River Valley Area Community Gardens registration is open

The River Valley Area Community Gardens registration is open for 2026 garden plots. Available plots rentals, for the season, are 10’ x 10’ plots for $20, 10’ x 20’ plots for $40 and 20’ x 20’ plots for $60.

The fee includes straw mulch, manure/compost, organic fertilizer, water to each plot section and hoses as well as the use of a rototiller and other tools, print registration forms are available in the INFO BOX at the Gardens located in the 900 block of North Westmor, Spring Green. Forms may also be requested via email at info@rvacg.org or by texting 608-588-6040. Students in River Valley Schools Grades 5-12 are eligible for FREE 10’ x 10’ garden plots Water, fertilizer, and mulch are included as well as the use of community tools.

Mentors are available to teach gardening skills. More information can be found at www.rvacg.org/students.
