“This Totally Counts as a Salad” – Bowl
Ingredients:
- Bagged salad mix
- Rotisserie chicken (the savior of weeknight dinners)
- Croutons or broken tortilla chips (no judgment)
- Dressing of your choice
Instructions:
- Dump everything into a bowl.
- Stir like you mean it.
- Add extra dressing to “hide the healthy.”
- Eat it while watching cooking shows, pretending you made everything from scratch.
