Viola Horse and Colt Show gets underway

VIOLA, WIS (WRCO / WRCE) – The Viola Horse and Colt Show will be held tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) in Viola.

The event has a long history. Jori Campbell is the President of the Viola Horse and Colt Show committee.

There will be many events at this year’s Horse and Colt Show, including some that are new. Ashley Baker is Vice-President of the Horse and Colt Show committee.

Starting Friday night the Truck and Tractor Pull Events begin. Keith Durst is a member of the Horse and Colt Show committee and the organizer of the Truck and Tractor Pull event.

Saturday, from 8:00 until 5:00, there will be an Arts & Crafts Show. Also on Saturday night there will be the annual Country Music Dance, featuring Monty Berger and the Country Gold Band, at the Viola Community building from 6:00 until 10:00. There will also be a Ranch Rodeo, Horse Pull, Exhibits, Kids Pedal Tractor Pull and the Annual Raffle Drawing. Food and drinks will be available on the grounds, so no carry-ins allowed, at the 94th Viola Horse and Colt Show tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) in Viola.
