As the brutal cold approaches tonight through Saturday, residents in Racine and Kenosha County can find safe places to stay warm. People can call 211 or visit the 211 website for help locating a warming center. Some warming centers—and other public places like libraries, malls, and community or senior centers—are already open, and you can find their addresses and hours below.
