Today, the Supreme Court of the United States heard arguments on the constitutionality of a Tennessee law that bans all gender-affirming medication and procedures for transgender minors. As a note, cisgender minors can still access gender affirming care. This disparity led the ACLU to file their lawsuit against Tennessee, which has now escalated to our highest court.
