Assumption and Port Edwards are seeing early success with the Royals winning its opening game of the season over Pittsville on April 10 by an 11-1 score, while Port Edwards’ Kiera Coenen threw a no-hitter over Montello in a weekend tournament in Westfield on April 11.

Riverkings move up

The Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings are moving to a different Division of competition the team announced on Tuesday, April 14 in a press release.

Rapids will now be in the National College Development Conference (NCDC) and will team up with the Wisconsin Dells that will serve as a farm team for the Riverkings.
