Drug Take Back Day – Wood County 2025

In a recent interview on Mid-Day Magazine, host James J. Malouf was joined by Jacob Wagner with Wood County Health Department to discuss the upcoming Drug Take Back Day.

On Saturday April 26th Wood County is hosting it’s Drug Take Back day. There will be several locations in the area collecting your expired, unused, and otherwise unneeded medicines.

Locations and Times

The Marshfield Police Department will be hosting an event from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Marshfield City Hall.

The Pittsville Police Department will be hosting an event from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Pittsville Police Department.

The Town of Rome Police Department (Adams County) will be hosting an event from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

The Nekoosa Police Department will be hosting an event from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Nekoosa Court Assisted Living.

The Port Edwards police and Fire Departments are hosting an event from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Port Edwards Fire Department.

Wood County Sheriff’s Department, with Wisconsin and Grand Rapids police Departments will be hosting an event from 10:00AM until 2:00 PM at Wisconsin Rapids Pick n’ Save.
