As pressure mounts on Pete Hegseth for sexual and drunken misconduct and mismanagement of two veterans' affairs organizations, his nomination for Secretary of Defense sways. Pete came to his own defense in a Wall Street Journal editorial, while it seems Trump is now considering another Florida man for the position.

Then we turn our attention to the Democratic National Committee. Wisconsin Dems Chair, Ben Wikler, announced this week his intent to seek the top leadership spot with the DNC. Dom, Matt, and Jess all think he'd be swell, though we'd miss him in Wisconsin.
