Finally, after long delays and foot dragging, we now have access to HALF of Jack Smith's report on Donald Trump's felony indictments. You can read for yourself Jack Smith's final report on the January 6th, 2021 insurrection instigated and authorized by the 45th and soon to be 47th President. The document itself is unprecedented, laying out how a former POTUS would have been convicted of federal felony charges to disrupt the peaceful transition of power. Yet we'll never have that fulfillment of justice. Because there was no precedent for charging a former President with insurrection. And, the legal terms for insurrection didn't quite line up with what happened that day. The case highlights the multiple systems of justice in this country. And it should serve as an alarm bell to call us all to action in this new administration.
