Today Dr. Tim Slekar has found an interesting news story about the ongoing battle to roll back the Trump Administration's efforts to implement sweeping right-populist reforms in education. After a long legal battle, the government has given up efforts to appeal a court ruling that limited its ability to use threats to cut federal funding in order to coerce policy changes at schools and universities.
