Dane County Regional Airport Has Second-Busiest Year Ever

MADISON, Wis. (WMDX) – The Dane County Regional Airport had one of its busiest years ever.
More than 2.3 million people flew in or out of the Madison airport in 2024. That’s the second-busiest year on record, only behind 2019.
The new South Terminal they added a couple years ago increased the number of flyers by 126,000 every year.
The top flight destinations from Madison last year were Denver, Phoenix, Orlando and Washington D.C.
