Waukesha Man Sentenced for FDL County Chase

RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- A 26-year-old Waukesha man has been sentenced to six years in prison and six years of extended supervision for leading Fond du Lac County deputies on a high-speed chase that culminated when he struck the back of a milk truck.  

After the crash deputies found drugs, guns, and money in Justin Fena’s vehicle. Methamphetamine, cocaine, LSD, THC, ketamine, and ecstasy were seized during the search. A substantial amount of ammunition and five firearms including two AK-47s were also located.

Fena was sentenced Monday on two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, cocaine trafficking, fleeing an officer, and causing injury while operating under the influence. Eight other charges stemming from the March 4^th, 2025 pursuit were read into the record and dismissed.  

Fena was also fined $500 and his driver’s license was revoked for five years during Monday’s sentencing.
