John talks about Rachel Maddow's remarks about how well Chicago is handling the ICE invaders. Also, they get into talk about President Biden's executive actions that were signed using the Autopen, which Republicans link to claims about his mental state. The report also focused on his pardons he granted while he was in office, including to Hunter Biden. John states that using an Autopen is "legal" and suggesting the Republicans are viewing the issue through a "GOP or MAGA filter". They both agree that because Trump had previously used an Autopen, his pardons may also be considered void by the same logic.
