So anyway, right or right? We're just talking about the importance of transformative justice what it means to
increase our emotional capacity to have difficult conversations be innovative be deliberate be intentional
Anti-racist work is hard y'all
It's an emotional and it can feel very personal and when you have
Ideologies that are not congruent with people or opposite or opposing or appear to be opposing
It could feel personal, but this work is not personal. We must stick to our result and our result is to a
eradicate racism and not just for people known as black, but for the world
We got we got plain delays because of it
Everything is chaotic right now. We about to go we about to be in war because white supremacy
Taxes are about to get out get cut off medicated cut off. We can't produce food anymore in our own country
White supremacy is not a thing that we should be supporting and or complacent with anymore white people brown
People indigenous people we really need to get out our own way
Which are often internal from being a part of this insidious insidious context, which is white supremacy
So anyway moving on. Okay. I also want to tell you about my experience. I was invited
I'm telling you I'm trying to do something different. I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing
But I just know I'm doing I'm trying to do something different and one of those things before I tell you where I was invited
Is I woke up the other day. I couldn't sleep and you know and if people who believe in the spiritual world
When your spirit is restless that means there's something you need to do and you need to like sit with it
So I got up and started cleaning everything every drawing my house every receipt
Everything in my closet. I never wear or not going where I got rid of it all and I mean it was bags and bags of stuff
And it was just a random act and one of those things I'm about to tell y'all some of my personal tea
One of those things is that my partner had stuff at my house and when I was cleaning my closet
I had this urge just to get his stuff out of my house like get it out the closet
And I did that and I moved it to another closet and I got to that closet. I was organizing. I was like no
I got to get his stuff out right there was a need for me to clean out the energy in my home and then
And then like I'm talking to him and I go to his house y'all and I walk in and he like
Ignores me and I sit down and he kind of ignores me again. And then I'm like
I look I look at him and I
And in that moment I was like this ain't working and I got up and left got in my car
Text him and said I'm done. I ain't talked to him since y'all
So that's some tea that y'all can go and talk about and the reason I think it's important is because sometimes the things that we are holding
On to are the things that we need to let go of right and my spirit have been so uneasy since my birthday
There was a couple of things that trans
That occurred that was not okay that were harmful and I had just been like denying it and allowing things to happen
And recently I've had this like re-energize
desire and push from my ancestors to clean my house literally and
I have and I have to tell you I feel lighter. I feel I feel a little
nervous, but I feel lighter. I went to the war ceremony
This week and I wanted to call somebody like oh my god, you should have been here
I wanted to call someone after the Baltimore incident
I wanted to share and vent how frustrating it was and have someone listen and and that made me miss him
But then I had to remind myself that this is the time for you to
Expand evolve it's time for you to read it's time for you to write it's time for you to reflect it's time for you to take you
To the next level wherever level that is so I just want to share that you guys like listen to your spirit

At things grow apart some things just stop working and we just have to be real with ourselves

But I was invited to west constant dims fundraiser. I have never been invited to a space like this
It was an intimate space in my boy pastor Alan Marcus was there shout out to you pastor

subtle but dope. Okay. I'm hearing all out there like me, but anyway
We there um, you know pilot trick and walking around talking to people
And then they get up. I'm not going to even name the representatives. I really don't want no problems y'all
I don't want no smoke from nobody. Okay, so I'm not even going to name who they were
But they were in there. They were talking about how they needed you know, we needed to rally fun rent
Rays um to stop this trump thing and you know and to stop this bill
And then they were talking about all these things that they have done in caucus and what they do in caucus
And then when it came to and then they had a q&a and then there's three people questions before my question
And when it came to my question y'all the
Their staff are whispered over to someone someone whispered to someone else and they say we're not taking anymore questions
We have to go like as soon as I was I swear and it was awkward because people could see it happening
And then my boy Marcus uh pastor Marcus Alan. He he's the host. He's like the person that's in control of the mic
He's looking you think you can see it on his face like dang sis. You know what I mean? He but he's such a cool dude
You know, he's not you know, he's just a cool dude
