Well, I think part of it was constant doesn't have the same financials motivations or incentives that other states had. No, because we have a budget surplus. Budget surplus is like $3 billion. So you can't make a monetary reason. Now people are making the argument for medical use. Capitalism, money, money, money. You know, people might jeep for that.

But then who's really pushing against legalization of cannabis in Wisconsin? The Tavern League. Now, I don't understand why the Tavern League believes that if people smoke weed, they're not going to drink. People do both. Yeah. grief comes knocking unexpectedly. On the other hand, when certain outcomes are expected, there is still no handbook on how to deal with grief, both as the one experiencing it and as the one observing it. As the person observing grief, often there is a period of silence, not because of indifference, but because of not knowing what to do or say. Remember,

that for the most part, we are a caring, compassionate, and considerate people. And in such traumatic times, we don't want to burden or lend frustration to those who are suffering. Ultimately, many of life's unsettling circumstances that arise are unexpected. And no matter what advice has been given or not given, it is still something

that will have to be experienced head on. In these times, you may feel hesitation to reach out due to the fear of appearing inconsiderate or even ignorant. And what we're going to do with our society and our community, somebody got

grow up and do better. Did you smoke back in the day? I tried it, but it wasn't up. So you just you just have a problem because you don't like it. No, it's not that I don't. It's just don't like it. It's what it's doing to our people. What is it doing? What is it doing? I'm gonna tell you like this here. I know a young lady personally when she was 13.

Okay, that's a kid. I'm talking about adults. Kids should not be using it because of brain formation. All right, we got all of that. But I'm saying as adults, what is it doing? The same exact thing happened this young man. He moved to Florida about a year and a half. I'm not going to say no nice to family still live here. But he was a very young, dear friend of mine. And I talked to him one day, he pulled by my place and he was on the four wheeler.

And he said, I love this K2. I said my age shouldn't be focused on that synthetic method. So I just don't just like that. And it wasn't too much. He was in the mental health center. It's a it's a myriad of reasons why people do these things. It's not a one size fits. So I agree with you on that basis. There are a million reasons that people do what they do.

I'm trying to find out the benefits to it. Well, I think it would be a bolder individual if I'm going in and I'm trying to settle myself.

I mean, you know, benefit is subjective. What is it? One man's meat is another man's poison. I mean, it's kind of hard. And I think the problem, this is the libertarian in me. The libertarian in me says that, wow, if you not hurt anybody else, and that's what you choose to do, but we could argue that in some ways, all of us will do something that could not necessarily be beneficial that we do on a regular.

Cause the pain is an indicator that the body is trying to heal, right? Yup.

Quit trying to self-medicate yourself.

And it might cost some people down for a minute, but it comes back on you. The situation comes back on you. And I dealt with it with an individual. And it hurt bad because you care about this person, but that man is not there. It had to be a red flag with this woman who killed her three children. It was the best life there.

But we see red flags, and we try to look past them all the way to be all right, but my mental illness is a beast. It's a beast, man, and you just imagine you take your babies out, and then you got a, I know a young lady who was going through some reglement, some other mental illness. It wasn't for a part of us.

She did some horrible things to a child. And never even dawned on her what she did was bad. But as a people, again, I would say, as people of color, like people, we need to learn how to start sitting down and talking to someone about our issues. And not only that, spiritually, and we had some

If we add some more spiritual stuff, we can go get some help too, because that will help us. Instead of having a mile left of it and all of your glory, poking and drinking or whatever they do at the end, you know, there's some of this music. You know, what you put in is what you get now. You've got to stop. And you've got to meditate.

You got to see some light at the end of that tunnel. But if you keep yourself always self-medicated, you're not going to see no light. Yeah, that's a good advice.
