In the bottom of the hour, Matt interviews Jeff Messer. Jeff is the Community Outreach Chair of the UW College Dems. He talks with Matt about the crucial youth demographic in this election. Through his work with the College Dems, Jeff's seen many new voters engage in the civic process.
