RIPON, Wis (WRPN)-The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is reminding residents to lock vehicles, outbuildings, and garages following reports of entries in the St. Cloud area and Lakeshore Drive in the town of Friendship.

In many cases, doors were left unlocked making it easier for suspects to enter the vehicles and outbuildings. The Sheriff’s Office has posted screenshots of the suspect from both instances on their Facebook page and they can also be seen here.

The suspect was riding a bicycle during the early morning hours.

They recommend locking your vehicle doors even if it is parked in your driveway. Lock garages, sheds, and other outbuildings, especially overnight. Turn on exterior lighting and motion lights if you have them. Check security cameras to make sure they are working properly.

Anyone wishing to report information to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff Office Tip-Line should call 920-906-4777. Tips can be made anonymously.
