18-year-old man missing from a Green Bay treatment center

6/3/25, 2:38 p.m. Update: Juelz “Gabby” Kernaghan has been located and is safe.

GREEN BAY, Wis (WGBW) – Brown County Sheriff’s Officials ask for the public’s help in finding a developmentally disabled and vulnerable man missing from a Green Bay treatment center. 

18-year-old Juelz Aaron Kernaghan, who goes by the nickname “Gabby,” was seen leaving the Bay Haven Treatment Center on Gerschwin Drive at about 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon. 

He is a black man, 5’11”, and approximately 140 pounds. He is considered missing/endangered.

Gabby was last seen wearing a black hoodie, white or light colored jeans, and carrying a multi-colored backpack.
