugh at you and call you stupid because like I said literally it shows everything you need to know her saying oh I did this like a G and I was proving my loyalty we was we was rocking like a family and then you see you literally see him clowning her

He literally was on his own stream saying they should have shot her.

She's a dummy.

Why would you put the baby in front of a gun?

Why would you do that?

Girl, this same man you're trying to prove loyalty to is clowning you.

Insane.

Yeah, man.

I don't know, Shannon.

I don't know, man.

Maybe Shannon

I hope

that baby get all the help that he.

Deserves

Maybe Shannon

man facts facts Yeah, yeah, so a 3 3 2 1 2 10 17 is the number 2 dial listen a 3 3 2 1 2 10 17 is the number to dial

Yeah, call

Maybe Shannon

us up

call us up.

Um When we come back it's time for break, huh?

When we come back y'all

We'll get back into this conversation.

We got cousin Robert on the line for you, Shannon.

When we come back, don't go anywhere, y'all.

We'll get right back into the conversation right here on the award-winning 1017, The Truth.

What's on the menu today?

The lunch break with Rayonetti and maybe Shannon returns in just a moment.

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Rayonetti and maybe Shannon, where every discussion is on the menu on the award-winning 1017, The Truth.

Maybe Shannon

What up y'all

welcome back to the award-winning 1017 the truth I was gonna hit that dance What up y'all man it is the lunch break crew your favorite crew in the brewery nitty maybe Shannon

DJ, I look crazy.

That's not how the dance go at all.

I'm gonna figure it out.

Maybe Shannon

Sometimes you gotta see yourself do it.

I'll be letting you have it.

I'm like, you know what?

He enjoyed himself and that's what matters.

That wasn't it at all.

That's not how it goes at all, Shannon.

But man.

You tried.

Yeah, we actually, we had a couple of birthdays actually.

It was, um,

Not really a city girl birthday yesterday, man.

Happy birthday.

We're throwing a birthday party on Monday for our Scorpio cousins, man.

So make sure you need to early on Monday.

Bring somebody to lunch with you.

A 3 3 2 1 2 10 17.

That is the number to die.

Robert, let's go talk to cousin Rob, man, because cousin Rob been on the line since 1209 because I know you got some some Nutellas.

What's going on with you?

What's up?

What's up?

What's up?

All praises be to the most high.

How you doing cousin cousins?

First of all, I want to say first of all, I want to say smooth face and crusty shine need to stay off social media until they see some progress with that baby.

They shouldn't be allowed to in beyond TV.

But

I want

to give yes, I want to give props to a cousin David last night.

He did a fabulous job.

And it was so funny because watching it, you know how you'll be in front of a crowd and they'll be this person.

And he said to Tiffany, like this person that will be in the crowd amongst friends.

You remember you said you were still out of grandma's purse if she wasn't watching.

You seen her face man.

I was cracking up.

He couldn't do nothing but move them little thin lips.

Like you said you wasn't going to tell nobody.

He said move them little thin lips.

I

want to I want to tell all our brothers and sisters out there and even the ones that got the connection with the complexion vote for David because he's gonna set it right and the man with the thin lips he's gonna go

Maybe Shannon

I know that's right.

He has some things to

say.

I know that's right.

Oh my God, I'm glad cousin

Maybe Shannon

Rob waited, man.

I know he has some food.

I love it.

He said,

brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

He was looking at them hoes like, you're treating me like a black person.

Oh my god.

Hey, bro couldn't even.

You know what?

Let's not skip steps.

Let's not skip steps.

I was

going to get to the

end of it, but let's.

OK.

Can we can we try another clip, brother Z?

Let's pick one of your choice, man.

It's so many.

It's so many of them.

Let's get into one of these clips, man.

We going through some of the debate clip.

Twizzler lips is crazy.

Well,

we have to recognize that the affordability crisis is absolutely real.

And we need to make sure that everybody in the state of Wisconsin can get access to groceries, can afford a roof over their head.

And so when Congressman Tom Tiffany says he's focusing on affordability, I mean, let's be very clear.

Let's

be clear.

For the big, ugly bills.

That cut a trillion dollars for, a billion dollars for some of the highest earners here in the state of Wisconsin.

We need to make sure that we have a fair tax system, a simpler tax system that allows people to get ahead.

At the end of the day, we need to be focusing on accountability and transparent.

Is that a new bracket for the highest earners?

Something that we have been focusing, what I'm focusing on is making sure that we take a holistic view as it relates to our tax and spending here in the state of Wisconsin.

The current tax system that we're under, which happens to be under what Congressman Tom Tiffany helped create under the Scott Walker era,

It's not working for local municipalities.

It's not working for anybody.

And so as the next governor, we need somebody who's going to take a holistic view.

Making sure that those who are making enough money pay their fair share.

Maybe Shannon

Oh my God.

Why

Maybe Shannon

you keep bringing up what I did?

Oh my God.

Stop bringing up

what I

Maybe Shannon

did.

Hey,

you ain't got no lips.

A top or bottom one, man.

They ain't Tom.

He don't.

He abused that old man.

He look like Homer Simpson at the

Maybe Shannon

mouth.

I'm

trying to think, no, he's like, Mr. Burns.

That's who he's like, Mr. Burns and Smithy.

And then him blinking

Maybe Shannon

slow and being all wobbly irritates me because, like, I saw in somebody comments, like, they was like, was he stroking out during this?

And then somebody had to nerve to be like, well, he just had that plane crash a few months ago.

Man, that man had a band-aid.

Wouldn't have

done

Maybe Shannon

wrong with him.

He's still getting over that playing crack.

Man, shut

up.

Shut up.

Yo, I am excited.

Make sure y'all go vote, man.

Make sure y'all go vote early.

A little later today, we're going to give y'all the places that you could go vote at.

The numbers are coming in.

People are going to go vote early, man.

And I think we're about to have a record turnout, Shannon.

I think we're about to have a record turnout.

But here's the thing, right?

This is a very important moment in history, right?

And as excited as I am for a friend of mine's, right?

This is a way bigger moment in history where I feel like we can finally understand the magnitude of our vote.

And this is an opera.

You feel me?

This is an opportunity.

Maybe Shannon

I felt like that when he, when he won the first thing.

Well, I felt like that thing because it was like, it was so, it was such a, what is it called?

When it's rocky like he jumped out and he has to get back in

Roller

Maybe Shannon

coaster spot and then one it was a roller coaster So like I feel like that alone showed me like we will come out and turn up and we do have the power to make a change

Yeah Absolutely, but not only do we have the power to make the change and put people's in seats.

All right, I Want us to understand that we have the power to hold people accountable

because guess what?

If somebody does not adhere to the needs and the demands of the people who casted the vote to put you in that position of power, we can uncast our vote in the next election and get somebody in there that will.

And that's what I feel like Bob needs to focus on getting politicians in there that I'm willing to try and try and try again with my vote.

You know, if this person didn't work, let's vote for somebody else to see who we're all you not gonna hear to us.

Cool.

We ain't even but now we have an opportunity to show our strength.

All right.

Yes.

We have an opportunity to make history and elect the first black governor, right?

That's an amazing.

thing for Wisconsin to be able to say, especially in one of the most segregated places in the country, right?

It's an amazing thing to say, but what's even more amazing to say is that because of the power of that vote, we were able to now start holding elected officials accountable, not just at a governor level.

But look at that momentum.

Look at that power on a local level and start holding our common council accountable, our state legislatures accountable, our sheriff department, all of these things that we cast a vote for.

Now we can organize that power.

We can show with that organized power.

I'm hoping that we go out in waves.

I'm hoping that we have presidential size turnout for this election because it's that important.

And more important than just electing a black governor but showing, showing that no, we did not give up on our right to vote.

Despite all the adversity, all the different things, all the agents that they trying to put at these locations now, all the scare tactics, Shannon.

We show up and show them who in control, who state it is.

This is a state that belongs to the people.

And the people is who got the power.

millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars at the end of the day is going to be spent combined on this election from both

Maybe Shannon

sides.

That could have went to real life change.

But that's what I got for right now, Shannon.

What you got before we go to

Maybe Shannon

break?

No, I liked when he brought that up.

He said, look, you didn't got billions of dollars already.

Tom Timmy, stay out of my business.

Stay out of my business.

Maybe Shannon

Get out of my business.

Man.

Man.

Anyway, y'all.

Maybe Shannon

You said a lot.

You said a lot.

No, you said a lot.

When we come

Maybe Shannon

back.

It's ours.

Wisconsin is ours.

I'm telling you, man, that we got to shut down anybody that's trying to get in the way of that.

We not tolerate no loose, reckless behavior from low level politicians that

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Ray Nitty and Maybe Shannon, where every discussion is on the menu on the award-winning 1017 The

Truth.

And we need to make sure that we are protecting our communities.

As governor, that's going to be our number, my number one priority is making sure that we have safe communities, that we focus on public safety.

But when it comes down to public safety, I can't take Congressman Tom Tiffins serious when it comes down to public safety.

I mean, we're talking about someone who literally prays the pardons of January 6, people who beat up cops, some of them who are convicted of...

Child molestation.

We're talking about someone who actually protected the billionaire class by voting against the release of the Epstein file.

So when it comes down to public safety, I just can't take the congressman serious.

A real quick response.

Yeah!

He has said that he wants to be in the path of the prison inmates here in Wisconsin by definition.

He's a big man.

That will cause people with violent backgrounds out on the streets of Wisconsin.

He also said a few years ago.

That boy got the handle bar mustache.

That boy put hands and feet on top.

He got the blinking.

Maybe Shannon

I told you they was trying to say he was having a stroke.

It's funny.

No, he's still getting over his plane crash.

My man.

What?

You mean the landing?

The landing, as a matter of fact.

Let me give him some of this, Shannon.

I got to bring this out to the table before it gets cold in the back.

All right.

All right.

I'm sorry, y'all.

Oh, it was mouthwatering.

My mouth was juicy, man.

I couldn't.

Control the all right First of all like he was like watching TV dog.

I even catch that Not paying attention to us as soon as I can finish the sentence see pause Hey,

Maybe Shannon

he said I was gonna fix it

Couldn't even gather myself.

He already on the hotkeys.

So what?

Because of that Instagram reel, whoever just sent it.

Oh, OK.

Somebody sent us some?

No, in that group chat.

Ah,

OK, OK,

OK.

I'm

about to be me on Friday.

I don't want any problems, especially if that's what tomorrow's going to be about.

Why would I want to offend you on national slapper employee co-worker day?

We

Maybe Shannon

gotta look into that day and make sure it's a real thing.

It's a real thing.

I checked.

What?

Really?

I checked his dial bottle.

Let me make sure I'm provided by the rules.

Maybe Shannon

My

other job.

Man.

Man,

do you remember who

brought you cookies, man?

I brought you cookies, bro.

Right.

I sure remember who put you on to those cookies.

You did, didn't you?

I sure

did.

I feel like I stumbled on that myself, but I guess I didn't.

But man, welcome back, y'all.

833-212-1017.

That is the number to dial.

Somebody put out a silver alert.

We looking for time.

Maybe Shannon

I'm dead.

Not the silver alert.

Not me really thinking we was missing the elderly person.

I was like, I don't know.

Somebody put out a silver alert.

Dang man, I'm we're tired.

He looked like he was finna fall over every time

Man, we're putting out a silver alert for Tom Tiffany, man.

Make sure y'all go out and vote, man.

Make sure y'all go out and vote.

Please, it is very important that you go out and vote.

Take somebody to vote with you.

Don't just go by yourself, man.

It is very important.

Do not just go by yourself.

What we saw last night is a representation of two different worlds.

We saw somebody who was for us and somebody

who is not for us.

Somebody that's for corporations and billionaires.

That's who Bob needs to call.

Tom Tiffany, that's the real capitalist.

Not us.

I'm a people.

Right.

Maybe Shannon

Right.

People.

I enjoy Bob's call

Maybe Shannon

when he calls Sherwin.

But yes, man.

Y'all gonna see capitalism when Tom Tiffany getting in there.

You don't know a capitalist for

show.

For show for show.

for a show for a show.

Man, I'm telling y'all, man, this is a very important election.

OK.

I know we have a good time, but it is a very, very important election.

And I don't want anybody talking about our vote.

Does it matter?

It does matter.

You want to know how much your vote matters?

Go have a conversation with all the women Andrea Pratt and David Bowen.

Go ask them how close their race was their race for Alder was decided by less than 15 votes So imagine somebody saying my vote doesn't matter and you and 10 of your friends 14 of your friends could have decided Who won a seat and his other Races that are close like that as well.

So we have to erase that

mental slavery trap of our vote doesn't matter.

I understand it is not the only thing that is going to change our conditions.

But it is a weapon.

It is something that we can arm ourselves with and fight and continue to fight and put people in places that will help us fight.

Yeah.

I personally feel like if we could get David Crowley in as governor, maybe Milwaukee, we could renegotiate this hotel tax that we just gave away 100%.

And some of that revenue could start coming back to Milwaukee.

I understand we have a district that we need to take care of and develop and so forth, but I'm sure it's other creative ways we could figure out.

partnerships for something like the Wisconsin Center District.

All these amazing companies down here, I'm sure they would love to invest and put their names on something as monumental as the Wisconsin Center District and say, yeah, I'll put millions of dollars into being a part of this district and in Elevein and branding and sponsorships.

Why not?

Why not?

Like,

why does so

much of those taxes goes to a place that where more than half of Milwaukee County really don't even get to enjoy?

Let's think about that.

It's just certain things, man.

That's just certain things that we could have somebody advocating for that understands the needs of Milwaukee.

So here's the thing.

When last will we have when last have we had somebody who really understood?

Denise, I'm talking about actually lived like we lived.

Maybe Shannon

Yeah.

That's all I'm saying, Shannon.

Come on now.

And then people, even when he brought up, right, his kids also go to public school.

That kind of like...

It annoyed me in a sense because we're not gonna sit here and act like the public schools his kids went to is the same as a Milwaukee public school It's not you know what I mean?

Like you said, it's important to have people that have lived like we lived and they do understand both sides of it.

That's Some parts of Wisconsin be their own world.

So if you really aren't in all of these parts, you won't understand it.

So

No hundred percent

agree with you 100 and 1000 percent.

And I understand.

The governor is the governor for all of Wisconsin, not just one section of Wisconsin.

I understand.

But it helps to have somebody who's a governor for all of Wisconsin that comes from the part of Wisconsin that you from and have suffered tremendously.

Maybe Shannon

I understand that misunderstood part of Wisconsin because I feel like people hear Wisconsin and they only think about the outskirts of Milwaukee.

I feel like Milwaukee specifically has like a very different view of things because we live here.

But, you know, we can get right back into it after these messages.

These are decisions that need to be made between the patient.

and a health care provider.

I don't believe a law like that would actually reach my

desk.

So my name was used in his comments.

And he said, women hold their breath.

My name

was used.

All you women out there, you will not have to hold your breath when I'm governor.

I voted for a five month bill when I was in the state senate.

I will uphold that law as the governor of the state of Wisconsin.

But we need to find out.

I have been very clear where I stand.

I've given the answer that I'm at five months.

David just dodged the question again.

He refuses to say how many months will he stand for?

Because from what I'm hearing, he's up to full, the full nine months is his

answer.

Let me be very clear Shannon Yo, let us be very clear.

I like that triumphant music you got in the background Zach.

I like that Zach Make sure y'all go vote early man Tomorrow Shannon, I think we can say

Cousins, y'all got to keep us on.

We got to be prepared.

I'm going to be too goofy, wear too much of it, got the woman in here sneezing and can't even get through this.

You're like, what is that?

What movie was that, Doug?

Doug had plenty like...

It's just my natural smell.

Oh.

Oh,

Maybe Shannon

my God.

Robert

Maybe Shannon

Lancis.

Does he even know who she is?

He knows who she is.

Hell no.

I showed you.

She was like, yeah, I know her from CNN.

You probably didn't know scandals to show.

Maybe Shannon

Um.

Barely.

Thank you.

Well, look somebody's a boy.

I cuz they gonna let you slip.

I said pocket robane Thank you talking about a robot I'm sorry.

Thank you.

Thank you for

getting me I don't

got

I

got the right

one

Shannon stop playing with me

I ain't give minds from Buddy to be selling the detergent on Fonda, like it wasn't nothing.

But now the million is fire.

Tom Ford got a fire fragrance, too.

Oh, man.

All right.

Let's get back into it, Shannon.

Let's get back into it, man.

Let's do it.

Well, we out here.

Let me pull this up, man.

I don't got too excited.

Texas, what y'all want to ask Carrie tomorrow, man?

That's going to be super dope.

Maybe Shannon

For real, we want to honor our cousins or put it in the chat.

What's some questions y'all think we should ask Carrie specifically about voting?

But if y'all want to sneak a little something else in there, you know, if time allows, because, you know, sometimes people will be busy.

Once they come to Milwaukee, they'll be like,

We only got this much time, so we got to get the good ones in there.

So y'all got some questions y'all want to ask Carrie text the line, call us eight through three, two, one, two, ten, seventeen is the number to dial or drop it in the chat.

Yes, drop it in the chat, y'all.

So let's let's move the conversation along.

We talking about the performance yesterday from the only governor's debate that we was going to get y'all, the only one we were going to get.

because at least two of them there was scheduling conflicts for our Tiffany's campaign.

And I think he was just dying.

Do you believe that?

No, no, I don't believe it.

Maybe Shannon

I don't believe it.

I believe he was scared.

I don't

Maybe Shannon

know what the reasoning is.

I don't even know what the reasoning would have been, but like I feel like Trump told him don't do it because the same thing happened with Joe Lombardo here in Nevada.

He refused to debate.

Like he did the same exact thing.

Yeah.

So it's like

Maybe Shannon

what

you bring up a good point, right?

Because I was listening to Sherwin's show today and he actually had a list of Republican candidates who are

deciding

to not.

Debate which says a lot to me.

Maybe Shannon

It says a lot

and it should say a lot code leader

Maybe Shannon

told them not to do something and they ain't gonna do it

I'm gonna even say a little bit more than that though.

I think they are finally realizing that their Loyalty to Donald Trump it is no longer serving in their favor

seeing how his policies have essentially destroyed this economy and made affordability so unaffordable in this country.

So now people don't want to answer for their alignment with Donald Trump, which we saw last night.

And then if you have smart candidates, they're going to attack them and make them stand on their allegiance to where they stood with Donald Trump.

And that's what I think that we saw.

Happening man, and

Maybe Shannon

oh, yeah, I loved every second of it cuz he didn't have nothing to say he kept bringing it up He when we keeps talking about every time he said it you tell his heart drop to his butt.

He was

Maybe Shannon

like, oh, no

Bring it up again.

My name came up in the candidates last time and I just he sound like dog over the hell far

They was Robert F.K.

I think that if we get this under control, that maybe the food can just grow.

He was

Maybe Shannon

shook.

He was shook.

Couldn't even get his words right.

Had some people thinking the plane and gave him CTE or something.

That plane ain't dead

and they

Maybe Shannon

landed.

And they took forever to pick him up because it wasn't serious.

That's why I took my 16 minutes.

That's a long time for a place that ain't got nothing going on.

My bad, y'all.

Alfonso said, wait, Ray, wear that bling-bling tomorrow.

You

dropped the job.

I'm gonna put the ring on too big, baby.

Drop the man, you know what I'm talking about.

I'm gonna put it all on, whatever I got.

Get it put on.

Ray.

I might go down to Platinum.

You know, that's too much.

I was just going to go holler at Gino.

Gino.

Let me grab the Ray nitty chain real quick.

I got a funny

Maybe Shannon

answer.

Oh, look, Alfonso.

I said, I wish I was off tomorrow.

He said I

was

Maybe Shannon

going

to bring the Bentley out.

Hey, bro, my D. No, no.

Shannon will cut you off the program.

Don't be coming up here trying to get in my way.

I got an interview to conduct.

You know what?

Look, look, Shannon, like, you acting real different soon as somebody else come in studio.

You're going to get blocked.

No.

Don't go anywhere, y'all.

Hey,

Maybe Shannon

how y'all feeling, man?

What it is, yo.

What's up?

That's what I think of when they say what the business is because that first like what's the business, baby?

No, we can't even

play that on the station.

I was gonna

say they should

Maybe Shannon

play

that What is wrong with you out of your damn mind?

What is wrong with this person?

You are sick Negro

What up, y'all?

It is lunchtime.

Lunchtime.

And I'm feeling fine, man.

Tomorrow it is going to be the city going to be live tomorrow, man.

Brewers tomorrow game one.

What are we talking about, man?

What are we talking about?

I think the Brewers.

The bucks move the bucks to three o'clock.

So remember that.

Bucks got moved.

Lost our first game yesterday.

Yannis lost his first game, too.

Come home.

Just come on home, man.

Come on back, bro.

Look, look, look.

Milwaukee like, man, I

told you, you could have just stayed here and did that, Yannis.

We could have did that together.

That's all the statuses.

We could have did that together, man.

Everybody was

like,

Maybe Shannon

he

went all

Maybe Shannon

the way over there to do the same thing.

Like, aw, dang.

He just wanted to do it with

a different view.

But in fairness, man, it's going to take some time.

for some chemistry for both teams, the Bucks and Miami Heat for everybody to start gelling together.

I need to see a little more from the Bucks.

I like what I saw, but it's still a lot.

I feel like I need to see.

I don't know if Washington was just that much better than the Bucks, but they won.

So I want to see what our team chemistry is going to look like here in the future, man.

But.

Brewers, though.

Brewers.

Game one tomorrow.

Game one tomorrow.

Man, Amanda going to the World Series, man.

She's getting to actually go and watch it in the suite, too.

Really?

Yeah.

Maybe Shannon

You couldn't finagle your way in

there?

Shoot, man.

You think I didn't try?

Where's she going, man?

I was talking to the homie weave.

You like, man, your wife.

got all the perks at the job.

Y'all be going hell to plenty stuff.

I was like, let me be clear in the words of David Crowley.

I told you she's going to the World Series, not we.

I'm going to be at home watching it on TV or I might be outside making some content or something like that, man.

But either

way,

Friday.

The city gonna be outside Friday, man, but back to this debate.

Actually, man, there's so much going on.

I got so much in me.

Oh my God, just pops.

Yeah, come here, Shannon.

You got the rest

Maybe Shannon

of this, Shannon.

You got it.

No, go ahead, go ahead.

I'm rocking what you rocking with.

I ain't got

Maybe Shannon

much anyway.

See,

Maybe Shannon

we're talking about the debate.

What?

See what I do?

Let's talk about loyalty

Loyal

bone and Shannon body.

Hey, no reason she had to reach side of

Maybe Shannon

righteousness

on the side of mess What's happening y'all because everybody talks about loyalty like it's free

It is not free.

Loyalty has a price and somebody always paying it, all right?

Yesterday, opener, we started with Jamie West, says she's not friends with Republicans, doesn't like them, says it all the time.

All right, that's loyalty as an identity.

My team, right or wrong?

I feel like that's kind of like, if I'm riding with you, I'm riding with you.

Now, we gonna talk in private.

about how I feel about how your actions was, but I'm a ride with you.

You feel what I'm saying?

So.

Because when you're loyal, it is to a label.

You don't have to think anymore.

You just have to hate the other label.

All right.

And the people who profit from that, the people who you sell the outrage, they never pay the bill.

You do.

So is there anything that you loyal to Shannon that you like man, you know what whether or not I'm just I'm loyal to the soil and you know, I'm not Changing my stance on certain things.

Maybe Shannon

I Think when I was younger I Used to be like that like I have friends like we talked about that yesterday that like I knew things was off I knew they was either mooching I knew like

Everything they did wasn't solid, but I'm like, you know, that's my friend though.

I'm gonna continue to rock with her.

I ain't that's my day one.

You know, that was a big thing.

Like, you know, yeah, stick to your day ones until you grow up and you see enough and you start to realize day ones ain't that's it's not all this geeked up to be like it's okay to start over.

It's okay to leave somebody where they at when you see that they're not growing and learning from situations and it's okay to find

Find a community of people that actually fit where you want to be and who you want to be So I think it's super important.

So I don't I don't do that anymore I don't do the loyal to the soil thing when it's like family or friends people I genuinely do care about I only want to be around people that are open to hearing like a this ain't cool.

This is not what what I'm with So no, I'm not loyal to no soil.

We're gonna have me and nothing like we talked about a rider die mentality.

No

Day one mentality.

No, you're right or wrong.

I am on the side of righteousness and if I can't hold you accountable No

And wrong so you you don't think you could be loyal to somebody and hold him accountable

Maybe Shannon

I Feel like blind loyalty is dangerous to yourself I can hold you accountable, right and I can be loyal for it for a while But I feel like when people say being loyal to people

They are not willing to budge, right?

No matter what you show me, how many times I'm loyal to you and I'm going to keep showing up for you, no matter how much you beat me down, I'm going to keep coming back.

No.

No.

What about you?

Man, I think I am loyal until I feel like, you know, that loyalty has been fractured.

You know what I mean?

Like.

I am loyal to the soil, especially loyal to a fault, right?

Because I give a lot of chances.

So,

Maybe Shannon

you

know, and usually it's to my demise, you know what I mean?

Because you start seeing actions that you forgive again and you forgive again, or you just ride with this person again, then you're like, hold on, man.

I'm not going for this.

To the

Maybe Shannon

point where it just destroy you.

It's like you give and give until you got nothing left.

And that's kind of what I was saying.

Like, yeah, when I was younger, sure.

But now that I'm older and my patience is way thinner, as soon as I see something's wrong, I'm going to say it to you.

I probably, we won't speak about a little.

And if I don't see any change, like we're adults, man, y'all know what y'all are doing.

You old enough to know how to correct your behaviors, you know, the steps you need to take.

Hey, if you need, if you need a therapist, people using chat GPT, you better ask them what to do because you're not going to bother me.

Jesus

not

Maybe Shannon

about to have me raggedy and sad.

No Absolutely not.

I used to be loyal to a fault too, and it just comes to a point where you start Realizing people will take advantage of that and we have a comment in the chat Miss B 6 3 once that loyalty has to come with limits.

So yeah, I 100% agree sure Yeah loyalty but with limits

Yeah, I could I could agree with that.

So and then there's loyalty to a party as we're talking about politics, right?

And this is where we was talking about earlier.

I know people like to lump majority black voters into the Democratic Party, right?

And I think like whatever people choose, you choose that, right?

But I think over party politics, right?

Over party politics.

This is us being loyal to ourselves and our causes right now.

Organize our votes and ourselves and our causes.

And when we can organize that and vote against that or vote towards building that up and use it as a voting block, I think we're going to get so much more things done on our behalf and so many more politicians taking us way more serious because right now.

The dangerous narrative is our votes doesn't matter.

Oh, we don't even have to speak to them.

They're not going to show up anyway.

So show up.

Show out.

Go crazy with the vote.

OK, drag your whole household.

Your job has to give you two hours off so you can go cast your vote.

Look, I don't care.

OK, I do care.

I

Maybe Shannon

don't

care if you just take the full two hours just to go vote go vote You have the right

Maybe Shannon

take the two hours to vote vote Most times to like when people say oh, it doesn't matter it annoys me because okay if it don't matter go vote then because it's not like a day-long process either more most

It's a quick process, like you can get in and get out.

So make sure y'all go vote.

All right, y'all, don't go anywhere.

When we come back, we gonna close this thing out right here on the award-winning 10170 Truth.

Don't go anywhere.

The lunch break with Rayonetti and maybe Shannon will be right back.

Until then, catch up on all the latest local news and what's happening in our community at 10170Truth.com.

You're listening to The Lunch Break with Ray Nitty and maybe Shannon, where every discussion is on the menu, on the award-winning 1017 The Truth.

I don't think so either I don't think she cut it

She still don't get it Shannon

Now

she's there cuz it's Shannon she had one one class was in the basement

Maybe Shannon

We have no basement

at

Oh man, how y'all feeling, how y'all feeling?

Man, I had one more clip I wanted to play from, what's the name?

It was the last, what's the name?

Let me see if I can find, go ahead, talk to our cousins real quick, Shannon, while I look for this.

Maybe Shannon

Yeah, man, well, he finds that clip, right?

I do want to give a special birthday shout out to my sister.

It would have been her 40 something birthday 46.

I want to say goodness It's been a long time rest in peace to my home girl.

Love her down and then I do want to send prayers to my sister, Kwanisha She's going through something today.

So today is a today is a heavy day, but we gonna get through it together y'all a lot of birthdays too So that's that makes it that balances it out.

All right didn't want to say all that early at the top of the show because we want to keep it light

But now I can be dark and depressed with you off for 10 minutes.

No, I'm

Maybe Shannon

Jesus now I can you know, tell y'all what's really going on.

Okay

Would you like to share with us?

You know your family here for

Maybe Shannon

you know, I Know y'all here, but I didn't want to put all that on y'all.

I was happy about David Carly Look, it feel like family did good yesterday.

I didn't want to put that on y'all.

I'm like I was proud of it.

Well, you know

We were supposed to get that

out

how our men cope and how women cope.

So we can do this, Shannon.

What's going on?

I ain't 10 minutes

Maybe Shannon

worth.

Listen,

I got a lifetime

of

Maybe Shannon

trauma I could dump on y'all.

And it ain't 10 minutes.

We going to need a whole episode.

Let me just trauma dump on y'all all day.

We ain't never coming back to the lunch break.

Come on with it, Shannon.

Good memories and good.

What is it called?

Just keeping good memories and good vibes going throughout the day helps you get through the day even when it's heavy stuff going on, you know

You know, your family is always here for you Shannon if you need to trauma course That's what your cousins for so, you know, you got a shoulder to cry on if you

ever

So you got

Maybe Shannon

support

He already offered the Rose Royce

to Gary

Maybe Shannon

Washington.

Was it the Rose?

I don't remember what he's there.

Some nice.

Maybe Shannon

Yeah, some nice.

He ain't never offered me that.

He's like, oh, I was going to get the... He ain't

never offered me that.

Maybe Shannon

He ain't never offered me that.

Oh my God.

Why do you got some explaining to do?

Maybe Shannon

For real.

Look, we can actually go back to the chat.

Mm-hmm.

Oh

my god She all over you might know what

Maybe Shannon

I ain't gonna

I'm

Maybe Shannon

gonna start.

We ain't answering no more calls Wow Y'all see it's a voicemail.

No, I'm just I'm joking.

I'm joking But he did say we love y'all no doubt.

All right, and then we sweet tickets are 5k.

That's why you ain't going

No, that ain't what I'm going on.

Them tickets, I mean, I ain't going cause it was other employees that got to go versus just significant others and stuff like that.

I mean, you know, it's a whole bank crew.

You feel me?

So they got to distribute it amongst leadership first before anything.

And then they got clients, you know what I mean?

Versus Ray needy from the truth.

Maybe Shannon

All right, don't downplay us now, Ray.

I was talking about me.

I'm talking about me, man.

But I feel like that's a big deal.

They should want us there.

We need media tickets.

I mean, low key, the bucks play by with not the bucks.

The brewers play by with the games now.

So, you know, they

show me love, Jackson.

Huh?

James Jackson, that's who's playing the

music.

Ah, that's who that is.

I've been trying to figure out who is that this whole time.

Shout out to James Jackson, man.

That's what's up, boss.

Maybe Shannon

Appreciate

the love down there.

You ain't

Maybe Shannon

using your influence correctly.

You need to say, I'll be there to perform it live for a free ticket.

Come on now, right?

I

Maybe Shannon

think I'm going to email them two free tickets.

Let's go talk to cousin Wesley Washington playing games.

They ain't letting me in there to perform no bow.

Build all Wisconsin.

Maybe I could get into the party.

You gotta try governor's watch party.

Wesley, how you feeling?

Oh, it's good.

Thank you for taking my call.

I just want to respond to the loyal to the soil.

I'm definitely always loyal to the soil quite literally, you know, being a homeowner, you know, already paid off my house.

You know, I got to make sure my property is as I'm pointed all time.

So loyal to the soil.

I'm for sure about that stuff.

Uh, not only that to the city of Milwaukee, I'm born and raised here.

I'm not going anywhere.

I absolutely love the people here.

So, uh, when it comes especially to the voting stuff, I'm going to go with the majority, you know, and say, Hey, what, what's going to, you know, what's going to help us most here in Milwaukee?

And even though I'm, I'm mainly Republican for most things, uh, I, I watched the debate yesterday and Crowley seems to be pretty on point.

Uh, uh, much above, uh, you know, Mr. Tom Tiffany.

So, uh, even though, uh,

You know, it may not benefit me, and always I tend to go with who's gonna benefit the most.

And this may be the time I'm going for Crowley.

So thanks for all the advertisement and giving us all the information on both sides.

And I really appreciate what you guys do.

So thank you for that.

Man, I appreciate you, because of Wesley, for always calling in and giving us another lance to look through topics to, man.

I appreciate you.

You are a member of our family right here on 1017, the Truth to Lunch Break.

Shannon, what else you got for us, man?

I said, no, that's right.

Video.

I said, because it's definitely

Maybe Shannon

loyal to him.

Because he is crazy.

I thought I was the brother.

Right.

Maybe Shannon

Definitely loyal to Milwaukee.

And if y'all want to be loyal,

you're going to slap me tomorrow.

So he got devoted to brother and vote because he's like, I can't wait till tomorrow.

Sick of it.

Man.

But yeah, man.

Tomorrow, the Kerry Washington will be in studio with us, y'all.

So bring somebody to lunch.

Look, y'all don't embarrass us tomorrow.

Bring somebody to lunch so we can pack out the house because Kerry tomorrow, right?

Share the live.

Share.

Tell people right now.

Hey, tomorrow, I need you to come watch this with us because we're going to be doing a whole bunch of things, man.

Shannon, anything else?

You got for us, man, before we get into this last clip from our debate.

Maybe Shannon

No, let's get into the clip.

Let's get into it, man, as we close this

thing down and have that discussion about do we make changes to the Wisconsin Elections Commission?

I mean, I'm one of the people that voted for it a decade ago.

We thought that we hit on the answer to be able to have an effective body, but we need to make sure that there's a conspiracy by the Wisconsin.

Elections Commission, and they're carrying out their job.

I mean, there should be a simple principle in regards to our elections.

It should be easy to vote and hard to cheat.

We need to make sure that the Wisconsin Elections Commission is going to carry out that mandate for the voters of Wisconsin.

Because they proved, over the last number of years, they want election integrity.

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote

for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

Who would you vote for?

That

man is an election denier He for sure is not trying to build our Wisconsin.

He is trying to harm

Maybe Shannon

trying to build it

our Wisconsin.

All right.

Yeah

Maybe Shannon

And like the last caller said Wesley said he is loyal to the soil So he is voting for Crawley either you loyal to the soil or you are loyal to them billionaires.

It's getting back on us right now That's what it that's what it's given.

It's a very clear clear Divide here

man our dessert and comment of the day is from James Baldwin Not everything that is faced can be changed

But nothing can be changed until it is faced Face it y'all vote early and tomorrow night the world series comes home.

We'll see you tomorrow at the table with Kerry Washington Y'all Shannon take us home, please
