Jello, you know what they make Jello out of bones and hooves?

I always thought there was an urban legend, bones and hoo, what kind of madman?

Let me have the bones and hooves.

I've got an idea for a kid's dessert.

It'll be huge.

We'll get Cosby to do the commercials.

Everyone trusts him.

Anyone using the eyeballs, I can make an abacus.

I've got tons of ideas.

Morning has broken

Like the first morning

That bird has spoken

Like the first bird

Praise for the singing

Praise for the morning

Praise for them springing

Fresh from the world

Sweet the rain is new

For something from heaven

Morning is broken, can't stay

I'm Don Rosen, a 607, seven past six o'clock

WRJN radio, it's snowing

And this time I think they got it right

At the weather service

It's very slick out there, it's finally up

It's at very heavy wet snow

So be careful driving, allow extra time this morning

Rain in snow, maybe an inch today with a high-tier 36

It looks like it's going to be more than an inch

But that's what the weather service is calling for

An additional inch tonight with more snow

Lows around 24 snow like the tomorrow

Less than half an inch more

Less than an inch more expected tomorrow

With a high-tier 25

Partly sunny Sunday, cold, highs near 8

And all of next week

No snow expected, but cold

So allow extra time this morning

You know, I'm going to go over some stuff

We talked about yesterday

Sargent, Christie Willcock

To the Racine Police Department was in here

Talking about winter driving

And prepping your house and your home

Outside your home for winter

And I think we should talk about it again

Because I was going this morning

A little bit slower because I couldn't see the lines on the road

There was snow covered

And it was, you know, piling up

It was slick a little bit

And I had still people passing me

Like, you know, I was standing still

And they were all the SUVs

They think they haven't made because they have an SUV

And that's not true

SUVs can slip and slide like everything else

Now they get through heavier snow

Better than my car might

But they slip and slide

I mean, for every snow storm out there

Across the country and you see cars and ditches

I'll show you an SUV in the ditch

Drive carefully

Whether you have an SUV or not

Drive carefully

Whether you have an SUV or not

Drive carefully slow down

Better to get to work

Safe with a nice car

Than with dense and

Injury to yourself

So drive carefully.

And here are some of the things we talked about yesterday

Don't leave your car unattended while it's warming up

Now it's not that cold out, it's only 34 degrees

But still, don't do it

Unless you, I was talking to the sergeant yesterday

She said, unless you have one of those things

Where you can start it from the house

And your car starts

You can warm it up

But your doors remain locked

That's good. Slow down

Slow down one more time

Slow down

Just because you're in a hurry

In low enough time, slow down

Don't get anybody else heard on the roads

Leave a greater distance between the vehicles while driving

You never know what snow in this morning when I came in

They were right on my tail the whole time

Blicking their lights at me

Anticipate ice

Now right now we just have wet snow

But there will be ice later on maybe Sunday

When it turns eight degrees as I

Completely clear the car windows before driving inside and out

And put the defroster's on

I can't tell you how many cars I see

Where they just

Even they don't have a defroster back window defroster

Or they didn't bother cleaning it off

And clean your side mirrors too

I mean, those accumulate snow as well

No, I don't have the side view mirror heaters

I know some cars do where you can actually heat the mirrors

And melt them up

I don't have that in my car

My car was made around

Let's see, the Model T

Then the came the Model A

And then came the etsyl

So mine's right around that time

Check your fluid levels and your vehicle before heading out

I don't know if anybody could do that in the morning

But you probably should have done it already

Check the amount of gas you have

Don't leave it

So you just have a whisper of gas

Because if you're traveling somewhere

Where there might be a traffic jam

You don't want to run out of gas during a traffic jam

I've seen it done

Where people just, you know, they're in a traffic jam for an hour

And they just run out of gas

Now they cause more problems on the road

Avoid using cruise control in weather like this

Now I'm talking about side roads where I travel

But on the freeway

Don't use cruise control

You never know when you got to stop in a moment's notice

Accelerate and decelerate slowly

You will you will lock up your brakes if you hit him too hard

And once you lock them up

That's it, you're going forward

Whichever there is going to get hit

So do it slowly

And if you don't drive fast you don't have to worry about that

Don't crowd the snow plows and emergency vehicles

Give them room

You don't know when they're going to stop when they're going to turn

They got a busy job to do

They're paying attention to that snow

Not only that they have to plow around the cars

That didn't get off the road

But there's no emergency in the city of Racine

And that kicks in tonight at seven o'clock

That means on the May

I'll read the actual thing from the city

But the major arterials

You got to get off the road

Well, I don't know where to park my car

Get it off the road

Keep fire hydrants

Clear? No, we're not getting that kind of snow

But if we do, keep them clear

Keep all the sidewalks clear for pedestrian traffic

Obviously you can't shovel it now

Because it's still snowing both

As soon as it stops, shovel it

And by the way, you want to shovel it

Because when it drops down to single digits on

On Sunday, Monday, next week

You're going to want to

Wish you would have shovel it

So it's not just a sheet of ice

Clear an access to your mailbox for the litter carriers

And here to all winter parking regulations

Keep snow from covering your furnace

The sergeant was telling me that

They had a case where

The people there

But I'm excited to take your went off

Because they

The snow covered their

Vent on the outside of the house

So be careful of that

And don't keep your patch in your vehicle

Undetended

Well, it's not hot outside

Don't keep your patch in your vehicle

Unattended

This is some little dog in the way

And doing his business

And the owner was walking him in the snow

And he was doing a little business

I had a pomeranian once that loved the snow

When I opened up that back door

To let her out into the yard

She like leaped off the step into the snow

And she was borrowing through it

You see her head pop up

And more borrowing through the snow

She just loved that snow

I think doll dogs kind of like it

When we had our beagles

Where we live now

I used to take the snowblower

And snowblow trails in the backyard for them

Because when it was too deep

These beagles weren't that big

And who used to do a trail

Leading to the tree in the back

Where there was a clearing

And then they did a circle

So at least they'd have some extra

Walk in the back yard

I have pictures of them where the actual snow

Was higher than the dogs

But they loved when I ploughed them

A little trail in the backyard

So be careful out there

It's not the end of the world

We know we deal with snow all the time

Probably the first snow of the season

Here in receipt anyway

And maybe you forgot

Just drive carefully

We need all the listeners we can get

And I want anybody to get in the herd out there

Drive carefully

There was some sad news yesterday

Are you ready for this sad news

The makers of fruit stripe gum

Announced their discontinuing it

After 55 years

That was the gum with a colorful zebra print on it

Remember that?

They sell for crazy prices on eBay

Well if everybody wanted it

They wouldn't have gone out of business

Making it

And how dare you take advantage of a sad

Salam situation like this

Fruit stripe gum

I remember the commercials for that

They had a zebra doing the commercials for fruit stripe gum

I used to eat it

I don't chew gum anymore

I haven't chewed it in years

But I remember fruit stripe gum

All right

It's time to work

Someone has people online

Some I can't talk about

These I can

A doctor and a nurse secretly having an affair

No one knew about it

Until he got molded by a bear in a rafting trip

And the nurse was on the trip with him

And saved his life

And the question was, well, what were you doing there

A woman brought her daughter to work

Then a day later a co-worker said

You can't bring your daughter to the work here anymore

I'm not allowed to be around children

The bosses had a newspaper

Skulled the whole staff for spreading baseless rumors

That a manager was sleeping with the head of shipping

A week later they got arrested for

Doing something in a car

They shouldn't have been doing

A freelancer at a magazine

Trying to get people to unionize

But he didn't know the staff well

So he put a list of phone numbers together

And called them to say how awful the owner was

Turned out one of the employees he called was the owner's wife

And a manager at a landscaping company

Was sleeping with the owner's wife

Was talking to her

On a speaker phone

And the two-way radio in the background was keyed

So everybody in the company heard it

Yikes

All right, musical odd but true is this morning

Remember the ukulele version of somewhere out there

Somewhere over the rainbow

It's hard for me to pronounce the guy's name

But the ukulele version was number one of the billboard world digital song chart

For 116 weeks in a row

Number one, that's the record for any song being number one on any chart ever

And Jimmy Hendrix got paid $18,000 for playing at Woodstock

The most anyone got a band called Quill got paid the least only $375

But hey, they played at Woodstock

You know Jimmy Hendrix was once the opening act for the monkeys

That's that sound odd

It's odd but true

Hey two girls from Montreal

13-year-old Zoe and 14-year-old Emma

Both strong swimmers, his amount of rank Emma, hopes to make the Olympics someday

Well, they were in the right place at the right time last week

They saved a man from drowning

You never know when your talents will come into the gear

All right, we just beamed out the first ever travel ad meant for aliens

And suggested they visit Lexington, Kentucky first

The city's tourism board is behind it

But hey, they're a bunch of go-getters

That's pretty good

A 25-year-old man in Canada was arrested after he celebrated getting his brand-new drivers license by cracking open a beer while he was driving

I guess he didn't teach that on the written part of the exam that you're not supposed to drink and drive

You know what people are so stupid sometimes

I watch all these police videos on YouTube and people do such dumb stupid things

And then they lie about it through the police

14% of people are afraid to fly into their plane

Another 28% are a little bothered by it

And when taking a long trip somewhere 17% of people say it's safer to drive than fly

Well, I don't know about that

The door's coming off at 16,000 feet on the plane

People punching each other on the flights

Oh, let's see what else

Mmm, flights being delayed by 14 hours at the airport

You can sleep on the floor there

Oh, I don't know how my plane's bursting in the flames on the runway

Yeah, I think it's okay to fly

618 WRJN, hometown radio refresh, Pacific media station

It's snowing 34 degrees

They say look for an inch of snow today

I'm about to believe it's going to be more than that

Especially the lakeside today

I really do

You

We shot a rainbow

It's all I can do

Dream of the good times that we never knew

No late night

I lonely long

I dream of

One

Living in wonder

Thinking of you

Still looking for ways to uncover the truth

You're so young

It's all they can say

They don't know

If I could change the way I'm the one

I'd be your girl

Too many won't have been built in between us

Too many dreams have been shattered around us

If I seem to give up

You'll never win

Deep in my heart

It's 621 at WRJN

I'm Don Rose Mayor Cory Mason

We're seeing Mayor Cory Mason going to be in this morning in studio

Hopefully he'll be okay

He'll be in at 706 this morning

We'll talk to the mayor

At 730 this morning from Marcus theaters

We've got Brett Hoffman in here talking about the four new movies

Opening up this weekend of theaters

With Mike Clemens

At 750 this morning

A full show right here at WRJN Radio

Hey coming up on Monday

We're going to do part two of our historical marker series

WRJN historical marker number two

We Kurt Bolman will be in here in studio with us

We found all these dreams

We'll talk about the history of WRJN all year long

I used to see some of the yesterday

Yet coming up

Former owners, general managers

Who got everybody in here

Has yet to go

622 at WRJN Radio

Thank you for joining us here

Hey coming up Saturday

And sports on WRJN

Take on Northwestern

That'll be at 10am

Then at 6.30pm the box

Take on the Warriors

Sunday the big one, the Packers

Against the Cowboys and Dallas

1pm

Yeah

This is door die

They got three games to go

Now if they get this, they got two more

And then they're in the Super Bowl

Now you like that

Hey, we'll talk more about that with Mike Clemens

We'll talk about the history of WRJN radio

And it's snowing, it's 34 degrees now

Rain and snow today, maybe an inch

Highs near 36

Yeah, when you get near 36 degrees

It's going to start raining eventually today

Snow tonight, one additional inch

Expected lows around 24

Snow likely tomorrow, less than an inch

Expected highs near 25

Partly sunny and cold on Sunday

Next week, no snow expected all next week

But cold temperatures

Again 34 and snowing right now

And we're seeing

Well, California had become the first day

To ban tackle football for kids

Under the age of 12 to reduce brain injuries

And children

When I went to high school, they didn't have

Tackle football, we had flag football

Never flag football

Used to wear this belt around you

And on each side of you

Was a Velcro flag, like a little strip hanging off

And instead of tackling somebody

I had to grab it

Now it sounds like it's really easy

It's not as easy as it sounds

It slips out of your hand, it's hard to grab

Because they fly around

But get this

In the 2028 Olympics

Which will be held in Los Angeles

Flag football will be an Olympic event

For the first time

Showbiz news this morning

Jennifer Lawrence says her wedding was awful

Because she spent the day worrying about her guests

Get this, she kicked Robert De Niro out of her rehearsal dinner

Because he didn't know anyone as you can tell

He didn't want to be there

She kicked Robert De Niro out

Shannon Dirty blames the Kevin Smith movie

Mall Rats for killing her movie career

Says people literally thought she was carrying the movie

So when it bombed, she was blamed

And Jason Mamoah says

He doesn't have a home to live in

Since his divorce from Lisa Bonay, he lives on the road

Now we don't think literally on the asphalt

We think he travels in his car

This guy's got to have money

I mean he's pretty famous

He's got to have some kind of money

He can't afford, you know, to stay in a hotel

Or, you know, maybe like that

That's kind of weird

And look for Leonardo DiCaprio

Sean Penn and Regina Hall

What a cast is starting the next

Paul Thomas Anderson movie

He made some good movies

Paul Thomas Anderson

What a cast

That should be really good

Don't forget we've got tickets to give away

Might do it today

If we have room today, probably, yeah

If we have room today, we'll do it

Tickets to go see dial M for murder

At the Racine Theatre Guild

That'll be good

We'll see if we have time today

Always remember that you have choices

Hospice Alliance can provide your loved one

Care in their home

Or at the home of a family member

In a senior community or skilled nursing home

Hospice Alliance also provides care

In their pleasant prairie hospice house

We're seeking hospice care

Or hospice alliance

That gives back through education services

And grief support

That's hospicealiance.org

Oh, let's check out this

A husband and main

Posted a greatest hits compilation of all the things he had to apologize for to his wife

Now, it's minor stuff that happens in a relationship

But when they're listed

They sound ridiculous

Here's just a few of them

Going upstairs for the night without announcing it

Applying the car brakes to save their lives

Letting the knife touch the plate

For a fraction of a second

While cutting the steak

I used to make that squeaky noise

And momentarily facing her

While breathing hot breath in her face

You're right

You can see my paper

And here about them

They don't sound that important

The greatest hits compilation of things he had to apologize to his wife for

That is funny

A study found that the average per-

Oh, I know what you want to do that

Yeah, let's get that one

And a survey of over is 7,900 people

14%

Think what they see on reality TV

Is always or often real

You got to be kidding

A far more sensible 27%

Think it's rarely real and seven and 14%

I'm in this group say it's never real

You know how I'll give you case in point

Are you a fan of the TV show survivor

Or if you have if you've seen survivor

You know what I'm talking about if you don't

They're out of the island

Now they used to go all over the world in different islands

Now they just every year they'd stood in Fiji

And they're out of the island

But you don't see what's around them

So at the end of every show

They have to go to what they call tribal council

They have to walk there

And then they vote somebody out

And you see them

Just before the commercial break

Is they're going to travel council walking down the beach

With these torches

And we're schlepping down these beach

And the heat and whatever

What you don't see is

SUVs pick them up

How do I know them?

I saw it

They ran behind the scenes thing for a survivor

And after the camera turns off

SUVs pick them up

And actually take them

To um

The tribal council air conditioned SUVs

And that's something all along

I thought they were walking

Because when they get to the tribal council

It's nighttime

So those SUVs

Kind of had they must pick them up

And put them somewhere temporarily

I don't know where they bring them

But they get into the SUVs

And that's how they get there

They put their torches in some other car

And it's them

But they're not doing that

Not sure there's other stuff

Behind the scenes that we should know about

Once I had on the air here

I had a big brother contestant with me

I was interviewing her

I think it was another radio station I worked at

She was on one of the seasons a big brother

And she couldn't talk about anything

They forbid her to talk about anything behind the scenes

And the whole interview

Although she's a sweet girl

And everything Amanda was her name on the show

She couldn't tell me anything

She couldn't make them sign this big phone book

Contract thing

And they can't talk about anything

All right rain and snow today an inch possible

I think it's going to be more than that

Highs near 36

Snowing right now 34 degrees

629 at hometown radio refreshed

WRJN 1400 AM

99.9 and 98.1 FM

I'm trying to get smart

I've been watching Nova

You see that show

They had a couple of weeks ago about string theory

I started watching that at 8 p.m.

And at 803

My brain exploded

They said string theory is the stuff

That the physicists are now figuring out

That Albert Einstein was not able to nail down in his theories

Something well if Albert Einstein didn't understand it

Me on account to the bag of potato chips don't have a shot

Oh I see what they're talking about

Yeah you got to incorporate gravity

I was wondering why he didn't do that

I'm saying they're working on my string cheese theory

You know they always say Albert Einstein was a genius

Then how come when anyone ever calls you that it's an insult

You don't know where you parked the car

Good job Einstein

I don't think we're honoring that man properly

By using his name in vain and parking lots

How can we be lovers if we can't be friends

How can we start over when we find another love

How can we make love if we can't make a mess

How can we be lovers if we can't be friends

You'll get us now

You'll get us pain

Still trying to work it out

Never get it right

We must be fools

We must be crazy

There's no communication

It's a no one's situation

How can we be lovers if we can't be

Michael Bolton just had a brain tumor removed

Last week I think he's doing fine

Excellent good news

What's the big fan of Michael Bolton

How can we be lovers if we can't be friends

We're looking for rain and snow today an inch

Snow another inch tonight

Snow likely tomorrow less than half an inch

I mean when it adds up

You probably have a significant accumulation

It's that wet snow right now

And they say it's going to rain today

And you know you've got a high of 36 degrees

It's tough to snow when it's you know 36 degrees

It's time to try it

Get ready Sunday the high will be 8 degrees

And all next week no snow expected

But cold single digit temperatures

Minus at night yikes

Pants for it's coming up tomorrow

We've got a couple of games for you

Badgers men's basketball

They'll take on Northwestern at 10am

Is that right 10am?

The box will play at night 6.30pm

Take on the Warriors

Sunday in the big one

Right here at WRJN Radio

Coming up at just about

Less than half hour

Seeing Mayor Cory Mason will be in studio with us

And at 7.30pm

We've got Brett Hoppen from Marcus Theter

Talking about the four new films opening up this weekend

And at 7.50pm we're talking sports with Mike Clemens

We can work it out

How can we be lovers if we can be friends

How can we start all the world

But I never love this baby

How can we make it all if we can be friends

How can we make it all if we can be friends

How can we be lovers if we can be friends

We can be friends

He had 6.30pm at WRJN Radio

I'm Don Rosen

Good morning, just drive carefully out there

We went over some of the

Driving chips that we got yesterday

When Sergeant Christy Wilcox was here

From the received police department

We were talking about it

That show is podcast by the way

WRJN.com and civic media

That US you can listen to the podcast

Of safe driving tips and what to do

Just real quickly

Don't leave your vehicle on the tent

And while warming up a lot of people start the engine

Go back in the house

Bad idea

Unless you have one of these automatic warmer things

We can start it from your bedroom or something

And the doors stay locked

That's okay

Slow down, it's slick out there

It may not look it

And SUVs to slow down around everybody

Leave a greater distance between vehicles while driving

You don't know when you're going to have to hit the brakes

And just glide into the person in front of you

Anticipate ice, it happens

Even when it's warm outside sometimes

Or it gets slick

Driving inside and out

Use the defroster

And I can't tell you how many times I'm driving on the road

That back window on cars in front of you

Completely snow covered

Now I understand sometimes if your defroster is not working

It gets snow covered, I have two words

Fix it

Check your fluid levels

May not want to do that this morning

But you probably have to do it

Everything check that in your car

Make sure you have enough gas in case you're traveling

In the freeway and there's a traffic jam

Right an hour

And you don't want your car

Running out of gas

Avoid using cruise control on this kind of weather

Accelerate and decelerate

Slowly do not jam on your brakes

They'll lock up and you'll go skidding

And don't crowd snow plows and emergency vehicles

And do me a favor

When it's all over

And it stops

Clean the sidewalks

Come on, how long is it going to take you

Really, when I'm talking about a lot of snow

It's eight degrees

And then if somebody slips on the sidewalk

You're responsible, not the city

You are because I think you had 48 hours

To clean the sidewalks

So clean them

Or if you're incapacitated and you can't

There were kids walking up and down the block all the time

Looking to make some extra money

Shubbling

I can't tell you how many kids

Knock on my door

They said you want your sidewalks clean as

Very much

It's good to know these kids

Put them on retainer

And tell them listen when a snows

Come to my house first

Give you the extra tip

And have them clean your sidewalks

They're looking to do it

You see them with shovels on their shoulders

Walking up and down the block when it snows

And they want to make some money

And they're willing to do it for a few bucks

Pay him to do it

Believe me

It's a good get rid of it real quickly

They got so much energy in them

And I would do that

We get annoyed seven times a day

By things we can't control

More like 17 times for me

Here are the 10 things that annoy us the most on a daily basis

Pushy sales people

Email spam

And phone spam too

That's the latest one

I can't tell you how many spam risks

I have on my phone all day long

It doesn't ring

So if I don't recognize a number

It does you know it goes right to voicemail

Or whatever and then I just block it

I must have about four five hundred phone

Phone number is blocked

But it doesn't matter they keep coming

Foreign call centers when you call

Customer service

And they always have a name like

Steve or Mary and you know the names aren't Steve and Mary

Even when I call my credit card company

It's hard sometimes it's hard to understand

They're very nice and very sweet people

But sometimes I get through the accents

I can't understand them

And I feel bad because they are nice

And they aren't trying to help me

But they are foreign call centers

Being put on hold

Well I guess you have to be put on hold

Occasionally

And I don't know if this is just me noticing it

How many companies on hold

Have the same music or the same sound

On hold

I reckon the one Walgreens uses

Is the same as I think the city uses

I'm trying to think about

All the people have the same exact

What's there one company providing all the

Hold the music

People don't clean up after their

Dogs oh I always did that

Potels

It's not the potholes that are getting me

You know what it gets me now?

The manhole covers that is sunken into the street

And that's something

And then you hit him

Baboom

People who take up two parking spots

All those people ought to be deported

Most people

They park at an angle sometimes

And they park on the line

If you park on the line

That means I can't get into the space

Because I can't open my door

If I park correctly

Unless you go to my church

Their parking space is like one and a half times

The size of a normal parking space

I love parking there

There's always room

Anyway yeah

But the people who park on the line

The drivers

Slow drivers out of the nice day

Aren't very good either

Waiting in line

I told you my story about the supermarket

They had one check out

Lane open

And I was in back of two people

That were doing their monthly food shopping

And so I went to the service desk

And I told the manager

The issue was the manager

I told her I said

You got to have more lanes opened up

Said well that's the way it's going to be now

If you don't like it there are two other supermarkets

And she mentioned them

I said wow that's good

You know I never went back to that supermarket again

People who are rude at work

Okay

The people here are rude to me

So I have never

I really have never run into that

At any radio station I've worked at

There were never rude people there

They have disagreements with people

That's rude to me

So yeah that one doesn't mean anything

I guess the best ones in the list are annoying me

The email spams

And the...

Well they go to a spam thing

The email spam says it's not too bad

But the phone spam things bother me

And the people I don't know had a park

If I had to pick two of them that would be it

I don't mind waiting in line that much

It's not a big deal to me

Unless you're waiting in great America

Two hours to get on a three minute roller coaster

Oh this is interesting

An ice cream brand in China is catching heat

Because the ice cream won't melt

They even hit it with a blowtorch

They claim it's all natural

What they can't get it to melt

Do you want to eat that?

According to this survey

There are four things we want to get rid of

From our social media news feeds

Celebrity updates

Patitions

Selfies

And pictures of food

Women are more likely than men

Just using social networks

55% of women have done it

Compared to 42% of men

I hate to be a grump in the morning

But...

Have you noticed that Facebook is now

One of these things

Ads

Suggested Facebook groups

Or people you may know

That's it

I very rarely see anything on there

Posted from a friend of mine

Or a group that I belong to

That's what's on there

Maybe a...

Maybe I'm just being a grump

I think I am

My daughter's left-handed

A lot of people left-handed

I'm right-handed

If you are right-handed

You probably never even thought about the many ways

Being left-handed is really...

Sucky

Along the things ballpoint pens dig into the page

The cup holder and your cards on the wrong side

It's hard to use a can opener

Number pad on your keyboard

That's right

It's on the other side

And you die sooner they say

If you're left-handed

The only problem I ran it with my daughter was

When she was in grammar school

They handed the scissors

For kids to use

But left-handed people can't use right-handed scissors

Because when they try to cut

It actually spreads

The scissors apart

It's very difficult to use

They're blunt, you know, blunt-ed

And it scissors

I said, well, she can't cut with that

They said, well, she's gonna have to learn

To cut with that

And

I guess she did

They wouldn't allow left-handed scissors in the school

I found it hard to believe

But they wouldn't

Now when she played a musical instrument too

She had to learn to play with the left-handed

And I once talked to her

My daughter's birthday

I have to learn

You know, how to do this stuff

With your other hand

Because the world is really right-handed

It wasn't made for left-handed people

Once on the Simpsons

At home where I was looking for a gift

I guess for his next-door neighbor

And there was a big giant store at the mall

Called the left-handed store

That was good

The left-handed store

Anyway, so I know lefties have a problem

Even in the car

Because the

Yeah, the radio's on the

Everything's on the right side in the car

And they said the couple or two

That's

You never realize it because I'm right-handed

So it never occurred to me that it may be a problem

And right-handed people

We don't care about left-handed people's problems

All right, coming up

I'm gonna find that if Mayor Cory Mason

Is right or left-handed

I'll ask him

Often to see and ask him about their problems

All right, Cory Mason

Are Mayor from the scene

He's coming in at just a few moments

He'll be here

Stretching through the snow

The Blizzard conditions

Snow shoes, he's got a Sherpa

To get him here

He's bringing food supplies

The hungryness junkies

Across, across receipt

Anyway, Mayor Cory Mason will be here

And at 730 this morning

Red Hoffman from Marcus State

There's a whole bunch of new movies

So opening up this weekend in theaters

Including a booby that's paying out

But only on cable

It's coming to the big screen from Walt Disney

For the first time in three years

And I was at a can of the award winner

No less, we'll talk about that

And we'll talk sports with Mike Clemens

Coming up with the big game

The Sunday Packers and Cowboys

Here on WRJN Radio

I'm Don Rose and it's snowing in 34 degrees now

Oh

Hear me speak what's on my mind

Let me give this

Just a morning

Refer that you will find

That you are my one and only

No exception to this rule

I'm simple but I'm no fool

I've got a witness

Happy to say

Every hour

Every day

It'll be a heartbeat

There's your name

Loud and clear

They say my name

My red love runs through

Blue and every

Heartbeat belongs to you

Classic case

A boy meets girl

Moving in the

Seemed direction

You're not asking for the world

I'm not asking

She started out as a gospel singer

Think I'd into the pop music scene

And I don't know how to go ahead

Songs

But we haven't heard from her in years

I'm here to tell you I'm here to stay

54% of us are still friends

With at least one of our

X's that includes 17

We're still friends with all their X's

My X's living Texas

41% of us claim we wouldn't care if our current partner

We're still friends with an X

23% say they wouldn't even mind

If they were best friends with them

And do you delete your X's phone numbers

23% do it immediately

25% also scrub them

25% change any passwords they might know

Isn't that funny? Here's a person you were in love with

You probably had a chance of spending the rest of your life with them

Now you're scrubbing them from your entire life on this planet

And that's on it

Hey, we all take donate money from time to time

But I'll bet not like this the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation

pledged another 1.2

Billion with a B dollars to help eradicate polio worldwide

Isn't that something?

Wow

I wish I had that kind of money

What I do is I have like 12 or 15 or 16 animal charities

And disabled vet charities and boys town I give to as well

And what I do is I put $5 in an envelope

Every few months and I mail how to all these charities

What I would love I would love to give 1.2 billion dollars to somebody

A Broadway theater had to move a seat

So six foot nine magic Johnson could sit comfortably in the Broadway and watch the Broadway show

Which they do that for me on an airplane. I need

I need to have extra leg room. You know when I get on the plane sometimes

And if they if I don't have enough leg room and they push the seat back on me

I hate to say this but I kick the back of the seat. I'm an I'm six foot three

I mean a person who's five feet tall doesn't have enough leg room and I know I don't

That's why I like to sit near the emergency row exit

Because they give you extra leg room the problem is there you have to promise to save everybody's lives before you save your own life

If the plane goes down I don't know if I'm ready to make that commitment

To save everybody's life one of our comedians said you know you they talk to you on the plane

Beforehand they say if you're sitting in this exit row you have to be able to help other people

Get off the plane case of an emergency, you know open the door and help them down

But yet if there's no emergency no one comes by to thank you

For making that commitment. Let's help save their lives. Have you ever noticed that?

Has anybody ever come to you when the plane is people leaving the plane?

Hey, I want to thank you for making that commitment to save my life

I know you didn't have to but thank you very much for you know saying you would do it nobody does that

They just walked by you out of my way. I gotta get my luggage out of my way

And they hit you in the back of the head with their backpack

But yeah, nobody wants to thank you for helping save their lives

And not even you know you were almost a first responder

Anyway, it's

It's 658 a WRJ and radio rain and snow an inch more snow possible

Eyes near 36 today with 36th of high you think you'll start raining soon

Snow tonight additional inch expected lows around 24 snow likely Saturday another inch

Eyes near 25 party cloudy partly sunny and cold Sunday with a hind your eight degrees
