Madison’s Texas Roadhouses to Donate 100% of Thursday Profits to ALCS Recovery Fund

MADISON, Wis. (WMDX) – Madison’s two Texas Roadhouse locations will donate a whole day of profits to the Abundant Life Christian School recovery fund. 

When the shooting happened December 16, staff from the west side location brought bread to families and first responders on scene. They knew they wanted to do more. 

Often when they do fundraisers, they donate 10% of proceeds from that day. Staff decided that wasn’t enough. 

On Thursday, January 9, 100% of profits will go toward the Abundant Life recovery account hosted by the United Way of Dane County. 

Managers knew they’d be busy, so they asked the staff for extra help. Almost everybody raised their hands to volunteer to come in.
