We saw millions of Americans gather to remind us we’re not alone in demanding better from our leaders—especially when those leaders embrace violence and misinformation, the kind that led to the shootings and killings in Minnesota over the weekend. We’ll update the situation in the Twin Cities after one legislator was assassinated and another wounded. We’ll remember the legacy of Melissa Hortman as a truly compassionate leader. And we’ll note that it was 10 years ago this week that Donald Trump rode down that escalator and convinced many of our neighbors to normalize everything that’s wrong with allowing the incompetent and insensitive to run our government and control our media.
