It is the week of Wisconsin High School State Powerlifting Championships and I have the perfect thing to help prepare you for the weekend ahead.

In this article you will find all of the links you could need to keep up with the meet from the comfort of your own home! The WHSPA is providing livestreams of each platform during each session of the meet. I will help explain the schedule to you and provide you everything you need to support your favorite lifters!

Here is the Day 1 Liftingcast

Here is the Full Schedule of the meet. They have split the event into four sessions over the three days of the meet. Friday March 7th will have all 97lbs, 105lbs, and 114lbs lifters in action from 6:00 PM until they wrap things up.

On Saturday, day two, there will be two sessions. The first session will begin at 8:00 AM and will have all 123lbs, 132lbs, and 148lbs lifters competing.
