OSHKOSH, WI- (WISS) – A Northeast Wisconsin animal shelter is sharing the love through a Valentine’s Day fundraiser. Surprise your valentine with a PawGram from a shelter pet at the Oshkosh Area Humane Society (OAHS).
The PawGram can be a personalized email or a printed letter sent through the mail with a special dog, cat, bunny, or guinea pig plushie.
“This offers a way for you to surprise your Valentine with a really meaningful, personalized gift they won’t forget,” said Ieva Engel, OAHS executive director. “At the same time, it’s supporting a really great cause in honor of their loved one; it’s a gift both the giver and receiver can feel really good about.”
There are two options for PawGrams:
Donations raised from the PawGrams campaign will be used to provide nutritious food, soft blankets, medical care, and a safe, warm place for shelter pets to stay until they are adopted.
PawGrams are an ideal Valentine’s Day gift to send to any pet lovers, or for pet lovers to give themselves. They can be ordered at https://givebutter.com/pawgrams.
Orders will be sent out within three business days of the order.
To ensure delivery by Valentine’s Day, the deadline to order email PawGrams is February 11. The deadline to order mailed PawGrams is February 9.
