Evers seeks applicants to fill Outagamie County Judge position
APPLETON, Wis. (WISS) – Outagamie County Circuit Court Judge Mark McGinnis is resigning from the bench, effective February 1, 2026. Yesterday, Gov. Tony Evers announced that he will accept applications to fill the seat until the term ends on July 31, 2027.
The appointment will fill the vacancy in Outagamie County Circuit Court – Branch 1 from February 2026 until the term ends on July 31, 2027.
To apply, please email a completed application form and supporting materials to GOVJudicialAppointments@wisconsin.gov. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 29.
The application can be found on the “Apply to Serve” page on Gov. Evers’ website.
