The Richland Hospital and Clinics (TRHC) has announced Jenny Koch, Environmental Services, as the organization’s first-ever BEE Award recipient. Selected from a group of nominees across multiple departments, Jenny’s dedication, professionalism, and compassionate support for colleagues set her apart as the inaugural honoree of this new recognition program.

Jenny was nominated twice for the award, reflecting the strong impact she has on both staff and daily operations. During the award presentation, Heidi Darling, VP of Professional Services, shared the nominations that underscore Jenny’s exceptional service and leadership. Jenny’s commitment, reliability, and welcoming presence make her an invaluable member of the TRHC team. Her actions exemplify the spirit of the BEE Award—recognizing those who “Be Extraordinary Every Day.”

TRHC also extends appreciation to the other nominees, each of whom demonstrates dedication to patients, colleagues, and the organization. They are: Tess Johnson, Medical Assistant, Clinic; Maria Perez, Nursing Assistant, Med/Surg; Susan Brill, Revenue Cycle Specialist; Tricia Preston, Medical Assistant, Clinic; Chelsey Sedlak, Dietary; Brenda Craig, Patient Access, Muscoda Health Clinic; and Kristin Washa, Medical Assistant, Muscoda Health Clinic.
