Civic Media northwest news chief James Kelly joins us at the bottom of the hour to discuss the Enbridge Energy Line 5, an aging and environmentally dangerous pipeline that crosses over 17,000 miles between Canada and America. The pipeline faces legal action in Wisconsin. It also features at the heart of this documentary covering the Bad River Band's fight for sovereignty of their land and safety of their natural resources, which the pipeline seriously threatens.
